.....and 2 cents invested in Bayport today will be worth $10 in a few months.
I guess they could have sold stock into the market to pay for the audit. However, it appears they took the correct approach....they earned it.
Another unfounded projection, similar to those that said it would be in the trips by a few weeks ago. This company has had a large amount of authorized and yet unissued shares for 6 months now. If there is going to be any dilution, as you project, they will run the stock price up first....isn't that what scammers do...pump and dump???? And if that is the case as you project, then now is the time to load up, just prior to the pump. Let the buying begin. And, as we have seen recently, the volume has picked up.
That is not true. This company is starting to grow.
If someone has the ten bucks to invest in Bayport, they can make it happen. Bayport is a fine investment, and you could quadruple that investment.
I also find it magnificent that if as some have said that Bayport has dropped 90%, it can only drop another 10% from here. giggle
I think it is great that even though oil is at a multi-year low, Bayport has not been dropping in price.
If this were a share selling scam, and they increased their AS to 700M six months ago....wouldn't they have issued many of those shares already?
Sorry that I was not clear in my question. I am asking the question of whether he is legally allowed to buy based upon knowledge even though he is filing the form 4. I cannot conceive that he does not have the insider knowledge, but is he allowed to buy on that knowledge?
I would think that with CB buying these shares, and even though he is correctly filing the SEC form, he is not allowed to buy based upon non public information. Is that correct?
Thanks....I do hope/expect the same 'Miracle on Wall Street' to occur. Tis the season.
Need to buy more shares.........Bayport!!!!!
I have been watching Bayport for quite a few years, and I am not sure what others are seeing, but I am more than satisfied with my financial outcome. Now in it again for about 1M shares, I am waiting for the upcoming announcements (they have been very quiet recently) for another big score. Not long to wait.
I have not seen him posting here.....not sure what one is seeing.
Thanks for giving me this opportunity to respond. I have never seen a good answer to that scam definition. The facts are that they have only issued about 2% of the newly authorized shares since they were authorized, they take no salary, they have not issued any new PRs to pump up the price.....what have they done since the RS (6 months ago) that would make someone come to that conclusion. If this were a scam they would be pumping and dumping.....that is not going on.
Don't think so, as Bayport has always thrived with their new innovations and products. They have a new product announcement ready to go right now.
Still awaiting that response. Would love to know what our CEO's alias on this board is.
Again, I ask....what is the alias of this mysterious poster pretending to be the CEO?
That will happen when they forward split.
Who are you talking about? I did not see the CEO of Bayport posting anywhere. What alias if he going under, what board is he posting on, and what is he saying that it going to boost the pps?
The committee is starting to take nominations for 2014 Ethical CEO of the Year. I know that our Jim Porter is on the short list. I think it may have something to do with not putting out meaningless press releases, or diluting shares. That may give us the notice that we need to make this thing move upward. Also, with the audit of 2013 completed, and 2014 pretty much done, we are ready to become fully reporting.....First step of many to be taken.
I might have to start adding again....
I get confused. At what point is the amount of trades considered as dilution, and what makes it so small it is considered as a clown show. Is there a sweet spot?
How many shares traded today? Was there a huge run for the doors? A huge 801 shares traded hands. Was that $10 worth of buys/sells?
Closed at high of the day....yahoo
LMAO, but sorry, no filing is meaningless.
Very quiet this week....and last. I guess once the D gets removed, we should have some nice action.
What does Bayport have 125 of? Wells, billions of dollars, awards????
If one ever ran a company then they would know of the 'required' costs. The Q and K are great sources for this data.
And let us not forget the leases, etc that they purchased. Take a look at the Q and K for details. Even though they are not audited to everyone's liking yet, they are still a source of information.
I guess I can say this until I die....which some probably hope I do soon...but I have seen nothing other than a accrual for some small amount of salary......I think it was $27K from a few years ago. To the best of anyone's knowledge, he has not taken a dime from Bayport yet.
It appears that he is leaving us in silence. Maybe that is good news, as I am not sure right now.
But you seemed so concerned with what the company and management were doing. Most people do not pay for calls anymore, as they are billed a flat amount....so wouldn't it be worth to couple of minutes to put any underlying concerns to rest?
If you would give him or Clay a call you might not have to speculate. He, BTW, is very difficult to get hold of, but Clay will answer his phone immediately.
The real, undisputed facts are that James Porter has not taken a salary, nor has he had any personal expenses or perks paid from Bayport. Let us know where any of these supposed fairy tale facts came from, as other than reading them here, I can find no confirmation anywhere else. I await the response.
I keep in touch with the management....that is key here.
That is not true, as I am not losing.
Investors/speculators have made or lost money in their trades of Bayport....depending on the timing. Lots of money still can be made here by smart investors.
They have products that do....have you missed that?
Show me where you see they have gotten anything tangible from Bayport for their time.
