Well, let's see here. The expenses were prepaid 1st qtr by MCIG and MCIG is not going to not going to continue issuing shares for them in future. Seems like it has already been accounted and this is just an easy accounting method...especially with MCIG ownership in VTCQ.
Considering those consulting fees were paid with Rosenberg's shares but had to be put in as an expense, the accounting was never "fair" to begin with.
Sometimes companies use spin offs to shore up their own accounting issues. In those cases unfair expenses get allocated to the spin off.
Just another shareholder friendly consideration by Rosenberg!
No Thanks. Picked more up at .06 and others in at .04
That is way to funny. Are you saying that hundreds of thousand dollars were generated though that little kiosk? I guess you forgot about all the online distribution and pos sales in independent shops. Now revenues will begin to arrive from the satellite online shops in many countries. But, by all means, continue to inform us of our errors.
Good point!
Your right about that. It has been previously cited the greys are a place where these companies sometimes trade to get the bearings on the direction. This is done for the MM's mostly.
All theses wonderful things we learn along the way!
I placed the limit order though my phone app w/Fidelity, so it was done by computer and a good match for me, .008 less than my bid!
My order was not an exact match today. I put in a limit order for .07 and they were bought at .062. Kinda surprised me since I thought it needed to be at .07 and only .07 because of it being in the grey market. It traded like a normal limit purchase on the regular OTC exchange.
There was someone on this who noticed that when the extention was made. A comment was made that it was likely to cover for MCIG being late in filing. Vitacig was include in those MCIG financials, so no further reports are due at this time.
They are to uplist on the OTCQB. Probably traded today to let off some steam, after all over 1 million traded today in the afternoon!
I hope there is an uplist tomorrow and announcement to boot.
Since VTCQ traded today, will the quiet period be over for VitaCig?
Can major announcements be made now?
No good announcement can be made about trading on the greys. IMO expect that once they get their listing, we will get an announcement. This was a total surprise to me also. Penny Land!!!
mCig has developed a totally different process than just heating water. The room vaporizor you linked has oils suspended in water...not the same because mCig has the materials separate from the liquid!
From mCig PR -
IMHO, the new "thinner" is water!
Do you really think mCig has created a new chemical??? That is more credit than I've ever seen you give them.
But you seem to think that a mew non-toxic thinner to replace propylene glycol wouldn't have a good revenue stream because people are lazy and won't make their own. That's understandable if this was only to be sold to individuals.
But, this can be used fpr other than home use. I was just pointing what was relayed in the PR...that the patented liquid could be sold to other e-cig companies to be included in their products...BOOM!
There were two announcements.
#1. New Extractor
#2. E Liquid w/o propylene glycol.
#1. Is for those making their own extractions...if they are not lazy.
#2. Can be prepackaged by MCIG for Mcig+, by VITQ in VitaCigs and also sold to third parties who are also ecig manufacturers and also the general public to those making extractions. Just like I bought a jug of propylene glycol, now I would get a jug of mcig non-toxic thinner instead.
If they create a non-toxic thinner that people like, that could generate several streams of revenue fron different sources including e cig manufacturers. Sure, not every company is likely to switch from PG, but a few might since PG is a controversial ingredient. $$$$$
Will the extraction process be profitable? Only time will tell, but IMO a likely grand slam.
Almost all e cigs use propylene glycol. If its a hit...$$$$$$
My Fidelity account shows VTCQ shares also!
A long process finally coming to head.
IMO the news release was a primer for more info down the road. I wouldn't expect them to name their full process and ingredients while it is being patented.
MD-420, you brought up a good point about the smoke aspect. Most e liquid formulas use propylene glycol as a thinner and glycerine as the smoke. I didn't add glycerine to my home made e liquid and I don't blow smoke when using the liquid.
So there are things we still need to find out, but this new formulation could disrupt the e cig market. I reluctantly bought propylene glycol for my e liquid, but will replace it with a more natural product when it is available! I like the idea of better flavor and less throat irritation.
