Well-done, Retro...
Agreed, Manshoon....
Yes, it keeps moving. However, the ball always stops somewhere. That is the commmercialization destination. I doubt even Kim knows the exact date. It will come when it comes, but it is coming...
I want orange....
Nobody2,
This is a totally plausible scenario. It would be great to commercialize MS and BIG RED simultaneously. You are thinking, so I know Kim is too, so we are looking good....
That sounds totally feasible, Romans..By the way, there is very little not to love here in the Villages. I just played another new nine hole golf course yesterday.
This place just keeps quiet, and it keeps growing, just like KBLB...GO KBLB...GO KIM THOMPSON....
ErnD,
It is good to have ZincFinger back on board. I think today's news further strenthens the belief that KBLB is moving towards developing silks for multiple areas from sutures to textiles to military purposes etc..The list is endless.
All of this takes time, so we will have to see what the financing needs are and how KBLB will go about doing this trying NOT to dilute as much as possible.
Commercialization (hopefully MS and BIG RED) is coming this year, but it is hard to come up with a time schedule. No matter, my guess is late summer early fall. No matter, it is coming as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow morning. GO KBLB.....
Up .0068 on 750,000 shares...so far, Monday is looking great. In the words of one of my favorite groups, Argent, Hold Your Head Up.....Be proud, since I know in my heart that Kim will allow us to cross the goal line.....
Wonderful post, King....
Again, all unproven generalizations....
All unproven generalizations....
This is what he told me in 2001. It makes no matter when he said it. As long as the issue gets resolved NOW, that's all that matters.
He assured me that this has been taken care of. Well, we will have to see. If the issue is not resolved, I will email Ben again and continue to address the issue until it is resolved permanently....
I just explained how CEO's in developmental companies say things which rarely occur when they say so simply because issues occur which need to be corrected.
With the smartest minds in this field working with KBLB, I am sure all issues will be resolved. I have no reason NOT to mistrust Kim. As soon as I find one, I will let you know FIRST.
So, sorry, but I trust Kim, and I feel he wants this company to succeed way way way way way way way more than you do......
Is this all you have???? There is no hinting or whispering going on anywhere. No one is passing select information on to any shareholders.
What Ben says to me is open knowledge. What he says has been posted by many people here on the ihub boar.d for everyone to see, so give me something better than this.
"95% of the crap here could all be allieviated with REGULAR and consistant IR representation to shareholders."
This has already been handled. Regular information will begin to flow from the company starting next week. We will be kept up to date with all pertinent occurrences regularly.
Therefore, load up, since these prices will be in the rearview mirror by the end of this year. If that is too long to wait, then there is nothing I can say or do. We all must make our own decisions in life....
It is what it is; it will be what it will be......
Just to see KBLB succeed and really take off...PRICELESS...
As with any new technology and new company, there are issues. You think the road is so smooth, it ain't.
Science is not 1, 2, 3. There is no one to blame. If anything, blame the technology. We have the best and brightest scientists in the world working here. These folks are not idiots. If there are issues, no one can resolve them better than they can. "IF" it takes more time than first anticipated, so be it. However, some want to hold Kim accountable for things which occur beyond his control. That is bogus and unfair.
There are issues with every company, even more so with pennies. This is why commercialization, IMHO, "may" take a bit longer than I thought. I am not sure, but there could be some issues with MS. If so, I feel the company will address any problems, and KBLB will move on.
I have enough experience with penny stocks. I can tell you that this happens all the time. I have heard CEO's give predictions constantly, and rarely have any of them occurred when promised. That is the nature of this game in penny land. So, you either have the stomach and the patience, or you do not.
We long holders love the company regardless of any flaws which might occur in a product. With the brains KBLB has working in the labs, I feel confident that any potential issue will be resolved...
Bull,
You make it sound so easy....as I am sure it is for you....
Again, as I always do with you, I am asking for you to give me proof again as to how and why KBLB is a "poorly run company." It is way too easy to make blanket statements. When you are called on it, you must give examples and proof to support your thesis.
The only thing I could think of for you to criticize is the lack of press releases. Effective next week, that is no longer an issue, since releases will be coming much more regularly. I do not consider that to be a sign of a poorly run company. I see that as a sign that Kim is a quiet man. He goes about doing his business quietly. He is not there bragging and throwing out useless fluff every week as so many other CEO'S do with other penny stocks. That is the sign of poorly run companies.
