RD I reasoned too rashly. I think I remember that you sold BDCO at a much higher price than the current price and therefore could increase the number of shares you own.
RD I find it strange that the pps just now is about $ 1.30 whereas it reached about $ 2.10 some weeks ago. Prospects are hardly much worse now than it was then. Moreover, another refiner has as you mentioned its pps liftet from 28 to 42 dollars. The current pricing of BDCO seems irrational.
RD You are back with a vengeance since 12,000 is more shares you had before you sold some of them to buy some very cheap shares.
Dear palaypu0406
I am sorry that there have been so many posts about this topic. I have received an e-mail from your daughter and a quite different Subscription agreement from another person. I was informed that the first subscription agreement was cancelled. I have just skimmed the second one but it looked quite different from the first one. I guess your daughter can confirm what I write about the two versions of the agreement. I have retained a lawyer/atorney and I hope that he is able to do what is required in the middle of next week. In the first agreement I was able to fill in some of the information I was asked to provide. In the most recent one nothing happened when I tried to do the same thing. I am very ignorant about PDF-files and I don't know what the problem is which makes impossible tp fill in any information. I hope my attorney is able to do the things that are required.
Bid higher than asked price! "1.35 / 1.32 (459 x 100)"
RD Thanks to you too! It reminds me of the way I can sign at the post office - with my finger rather than a ball-point pen. My name is next to unreadable when I do it.
WAR Thanks!
WAR Just one question I wonder about. How did you sign the document?
RD That was exactly my intention.
RD Yes, I want him to to it. He has an insurance which means that I may get a big compensation if he fails to do things correctly with the result that I don't get the shares I guess. This means that it is the safest way to do it I think. When so much money is involved it seems sensible to act in the safest way.
RD It is the first alternative I thought was the fastest one. My problem is that I am unable to handle attachments. I am not sure Adobe works the same way for me as for some others since I only use it free of charge.
pennypauly I impressed that you are able to read 35 pages in 10 minutes. I guess you are a US citizen and that you are asked to give different information from people living in other countries. Were you able to sign by hand and return it electronically?
RD Thanks for trying to help me. There is also the option not to return it electronically but by using DHL. Do you or anybody have an idea what it might cost to use DHL Express which is supposed to forward paackages in 3 to 5 days world wide?
RD Perhaps people in Oslo usually do things themselves. I have looked up the word that I guess is a translation of copy shop. My impression is that they just print things. The biggest challenge for me is to return the agreement electronically and at the same time sign the document by hand. I don't think I have the equipment to be able to do that.
RD My lawyer has both to look closely at the document and then fill in what is necessary. He has to pick the right of 4 tax identification numbers that are mentioned in the document and decide if it is the best idea to return it electronically if possible and include the right additional documents that are required or print it and return it by for instance DHL. The biggest challenge for me woujld have been to return it electronically. My printer is not designed for documents of 35 pages, I cannot scan and I don't know how to sion an electonic document by handwriting. Thus there are several things I am able to do myself. I am aware of nobody who could do all this for me except than a lawyer who is good at electronic communication.
RD I think my lawyer is competent. But he may have a high worload and I am unsure how fast he can do it. He may be too busy today to answer my e-mail to him about the possible need to return the document very fast.
MM To me who is not an expert on electronic communication, especially files that are attached to e-mails, which was the case here, what seems most difficult for me if the Subscription agreement is to be returned electonically is to sign it in a valid way. If it is returned in the mail it will take weeks before the mail is received in the USA based on my communication by mail with Ameritrade.
RD Thanks for your reply. I hope you are right. I know from the 35-page subscription document that it is a sort of general documewnt that caters to investors in different situations. Among other things I get the impression that Indians who don't live in the USA have to provide some information that does not apply for others.
Re subscription of shares in Cow Caspital. I have retained an attorney working for Codex to handle it since it is quite demanding to get it right and to get it returned by an unknown deadline. I have already received a reminder that the document has not been returned. This seems to imply that an alectronic return is taken for granted. My impression was that it could be returned in the mail. Perhaps there is a need to make it clear what the deadline is when it comes to when the documents must have been received by Cow Capital? If the dealine is not reasonably generous it may be impossible for some of the shareholders of ITUP to get the shares we have already paid for accepted by Cow Capital.

