Well THAT didn't work. Hmmmm. So let's see if BANKRUPTCY talk scares 'em into selling.
lolol.
No spin. Just common sense.
Don't you get it??? It's "real good" than an 8K will be filed soon.
Geeeeez.
But you haven't "proven" anything and have not been truthful.
Too funny. Relax. No "law" was broken. HYS said: "On standby...could come any time today...it's real good."
That didn't come from Mark.
Up 21.8% is a good "pre-pop" sort of day.
:))
Really, makes no sense? When you are dealing with insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, etc., you can't be sure that revenues and invoicing will match! I thought that was common knowledge.
Our health care system IS bizarro world and all wrong. I will agree with you on that.
C'mon. You know that there is a BIG difference between billing and actual revenue received. Billing for other companies?? Huh?? Now that's a very strange leap, but believe what you want.
lol
No trickery. ARYC is billing $1-2 million per week. Like it or not, that's all you need to know.
Have NO idea (and don't care) why you are talking about the UK.
I believe it takes 24-48 hours to reinstate a password and whatever else they need to do to file an 8-K. These SEC privileges expire every year.
It has ALWAYS been crystal clear that the $1-$2 million per week guidance was for the amount billed, not revenue. It was too early to predict revenue coming out of the portal services.
Obviously, it's Arrayit: Sunnyvale, Oct. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arrayit Corporation (OTC: ARYC), a life sciences and personalized medicine company, launches a fully automated allergy testing portal for doctors and clinics to streamline and accelerate the allergy testing and treatment process. The Patient Data Solutions (PDS) allergy-testing suite is secure and fully compliant with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements to ensure the privacy of patient health records. The new PDS portal allows doctors to order allergy blood card collection kits, request express mail shipping labels, download allergy test results, and order immunotherapy products from our independent allergy therapeutics partners. The PDS portal, which is free of charge to doctors and clinics, offers continuous, real-time technical assistance to ensure a positive on-line experience.
The form you have referenced is NOT the ARYC form because it contains the name and information of a lab that is not Arrayit's.
There is no case. Period.
It is SO FAKE it doesn't deserve any attention or discussion.
Yes! EVERYONE IS GOING TO THE SLAMMER. It's a good thing any deletions can be recovered to ensure that this happens.
Hilarious.
So happy with my .03's and .04's. And I got them without saying one nasty word about ARYC. Imagine!
lolol.
Why yes, yes they do.
Smart investors know what's going on.
Yes unfounded. If you don't believe the tweets and PRs from the company, then it is your job to DISPROVE them, not decide that it's all a bunch of lies based on NOTHING and then post about it.
NOT TRUE! Arrayit was removed as a defendant way, way back in 2014. Avant was the defendant in this matter and the matter is NOW DISMISSSED and the case closed.
05/06/2019 STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice, without costs to either party. Signed by Judge Stanley R. Chesler on 5/6/2019. (sm) (Entered: 05/06/2019)
Notice it was dismissed "with prejudice," which means it's over and done with and can never be brought before the court again.
UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE OTHERWISE the the deal must still be on. The only problem was that Sutter Health did not want their name to be mentioned in ARYC's PR about the allergy testing agreement for whatever reasons.
Arrayit Corporation Announces Allergy Testing Agreement with Sutter HealthNovember 19, 2018 05:30 ET | Source: Arrayit Corporation

Yes, and I know all of that to be true too. I am sure your friend needed training in order to sell such a specialized device. For some reason, however, Arrayit is NOT ALLOWED to do what the rest of the world does.
Hilarious!
You said ARYC was involved in a pyramid scheme and it is NOT, so you conveniently changed the subject.
How can one represent Arrayit's products without being trained? It's not like their selling Twinkies. lolol.
Wrong, sales representatives receive commissions on their sales. They are not involved in any pyramid schemes with Arrayit.
Ridiculous.
Don't be sad. There was NO incident.
lol
Yes, it's true and SD is awesome!
Episode Info
In this podcast, Mike and Viv talk to Marc Jablonski about fingerstick allergy testing. This testing method is easy to perform, covers 120 different allergens and provides options for immunotherapy via injection or sublingually.
Good stuff, good for Jablonski and Arrayit!
I think you're right, sadly.
Tell me about it. lol.
Thanks for posting. No reason not to believe Jablonski who seems to be getting his own medical sales thing off the ground, and possibly adding 300 more tests per day for Arrayit!
Nothing wrong with that. Bring on da money! lol.
Can't stop laughing.
I think it it safe to say that everyone knows that PRs and tweets are "not the same" as audited financials.
Not sure why you are so concerned with the SEC's feelings. Maybe they're reading the tweets and PR's and maybe ARYC's counsel and/or Dan the man is maintaining communications with them.
No one knows and that is why these share prices are so darn cheap.
lol. You make it sound like they are committing the crime of the century. They are just trying to get their ducks on a row, become current, and prosper.
You have tweets and PR's and all sorts of DD generously shared by the good people on this board. ARYC will start with 8K's when they become current.
Right now, ARYC is a CE Pink and doesn't have to do ANYTHING. And as I have said before, no company that I know of files an 8K to announce how much they are billing.
Now excuse me. I have some more buying to do.
That is NOT going to happen. And anyone buying at these prices will be richly rewarded and exceedingly happy about their bank accounts.
This would be childish:
Were people sending emails from Mark saying he was to blame for the late filings
That would be childish and hopefully no one has been that stupid. Dan is our man.
Daniel A. Brown, Partner
Daniel A. Brown, CPA, CFE is a member of the firm’s SEC Practice Group and Audit Department. Dan has extensive experience in providing audit services to public and private company clientele, including reporting and filing compliance with standards promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and issued under Governmental Auditing Standards. the manufacturing, services, retail and wholesale sectors, addressing complex and varied tax and financial reporting needs.
Well apparently there ARE good reasons; otherwise, the company would be current right now. Becoming current has been a major priority and it will happen when it happens and not one minute sooner.
No one can or should judge unless they're walking in Dr. Schena's shoes.
I don't believe for one nanosecond that Dan Brown would ever communicate those poorly written and conflicting comments to a shareholder. Dan the man is still employed at RRBB.
You don't know that. There must be very good reasons for the delays and only time will tell the tale, not anyone on this board.
Read it as you wish. ARYC committed to the issuance of bi-weekly PRs quite a while ago, meaning every 2 weeks, NOT 2 times a week), and so far they haven't missed a beat.
Apparently the PR's are not covered by the "quiet period." lolol.
Bi-weekly can mean every 2 weeks or 2 times a week. In the case of ARYC, it means every 2 weeks.
No, it says that ARYC's new client has revenue of $20 billion annually and covers over 4 million people in California.
My research tells me that the new client is BLUE SHIELD OF CALIFORNIA, as I had previously posted.
