I agree with Romans. This is kind of a disjointed response. His last line states, "What are your expectations for this product?"

I don't get this. Why on earth would he be asking you what the heck you expect from this product. That is why you emailed him in the first place. He is the expert, not you or me or anyone else on this board.

This sounds like it was written by me, and that is pretty sad....
