Absolutely FABULOUS "MEAT AND POTATOES" post.
uzualsuzpect, just assure me that Susman is as diligent on our behalf as Mason is and I'll drop the so called "spam". I'll admit I may be just a tad paranoid about what I've been seeing from some attorneys in this case. Hope Susman delivers for us. We deserve it.
Some Susman apprehension on the Y board. However, I actually sense his strategy.
diamondguru-one, why has it been so difficult to get this to the forefront in court?
Now that paragraph has some "BITE" to it. And precisely why Washington Mutual shareholders deserve just compensation. If there's justice!
That is pretty impressive. Keep up the good work EC. You are very much appreciated.
Why doesn't Susman just simply come out and make some, at least simple, supportive, statement to shareholders and the media? What harm would that do? And it probably wouldn't cost us $1,100 an hour to do it.
How can it be proven that Rosen has been "billing excessively"? Hopefully, SG/Susman will find the resolve to address this issue.
Maybe you should pose that question to katekir.
Actually, I still have appreciation and some faith in EC. Would like to see SG/Susman be more demonstrative representing shareholders. Maybe/hopefully that's coming. Great job Mason and others helping to keep us afloat last Monday.
"Stop the crap;EC did a very bad job monday;good for us there were some shareholders to defend us as EC did nothing on monday."- from katekir on Yahoo MB.
No, I haven't. It doesn't seem too acceptable by some here for me to question Mr. Susman's efforts on shareholders' behalf.
Some feel Susman is waiting for the right time to resurface. We'll see. Until then, "thank God for some proactive shareholders".
So, eventually, the seizure will be addressed in Judge Collyer's court. Is that what's likely the happen?
ilenes, if you would have confirmed that it was indeed Susman, the share price would have skyrocketed tomorrow. Shareholders and the market need to see more of Susman's actual conviction to this case.
Hopefully, it's coming, like some have surmised.
Wonder what Susman thought of Ben Mason's presentation.
Yep, this looks like a huge speculative play at .045 right now. JMHO
Wonder how Susman feels about the shareholders excellent presentations today in court.
Will there be any substantial rulings Monday or just more delays?
Why the nice bounce today? Has there been a leak?
Are they just drawing the "big bucks" for as long as they can? We'll soon find out.
Wow, that's bizarre. Don't really know where you're coming from. What do you feel about Susman's personal effort on behalf of shareholders at the present time.
Is Susman truly "in the game" or "on the sidelines" in behalf of WAMUQ shareholders? I am seeing more and more "subtle" concerns being expressed on this board and the Y board. I haven't been given any indication of his personal involvement for quite some time. Or have I missed something recently?
WAMUQ seems to be holding up pretty good today. I'm surprised because of the interlude between hearings and the overall market today.
Thanks WithCatz.
Is this objection helping the nice little comeback?
How can the bid be .043 and the ask .041?
fsshon, can you substantiate that, please?
Seems like the .03s are coming if no positive news evolves before the 3/21 hearing. Can anybody refute that?
What time does the hearing begin tomorrow?
Isn't Susman supposed to be an "intimidating, bulldog-type attorney"? Why haven't we seen that yet on behalf of his clients, EC/shareholders?
Large Green, do you feel Susman will actually show up in court on 3/9/11?
Susman needs to make his presence felt in court SOON for shareholders. Before it's too late. S/G needs to get on the "attack mode". They've been way too passive, IMO. Rosen has had the upper hand in Walrath's court far too long. Get with it S/G! Let's see your glowing reputation in action again SOON.
Catz, so has SG raised the issue of "a bona fide assets list" to your satisfaction?
Why hasn't Walrath ordered the production of an assets list? How can the POR be "fair and reasonable" without a bona fide assets list?
Didn't Walrath order the production of an assets list? What ever happened to that? As a shareholder, I'd like to see SG, specifically Susman, press this monumental issue to the max. Why haven't they? And where are the Solomon numbers?
Am I the only shareholder that sees Susman's personal involvement at the present time, not just S/G's, as pertinent?
So can we see "personal" billings for Susman or is it for S/G collectively? Am I the only shareholder that sees this as pertinent?
Does anybody know FOR SURE that Susman is still actively involved in this case and will eventually show up IN COURT to help out shareholders? This is relevant and shouldn't be deleted.
Couldn't Susman subpoena the SEC through Judge Walrath to get this information in court?
That's why this case is of monumental significance. It has major ramifications for the average citizen against "big money and power". I HOPE Judge Walrath has the earnest mindset of "fairness to all" and Susman is whole-heartedly dedicated to challenging "the system".
WithCatz, please refer to Dr. A's analysis.
