yup every time this happens, there is a pull back, bec its moving on low volume
i don't like it when the bid and ask price start moving in pre market, could be a drop, every time this happens, strong selling happens for profits. waiting for the drop to buy more at .026-.025 category
hey bull, i kind of agree there also, there might be profit taking today, and we might see a quick pullback and than loading up again, i am holding 300k at .021, planning to buy more at .025 if it pulls back, gltu

if it breaks .03 than that will be the real test i saw big ask at .0295 that will be really hard to break, but lets see, i will buy more if it passes .0295, but i think a lot of people will take the profit from .02 to .03, 50% profit, today is the real test, if it holds up, than hell yeah next week is amazing run.
already 7 mil volume, we can break tomorrow volume probably and end around .03. This momentum will pick up, and i ll see you guys all tomorrow since I am maxing out my 15 msg limit. GLTA
my sell target is .04-.05, if this holds to .035 by Friday, than i will deff sell this at .07-.10 category.
.029 here we come
i am holding 300k my self, bought it at .021, holding strong on this one tho, have a lot of positives for next week. Major run in the making, this will drop to .0275 and at close could pick up again and close at .0285, and tomm we can .03 , .0288 about to be grabbed. I would like to take the profit, but will hold, gona take the risk since all factors are positive , this one deff yes.
CERP is Greennn Cereplast to host Q1 Monday at 4:30PM
yes this is the run, i can sense it, 90% positive, but all signs look good as of now, i know for fact they have a lot of good news to give out, this will run, to i don't know what, but maybe even above .10 next week.
its gona break soon, a lot of buying at .0285
this is the run folks, this will run next week wild, will beat .07
European market is coming back alive, India placing orders, US market placing orders, they are getting back to business. yeah they had a loss, but they are picking them self right back up.
all i know is CerP is a instant winner every month, get in to win. you here to make some $ , join the Cerp train, before it leaves you behind.
everyone will hold till Monday :) GLTA
slowly this will creep up, probably by Friday we could be in mid .03, before Monday close .04, and than the run on Tuesday. This one could be major. They set it up nicely.
thank you cerp for no news :), now that run will happen next week
if they release news ,i hope they have some numbers, and if they don't that will be great too. I hope they don't release a PR saying production started for algae products or something. anyways GLtA
.026 here we come
aww it will run, if a PR is released with some $ amount, this can run to .05-.06 and than by friday it might hold up to .o6-.07 for CC call, a small run on Monday maybe pull it .07 and than after the CC call on Tuesday, BOOM, we can .10-.11. It all depends tomorrow, how the company plays it. Hoping for the best, go $cerp
VERY HAPPY LOL
GOOD VOLUME, VOLUME CLOSE AROUND 15 MILLION TODAY, SHARE PRICE .026-.028 AT CLOSE.
shorters taking profit, but this will stay strong, might have a run at close.
only moving up from here, if this holds .025 or .028 today, than if a PR tomorrow, this will run to .05-.06, will drop to .04-.05 by Friday, probably a lot of people will hold for Monday CC, if CC call is good, which i believe a lot of positives will be thrown at us, this can once again run to .07-.08 or we can get a new high. Excited Go CerP
bid 441,400 @.0245
Something tells me, this will run to .07 by next week :)
run baby run
yeah we know Q1 Rev to be around 1 million. If you follow CERP, they said they have orders from India recently.
Cereplast Receives Orders in India Amidst Talks by Supreme Court of Widespread Anti-Plastic Legislation
Also we have no clue what they received in Italy, as they estimated 45 million Rev.
My best guess is they will release few numbers dealing with 2nd quarter, if they don't release any number, they will say, Q2 all-ready beats Q1 REVS.
There is a reason for them to be moving to Indiana, since the main production plant is there. I am thinking full production is in place as of now, and also they are moving to Italy, since the market opportunity opened up in Italy, Germany had nothing. If customers are in fact mostly in Italy, than i would also shift my office to Italy.
