Did you retire when Lifestyle went under or did you join another practice?
Three reasons:
1. Fish Oil stigma. They might have a better chance if EPA was a derivative of fruitcake!
2. Trust. No thanks to JZ, the company is suffering from broken promises and a lot of people - retail and institutional investors - got burned. So, they stay away.
3. FDA. Who knows what the FDA might pull next?
Frankly, these unresolved legal issues just remind everyone of the past bullshit and until the company can produce something that really amazes, the PPS will tread water!
So, the FBI investigation didn't start until after Marty raised the price of the drug? Wish they'd work that fast when it involved email investigations!
How did you decide that "Greymatter1" was an appropriate username?
Oh, you again! Sheesh.
Define "sharp"!
Have you decided who the middle leg is?!!
Like I said, you obviously lack experience.
Do you really think these mutually acceptable delays are an affront to the court? If so, you obviously have never been involved in any significant litigation. And traffic court doesn't count!
Give it a rest. Take up a hobby - one you can enjoy while your thumbs are twiddling!
“A nickel ain’t worth a dime anymore.”
Only in your mind that everyone on this board expects nothing less than full Anchor label. But keep trying Mogwash, keep trying!
Did Pacira even get a PI with their lawsuit or was it still pending?
So, your preference would have been to do nothing?
Re: #2: no, but to the extent that PPS was negatively affected and dilutive impacts were felt, the lack of NCE did harm the company and stakeholders. But, I agree, hard to prove!
If I'm Watson, I litigate as long as possible waiting for interim news. And decide from that point whether or not to continue the fight.
And the investors' lawsuit should be toast within a few weeks.
Mog will tell you this is insignificant news and certainly not a catalyst!
Can you make a case FOR Amarin?
Happy Hanukkah, Ricardo! Hope you're having a great holiday season.
How do you give a grab?
"only a holiday for federal employees"? since when? Schools, banks, local government observe the holiday.
When you consider the former is just a JV team...
I thought the geniuses said this kind of move was impossible!
Newt Mog issue: fish oil scam!
HD - Can/will you pin this to the top of the page?
OK, dilution is a must - check; institutional ownership is declining - check; what's the next issue in the lineup?
Perhaps it was in response to suggestions that it might occur in 2015 and not 2016!
You're obviously interested. And that's all that matters.
It is certainly your business to post your sentiments about Amarin's management, past and present, but it really makes you appear bitter - maybe even unhealthy. My advice, if you don't like the situation that your in, whether it's a bad marriage, a bad job or a stock that you have no control over (I'm assuming you aren't Carl Icahn), do something about it. Get divorced, change jobs or sell the stock and don't look back. You'll sleep better!
If the only legitimate risk is whether or not Reduce it is successful (financing through completion is NOT a legitimate risk), how would you suggest management "de-risk" the outcome?
And if there is a subsequent financing, whether it's the Baker Brothers or the Andrews Sisters, they will have access to this analysis before they plunk their money down.
We all know you have no confidence in management, but considering the hand they were dealt (I assume I don't need to enumerate the issues), I think they've done a pretty good job of keeping things moving forward. Dare I say a lot better job than you probably would have done if you were at the helm? Management will take the appropriate actions to secure additional financing when, in their judgement, they need to do so. Banging on your high chair everyday about dilution, dilution, dilution is not going to get you an extra juice box! So please, give it a rest.
But they still used a picture of a fish oil capsule!
"I actually take what management tells me and I believe it."
That's rich coming from a guy (girl?) who doesn't miss an opportunity to badmouth management.
Why is it unbelievable?
Work the room, JL. Find out who's there from BP and FDA (if they dare show their faces!).
Come on Raf. You know that a day without BB is like a day without sunshine and an agonizing itch in your nether regions.
Is there a minimum interim % that Amarin will accept as futile to continue Reduce It to completion? Does it have to be in double digits or would something less than that justify the continuation?
Shouldn't you have ended your disparaging remark about Raf with a IMO?
