We're looking at least $.07 when the deal close. Their cap right now is at $10 million which is very undervalued in my opinion. At least 200% gain from the acquisition. Remember doc greens is profit revenue generating company plus TAUG announced that they are coming out with a product line this summer. I don't want to over value anything stock but this is going to fall between $.07and $.12 by end of the year.

This has been sideway trading closer to the bottom line of bollinger bands. It's ready to shoot off. Been trading for years and it's the same pattern and trend.

$.10 by end of July is very predictable. The deal with green dots is closing in three weeks and they are expanding products through multiple channels of distributions. Plus the new law could help expend MJ through out the country by end of the year. Canada for sure by end of this year.

The share price is really base on the shareholders to be honest. If we hold and do not sell, this will only go up without dilution. But if we decide to sell then we will push the price down to triple 0s. It's very simple.

So that means we are going back to $.10!