So, what else do you have????......
You see, I never say "well-said" anymore. Since you hang on every word I say looking for some response to me, I have eliminated that. Read my complimentary posts, so there is no way to get me on that anymore.
However, since this is your modus operandi, I must watch what I say. I do agree with you that "kblb's going to be huge." I am so glad you feel the same way I do.....GO KBLB....
Manshoon,
Then it makes me feel so wonderful that I informed you...GO KBLB!!
That is an excellent point, Manshoon. We may get an LOI. I never thought of that.
Excellent, Red.....
Lebbe1,
You make great points. All of these are possible. You are correct in that the major focus is always on commercialization, but I just think it will take a bit more time in getting there. There may be a few kinks in the armour which need modified. I still think production will begin this year, but it could be later than most of us thought. No matter, it will come.
My take is that the up-coming news could be in reference to Gen 2 or an update on the progress of Monster Silk. It is a good sign that from now on, we will receive more news more regularly. Keeping us up to date is the key to less frustration and fear.....
GO KBLB!!!!
Excellent, es1....
Mojo,
"dupont isnt one bit worried about kim thompson...they will kick him to the curb without so much as a second thought....kim will have to go to court using his and your money, spending less and less time running the company."
Why would Dupont even have to worry about Kim Thompson? Why on earth would they want to kick him to the curb? Kim will not have to go to court. This all sounds so Scrooge-like. Be happy; today was a great day for all KBLB shareholders, and next week should be good as well.
Listen, even if DD bought KBLB for .40, we would all be far ahead, but this is not going to happen. Kim will never allow DD to buy out KBLB, and even if he did, it would for a price which would make me happy.
This company is Kim's baby, and IMHO, he will not let it go to anyone. The idea of a takeover is impossible, since Kim structured it so. Of course, for a great price, Kim might consider it. That would benefit him and all of us.
Also, there may be no connection between Mr. Cunning and KBLB as far as Dupont goes, but I doubt it. He has plenty of clout with DD, and it is a plus that he is there not a negative. Therefore, I see a possible positive future with DD, not them kicking Kim to the curb...
Hi Romans,
I am as curious as a cat when it comes to the type of news it is. I still say it will be nothing earthshattering, but it will involve movement in a positive direction.
Commercialization/deals are coming this year. However, I think MS is taking more time to prepare for commercialization than was first anticipated. No matter, whether it comes in two months or nine, I know it is coming.
Bull,
You are correct. KBLB does have a long way to go. I truly feel a big problem has been corrected, however, lack of communication. From what I understand, the company will begin to issue press releases much much more frequently keeping us up to date with pertinent occurrences. This never happened before.
Therefore, having to wait six months for news is over. That should help the overall mood towards the stock as was evidenced by today's action.
The stock is on the launch pad. There are enough supporters of the company to make sure that it takes off as the really good news comes this year.
Sorry, King,
I had two misspellings. It should have been partnering and involve. Makes me look bad as a former English teacher.....
King,
Well-said...but I think the news will not invole commercialization. If this is the case, as I think, then I wonder what the news could entail, maybe advancement on Gen 2 or some type or parnering with another university or perhaps with a company which will help with the financing.
No matter, any morsel of news is always exciting. Load up....
Mike,
Absolutely phenomenal post...thanks...Bob
Very well-said, Transporter....
Hi Mike,
You are correct. Unfortunately, I did not explain my comment about it being a good read. What I meant was that it was a good read in the sense that we actually received some information from KBLB, a rare occurrence. Even though it was misinterpreted, miscontrued etc..it was information.
This article forced to company to respond, and that was the "good" thing about it. Anytime we receive ANY INFORMATION, I am happy. As plants require sunshine, water, and fertilizer, investors need information, even if it is a bit askew...
Boden, Thanks for bringing back this article. It is a great read...GO KBLB....
Great point, bigfoot....
Great points, Mike....I always contact Ben, never Joe....
Thanks for all of your work gs1000....
Gs1000,
I agree with Romans. This is kind of a disjointed response. His last line states, "What are your expectations for this product?"
I don't get this. Why on earth would he be asking you what the heck you expect from this product. That is why you emailed him in the first place. He is the expert, not you or me or anyone else on this board.
This sounds like it was written by me, and that is pretty sad....
KC,
I agree with..Good to see you loving KBLB AGAIN. Gittr done!!
well-said....
