Oh, I see. Thanks. I misunderstood the intent of your post. Sorry.
I know about the Mobeego. I was asking Tendtheflock if he can provide any evidence to support his claim. I don't see anything in the link you provided that supports his claim.
Can you provide links to support any of this?
More volume today.
The progress on the planned moved to the Nasdaq strikes me as really good news, and a sign of the company's commitment to long-term growth.
Outstanding! Can't wait for that news to go public.
Hey, that's impressive, Kimokahu! Are you able to share where you heard that?
The "QB" has nothing to do with bankruptcy.

A new Somatics training class has been added, starting this month.

I find that really interesting too.
I didn't find anything on that website to indicate being "based" in California, but I did find a reference to California.
"We have local connections. Monarch Staffing has been placing medical staff in California and beyond for almost three decades, we have the inside edge on many local healthcare markets. If you’re new to the area, or even a long-time resident, we can help you navigate your job search to find opportunities you didn’t even know existed."

Interesting, though. Because the other company (monarchstaffing.com)says it was formed in 2001.

Whereas the company you mention (monarchstaffinginc.com) says it's been placing staff in California and beyond for almost three decades. Still, both websites use the same photo. hmmmmm......
Interesting. Where does it say that? All I can see is that it is based in the Philadelphia area.

Both of those are the other company. Notice that they have the same photograph.
Thanks, Champagnepowder. I'm afraid that is not our company. I too made that same mistake, which is easy to make because it has the same name. That company is located in southeastern Pennsylvania and has had that website for a long time.
Our company was last located in San Juan Capistrano, California. David Walters (husband of California Rep. Mimi Walters) was the CEO. Here's the last filing:

I'm afraid MSTF was never associated with the company in Pennsylvania.
Here's more info on MSTF:

Hey, Champahepower, as a favor could you give us a link to that website you mentioned? Thanks.
Just a reminder to all that during the conference call on July 20th, CEO Bob Gruder said that in August Life Clips will be pushing hard on social media.
See Simmons240's notes from the conference call here.
Great work, Simple Math! I would not call that simple math at all. Even a fraction of that would be a great success.
I'm going to Wendy's to celebrate today's news and price surge, and I'm going to have two large Frosties - one vanilla and one chocolate - and I'm not going to stop until I have total brain freeze! :oD
500 share trade at .001. Not bad! ;0)
Have I mentioned that up is my favorite direction? I think I have. But anyway...
Welcome, Tmac555. It's exciting to be in a stock that keeps its promises and does what it says it is going to do.
Look at that list of Mr. Checkout distributors! It includes Home Depot, Safeway, Walgreens, Target.....

That's great news! This will bring Mobeego to all these stores and more:
• Walmart
• Staples
• Home Depot
• Bed Bath & Beyond
• Albertson’s
• Lowe’s
• Kmart
And here it is at Mr. Checkout:

Fantastic! Thank you, Simmons! That post should be stickied.
So the deal is closed and we now completely own the makers of Mobeego. Fantastic news! Great to be part of a company that does what it says it is going to do!
They look quite different to me.
Not so at all.
Me too, Goro. I've seen 360º images, and had no idea the cameras could be bought so inexpensively.
Exactly, Simmons.
You're welcome, Cabroncita. I'm very psyched about this acquisition.
Today's amendment extends the date after which Batterfly Energy Ltd. (the Israeli company being bought by Life Clips) may terminate the Purchase Agreement if the Acquisition has not closed by such date. Originally the date was June 30th. That was clearly defined in black and white. Today it was extended to July 14th. That means Batterfly had one entire week (from June 30th until today) in which it could have terminated the agreement if it had wanted to. Obviously it didn't, or it would have. Neither would it have agreed to extend the date if it wanted out. And if Life Clips was interested in "putting the heat on", then they wouldn't have extended. The need for an extension probably had to do with the Israeli tax authorities.
"While the closing of the Acquisition remains subject to various customary closing conditions, the Israeli tax authorities have granted preliminary approval of the tax treatment for the Acquisition being sought by Batterfly’s shareholders, and accordingly, the Company expects the closing of the Acquisition to occur during the week of July 11, 2016."
New Form 8-K filed today. The Amendment concerns Life Clips' purchase of Batterfly Energy Ltd., the makers of Mobeego. Life Clips expects the closing to occur next week!
"The Amendment extends from June 30, 2016 to July 14, 2016 the date after which any party to the Purchase Agreement may terminate the Purchase Agreement if the Acquisition has not closed by such date. While the closing of the Acquisition remains subject to various customary closing conditions, the Israeli tax authorities have granted preliminary approval of the tax treatment for the Acquisition being sought by Batterfly’s shareholders, and accordingly, the Company expects the closing of the Acquisition to occur during the week of July 11, 2016."

There's no dilution.
I really know nothing about the camera, Prof, except what I've read. Nor was I aware of any crowd funding involved. Do you know where I might find any more info on that? Thanks in advance.
Yes, it is good to see the "big boys" over here. Fingers crossed indeed!
A quick scan of the reviews shows that some users reported being able to use their phone after recharging with Mobeego for many hours longer than the "up to 4 hours of extended battery life" advertised. It depends on how they were using their phone, which of course is the same when using the phone's initial charge. For example, one reviewer got 3 hours while using the phone's GPS - a known battery hog.
Another reviewer said he used it while camping. "My phone was at 5% when I plugged this in and my phone charged until it reached 92% and the battery can was dead. This was better than I expected and was able to use my phone the rest of the day until I charged it that night at camp." So it all depends on how the phone is being used.
As for Amazon advertising it for only Apple products, thank you.I don't see mention of Android or Windows phones either. So I issued a correction and notified Amazon that it also works on Android and Windows phones, and included a link. I would imagine that the company has already done this, but just in case.
I loved reading the ratings at Amazon! There were 88 reviews, and the vast majority of them were five-star excellent. This is very encouraging! A couple poor reviews, but those were apparently because the reviewer didn't understand that this is a one-use disposable battery, or that one purchases the starter kit with the adapter only once, and thereafter buys only the replacement battery.

Outstanding! Thanks, Kano!
Here is the Form 8-K that says otherwise.