There seem to be some unhappy campers in this stock. It appears tjhat more than 10,000 shares were sold into the bid which started at about 15,000 shares today.
shurtha I think the company should rather use its profits to pay back part of the debt that should already have been paid. The precarious financial situation of this company is probably an important reason why the stock price is so low.
shurtha I assume you state that the crack spread for heating oil is as high as 4 dollars per gallon. How does this compare with the crack spread for jet fuel? Perhaps BDCO has stored a good deal of heating oil hoping to get a good price during the winter.
RD I got the impression from you post (I did not read your next post before I posted mine) that you intended to buy that expensive car very soon). After reading your next post I understood that you referred to one or two years into the future and that you would spend a very low fraction of your expected future profits to buy t hat car.
diggg It occurred to me that it is cossible to construe some apperent competition in a positive way. If youj are a pioneer there is a risk that you are ahead of the world you live in. That may be troublesome. If there is some competition brewing it might suggest that your timing is very good in the vindow of opportunity that exists.
RD "And a Porsche 911" I guess that is jocular, or if it is not where did you get the money for that kind of car???
surfer I hope what you suggest will happen fairly soon. Shareholders have been waiting for years for that to happen.
diggg I just watched the initial presentation. The interesting thing is that ITUP is not the only company that is dong tokenization. It looks is if there may be competition that may perhaps grow fast.
tbirdman I have invested in several of the same stocks as Real Dutch. But I don't invest just because somebody else is enthusiastic about a stock. I make up my own mind based on the information I have. One of his favorites that I am invested in is HERB. That stock is currently an interesting speculation. It is reasonably priced based on earnings per share. There may be some big assets that may cause the pps to really soar before very long, but nothing should be taken for granted.
tbirdman Your stake is even a bit higher than mine at a bit less than 44,000 shares.
downthehatch "the value of the company’s otc symbol clearly has real value. It certainly is worth several times the current share price," The current market cap of HERB is somewhat in excess of 20 million dollars with more than 150 million shares outstanding. I am surprised that the word herb is an otc symbol that is worth several times 20 million dollars. This sounds strange in comparison with BDCO that has a market cap of that is lower than that of HERB but is expected to generate profits of more than 20 million dollars this year.
RD This seems to imply that the crack spread for jet fuel is about 80 dollars per barrel. This is almost as much as the price of crude oil. seems to be absurd and cannot last for long.
40,000 shares traded. It is a long time since so many shares changed hands.
good idea tbirdman. Several brains often think better than one brain. Various posters here might have something to add.
penny I think the intenion is rather to prevent the price of crude from falling a lot as recession spreads.
RD This shows that the jet fuel price is a record high! At the same time the price of crude oil has been a good deal higher this year than it is now. The implication would seem to be that the crack spread for jet fuel is extremely high right now. At the current prices I guess this company could genereate earnings per share of more than a dollar in a quarter, since jet fuel appears to make up a large part of the crude oil that is refined.
Dear Laxmi, I had not tanken these circumstances into consideration. There may be a big new group of investors that are interested in Cow Capital.
The market tries to discount the future. Hence it could be that the market will pay more than jnet assets for the shares of Cow Capital once they start trading. I guess a lot will depend on what information is presented about the expected combination with Masala capital and how the merkets reacts to this information. The market could be enthusiastic or sceptical because poineers don't always succeed when it comes to new ventures..
Dear palaypu0406,
Thanks for very intriguing information! "... determining the Digital Unit value on a daily basis, offering 14 to 15% yield to the investor vs 4-5% returns that a typical hotel REIT offers." This level of return would make investment in such assets very financially attractive as far as I am able to assess the situation.
RD At least a score with BDCO and HERB would be welcome. To me it seems unrealistic that the Cow Capital will trade at moch more than its net assets (cash) as long as no combination has been agreed on firmly. I think it is reasonable to assume that shares than cannot be traded for a year are not worth more than 50% of shares that are tradeable.
