I got absolutely NO problem with solid investors with positive foresight of NHMD taking out convertible debt! Convertibles are too few now, and price is REAL REAL good...highest bidders will get em, or ask slapperz. Imo

Such big news coming for this company! Those pancakes are so good. And if you have a cast iron pan that's being used to cook NATE'S, then you know that delicious smell lingers on that thing and reminds me more is on its way. Really hope this hits store shelves soon. This stuff is going to sell so well. Repeat customers will be no problem.

Last note half paid off and the other half negotiated to a "controlled" conversion.
I'll bet we see the bid swell in anticipation. I'm putting some up there, but it is an agreed upon conversion over time so some bids may miss imo. Some conversion may happen AFTER positive developments.
