haha, cursing always translates well.
WE RULE! Go long or go home. And, please, be quiet about it!
We will have to ride out the guys flipping this one. But I think all will end up alright.
Easy there A.S.,
Both MTM and you have a point. You are right that it is unfair to expect people not to jump at a chance to get their money out of an investment that has been stagnant for a long time. But, MTM is right that by doing that we give ourselves into the mercies of the MMs.
We all see the PRs and theories about what may or may not be happening. But, let's at least give it a chance until the 21 day deadline. Then, you have my blessing to freak out all that you want.
I have only been here since the summer so this is my first PR deadline. If Dan misses this one, then I may freak out too.
Seems like I saw this hit 5 on a day of 3 mill volume max. Course, I could be mistaken. I would love to see .001
I think it is just a new way for doubters to spin it. No worries!
I hope that is good for tomorrow. Good Luck!
Thats what the PR said.
The info is GREAT RJ. Very good job. I am sure everyone knows, but you can get a complete SEC schedule at SEC sports
http://secsports.com/
wow. 15 million volume? I guess it didn't move to 4 because that last big trade was after market?
That's the truth. Guess they have to get it out of their system while they can.
Pretty quiet around here.
Why do the Backs seem to have twice as many? Cause they are so bad? ha ha
Wait! Sorry, didn't notice that was baseball.. maybe it still applies.
It would not surprise me at all if Wisconson beat us. Nutt doesn't seem to be able to keep his hands out of the play calling. I wish he would move on.
OT: Anyone who roots for the SEC conference, PM me.
Dammit Grobec! There is only so much money that I am willing to earn here! Ha Ha
I never doubted you for a minute. Maybe a few seconds here and there.
Ain't married life great!
ah ha! Selling a little advertising on those pumps? That would be cool.
Finally! The best conference gets it's own board. Great idea!
I found these bowl predictions on Yahoo, personally I think LSU will win also. However, I think Michigan will beat USC
•Florida 35, Ohio State 31
•Notre Dame 27, LSU 24
•Louisville 28, Wake Forest 17
•Oklahoma 45, Boise State 21
•Southern Cal 38, Michigan 14
Personally I hope they are spending their kids inheritance.
The original PR
Summus Works, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMMW) announced it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire the Salt Lake City-based telecommunications company Matrix Management, Inc., owner and operator of Network Management Incorporated (NMI) and Matrix Telecom. The acquisition will expand and diversify Summus' interests into the $2.7 trillion global telecommunications industry. The acquisition is expected to add more than $6 million in annual revenue.
Not to beat a dead horse, but if the NMI LOI closes then we have an automatic 6 mil in revenue. And, the opportunity to carry the station broadcasting for free on their own network turns expenses into more revenue automatically.
I think this statement by illu is what should open some eyes. A 6 million revenue company being bought by a pinkie that people claim is on the ropes? Nonsense...
"I wonder what the value of this acquisition is, I wonder what assured MMI management to enable them to agree to be acquired by Summus Works, a pink listed equity, barely trading at .0001, I wonder if the acquisition required outside financing, to a supposedly nearly failed company...wouldn't happen"
I knew nothing of DD. But I called my broker, the TA, Stuart, and even NMI. That phone is pretty cool once you figure out how it works.
How lazy? do you have to be to get mad because you can't research a pinkie properly? So much that you go try to smear their name with lies?
All of this has my nerves up. Is it too early to drink? ha ha
haha. There is a lot of tv that I can't stand (remodel this POS and try to sell it). But, if it draws an audience and they pay, that's cool.
haha. kidding. I wonder if this stuff could all sort of be coming together?
Whats up with this media giant stuff? I thought we sold skis and winter apparel?
Just what they hell ARE we going to do with that sort of bandwidth?
Course, NMI already uses some bandwidth for the measley POSA and VOIP stuff which makes a tawdry 6 million.
Maybe we can cut ourselves a pretty sweet deal. ha ha
heck, it is 12 in Arkansas! Brr!
Someone make this go back to .10 please
Right on!
do me a favor and go order one for us.
Alex told me that they had 20 employees.
That stuff in the article about Point of Sale is good stuff. There is a huge industry around real-time transactional processing. Of course, VOIP is nothing to sneeze at.
I thought they were private. Can you get a report on a private company?
I would invite anyone to call and talk to Alex Parsinia at NMI. He seemed like a very nice gentleman. He wanted to explain in great detail the fiberoptic network and associated switches, but he lost me pretty quickly.
I would help more if Santa wasn't getting all of my money.