MCIG is taking out the main ingredients of e liquids (propylene glycol and glycerine) and replacing them with something natural that is less toxic, tastes better, is patentable and can be sold to other e liquid companies. IMO, $$$
These products are part of a continuing-to-grow revenue stream. Although the shorts might have some room to play the pps down, these products have the capability to really help with growth. Extractions are the future of cannabis and so are the e-liquids.
I recently did a MJ e-liquid formulation on the stove with a double burner with everclear in a mason jar. When done I added propylene glycol to the mix. If I had the opportunity to extract with a machine and then add a non toxic e-liquid, I would have done it...and so would many others!
I see a lot of future potential that will effect pps down the line. Play the short term down if you like, but as this company grows, I'm liking the long term plays much more.
Good luck with that since we are on the long road upward!
You actually think the "rumor" of MCIG on CNBC on THIS board would have an immediate effect on pps.
LOL, IMO this board has little to do with major price jumps. Sometimes the bid/ask can be the difference of more than a penny sometimes...that likely is your price jump.
Thanks for all your input in the past, who knows, maybe that's why I picked up so many cheepies the last months. LOL
The designs are different in ways that have mattered to me.
I own a Boss and am glad the design is different then the Imagevape. No doubt the are using the same manufacturer for both, but the designs do vary.
The 3.0 has the ability to change out the battery. That means no waiting for a charge if you have a spare...which I do.
The MCIG also has an insert for e-liquid and waxes which is easy to work. You just add a few drops of liquid in the cup and drop in the chamber. It stays in the chamber because the cup is magnetized. I had never tried a liquid, but decided to try it because of how easy it seemed. That makes the 3.0 even better then the imagevape and their 11 awesome reviews. Everything the reviewers liked about the Imagevape is similar to my good impressions of the 3.0.
8 Product delivery complaints. Not surprising considering some delays I've had. I didnt complain, I'M still long MCIG
Be sure to stop back in a month AFTER the IPO. Management is building equity, but VCIG needs to be trading for any judgement to be passed. Until then, the plan is not fulfilled.
I always wondered if MCIG wanted Vapolution to help MCIG on the vape technical aspect. They are supposed to be a good company. Plus if there were 1.3 million in revenues betwenn 2010-2013, that seems like a good acquisition for $625,000 stock IMHO. Of course that is if they continue with the accelerated version of the Vapolution acquisition.
Your absolutely right pitadog, for some reason I thought there was higher value with Vapolution.
If Vapolution is finally fully aquired by MCIG mid Jan, the Vapolution full year's profits would be booked by by MCIG. I believe that will add Millions to MCIG books. My take is, earlier this year the agreement was moved up by 4 years, it was originally for 5 years before they were to be aquired. Maybe instead of cancelling, if they have cold feet, the agreement might be extended. Hopefully it will go through in Jan and we will see some excellent shareholder equity.
Your right Martin, I believe the last report clearly mentioned that these expenses needed to be written this way for tax purposes. Even though this didn't cost the company any shares, they need to be accounted. Only Paul's shares were converted (after giving them to MCIG) so he is the original benefactor of all salaries and other expenses. But for MCIG report it is an expense. It might be a tax writeoff for Paul?
Plus Paul invested his own cash $$$ in the beginning to get this up and running.
The accountant on this board should clearly be able to research that if they try.
Lookin very good for the longs!
Not likely Ratfink until MJ is Federally legal. IMO, VitaCig is a more likely canidate, but still to far away from other e-cigs (without nicotine) to be purchased by tobacco.
Maybe some of these liquor producers would like to directly join the trends that are up and coming. More profits to them to back an exclusive product line then trends in bars!
Anyways, here is a great article reporting on a different company exploring how popular vaping alcohol can be...
http://www.playboy.com/articles/vaportini-alcohol-review
Vaping alcohol sounds cool and trendy. Previously, I had thought the concept of VitaCig was silly, until I tried one. Now the concept is catching on. These guys are ahead of trends...thats what is so great about this company.
An anomaly!
Yep, all this manipulation allowed me to pick up a few more @ .135 today!
No proof of wrongdoing, only accusations.
Must have been that 100K BUY earlier! Is that your indicator? Please do tell us about this possible insider trading. LOL
Charlie, please enlighten us with your reasoning.
