Honestly,

Does anyone know where these S-8 shares are coming from that are being sold right now? I would think they would wait for a higher share price before selling them. Do they think this is the best price they will get? Can anyone here answer this that knows or is it a board secret? It looks like you might know Matt. Can you answer me here, or do I have to call Dave?

I'm not really sure how I got thrown in here with the the Bram vs. the board discussion, but oh well. I think I will stop posting here for awhile as Mike I respect you and it is obvious Mike that you are frustrated and feel that posters such as myself are clogging up your board. No hard feelings I hope. I wish posters like Matt who posted today about the day he found out about the debt conversion of shares would have posted it here the day he found out as this was where such info should be shared, but like you say, DD is everyone's own responsibility. I guess for him to post it would not have been the wisest thing for him, because people that read this would have immediately sold their shares and it would have caused the pps to drop and thus negatively affected his portfolio. So that brings me to my point. Posting positive info about this company is in everyones' interest here. We share positive info(such as a form 4 that we think is an open market purchase), people start buying, the pps goes up. If we share negative info, there is a good possibility the reverse happens like with my previous example with Matt and the debt conversion info. It's only human I guess. No one wants to lose money and see their portfolio shrink. So it would be very natural(maybe even prudent) for any negative info that an investor aquires to be kept to himself/herself. I think that is what has happened here. I can't blame anyone for that I guess. I think calling this board a pump board is very unfair. It is just a normal "protect your investment at all times" board. I have come to the conclusion the only way to get information about this company is just to read the filings and talk to the CEO and hope that he is that 1 in a 1000 CEO's of OTCBB's who isn't trying to get a free lunch off of me and who really is honest and competent. I hope all you guys that are talking to Dave will urge him to adjust his salary and benefits more accordingly with the current revenues so as not to choke this company. MSEP had $50K in revenue last quarter and Dave brought in a salary of $30K for that same quarter (120K /4).(Not a fact, I just extrapolated that from the filings that say he makes $120K a year plus car allowance and other benefits) I don't doubt Dave works very hard and when we do make 1 to 5 million a year, I would gladly support a hefty salary like the one he currently already has. But obviously with $50K in revenue, we are not even close yet. I wish you guys all luck here. Scott

I didn't know you were still here. Haven't seen you for awhile. No authority complex here. No, just frustrated that no one seems too eager to discuss questions or concerns openly here. People seem very apprehensive to talk about anything that might be potrayed negatively. For instance, the last two pr's in my opinion have been very fluffy. Also JEFF has been on the ask a lot lately. Coincidence? I don't know. But I have asked people here what they thought of it and no one has even come close to discussing it. This board I thought was set up for all of us investors to discuss the happenings of our company. I feel that too many people here take the easy way out and say "have you called Dave? Why don't you call Dave?" Well if that is how it works, then what is the function of this board? Maybe no one should post here and we should just have Dave's phone number posted at the top with a note that says "any questions of the CEO of MSEP that might be construed as negative, please don't post here on a public forum but instead call this number." Yes I know I am being a wise guy here, but it is frustrating. I don't really care for RB because you get a lot of spam and crazy people like Lostitall/Gilber Grape posting their junk. So I was hoping this place would be an improvement. Well it has been, but no one is willing to stir the pot up a little bit and OPENLY discuss the current happenings of this company. You have set this board up and for that I thank you. I am not here to piss on your work. But for goodness sakes, let's get some posters here with some kahunas to talk about the meat. Last two PR's were pure fluff. People used to post they were intrigued with this company because there weren't any fluffy pr's. Now we have had two in a row and no one is talking about it. Read the last two filings. It's all there about the sale of the S-8 shares. Over 23 million between November 04 and March 05. Don't be too emotional to look at the facts, both good and bad. Read the filings then come back here and post what you find. I don't lie. I own a lot of this stock right now and have no agenda in regards to trying to buy more cheaper. I only discuss what I believe is true, both good and bad, and I haven't been wrong yet. Also watch JEFF the next few trading days. Scott

You might want to educate yourself before you go on this board and call me a liar. The S-8 shares have already been filed, they are not David or Marks' shares but shares given to employees. The employees have been selling the shares (this has been discussed here many times already and has been proven as fact and even was admitted to by Dave per a post by Mike M.) The employee gets to keep 15% of the proceeds from the sale and the other 85% goes back to the company. It is a fact. If the shares were Davids' or Marks' then yes they would have to file. But they are smarter than that, they found away around it. Don't call me a liar, it is a fact and people here know it, some will acknoledge it and some will just ignore it, but it is a fact. I never said no Pr's should be released. All I did was made an observation. The PR sounded like something right out of the sports page. No need to be a jerk Casserly. Also, think about this.