The reason this will run next week, because they will announce some part of Q2, i think they will say Q2 REV has already beat Q1 REV. GLTY
if they released a PR today about the conference call, than I am 90% sure they are releasing a REV PR tomorrow, They could have released the conference PR tomorrow , but no they decided to do it today, so they can released a good PR tomorrow shaping up the run for next week, and Monday BOOM Run to .07-.08.
i read the news as soon as its out
good week for people to load up, for the run coming we can see .05 next week .
Cereplast to Host 2013 First Quarter Financial Results Conference Call on Monday, May 20th at 4:30 p.m. Eastern
i am buying more tomorrow too
good thing I bought in at .021 this will fly soon, maybe tuesday or next week, lets see.
Scheer Speaks, Please read the bold area: Go CErP
In another blow to the South Bay's economy and prestige, an El Segundo-based maker of biodegradable plastics announced this week that it plans to move its corporate headquarters to Indiana in an effort to save money.
The news from Cereplast Inc. comes less than a week after Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems said it will relocate its headquarters staff to Texas.
However, also on Wednesday, El Segundo announced that it helped keep another company's production facilities in the city.
Cereplast, a publicly traded company, said it expects its move to Indiana to save $600,000 to $800,000 each year.
The move will result in the loss of less than 10 local jobs, said Frederic Scheer, Cereplast's chairman and CEO.
"For us, it's a substantial savings," Scheer said. "My first duty is to make sure the company will deliver what the shareholders are expecting. Therefore, I had no real choice. "
The economic turbulence in Europe has severely hindered sales of Cereplast's environmentally friendly plastic resins. With a drop in sales, Cereplast's stock price declined and trading of its shares was moved from the Nasdaq Capital Market to the less well known OTC Markets.
However, the company has rebounded this year with first-quarter sales exceeding revenue for all of 2012.
"At this stage of the game, it definitely makes sense to concentrate all of our

operations under one roof, and cost is a big factor," Scheer said. "Indiana is definitely less costly than California. The cost of real estate (in California) is very high, and because of the cost of real estate being high it definitely has an impact on the cost of employment. "
Cereplast has been a California company since 2001, and started moving operations out of the Golden State in 2008, when its spacious manufacturing plant in Seymour, Ind., started production work. As a result, the company eventually phased out its Hawthorne production facility.
Cereplast's headquarters will move to its Indiana plant by the end of May, Scheer said.
Asked if there was anything the state or local governments could have done to keep Cereplast's headquarters, Scheer replied: "Well, giving us money or grants or subsidies, that would have helped. "
He noted that Indiana gave his company incentives to open the production facility there.
"When we had our manufacturing plant here, we were not able to get any kind of support from the state, as opposed to the state of Indiana that gave us tax abatement and some subsidies," Scheer said.
El Segundo Mayor Carl Jacobson said he regrets losing Cereplast.
"The state needs to rethink some of their policies to keep manufacturing companies in the state," Jacobson said. "We can only do so much as a city. "
Jacobson noted that the city did help keep NanoH2O, a maker of desalination systems, from moving operations out of state.
"It's nice to have a save as well as a loss," Jacobson said.
El Segundo city officials helped NanoH2O secure a storm water discharge permit from the Regional Water Quality Control Board, thereby saving the company about $600,000 a year.
As part of NanoH2O's testing process for its desalination equipment, the company sends large quantities of water into the sewer system. However, since the water being disposed is filtered and clean, El Segundo was able to identify an opportunity for NanoH2O to apply for the discharge permit.
"We didn't know what our options were and they helped us swim through everything," said Freidoon Rastegar, NanoH2O's director of engineering.
Rastegar said that his company had been considering moving production operations from El Segundo to another state, maybe in the Southeast or Midwest. But now the company will keep its 60 local employees in El Segundo. That number could gradually rise to about 110 as NanoH2O hires more people, Rastegar said.
"The retention effort was really focused on saving the jobs," said Ted Shove, El Segundo's economic development manager.
