Dan puts out a fluff PR that says he just hired a company that a friend and partner owns to provide a service he can get directly himself , and you don't think thats strange? Dream about it tonight until the nightmares start. That will kill this pumping attempt. Call Dan and tell him to do better.
JMHO
Rj........It's milder than average up here and most of the snow has melted. You can keep the cold down there.
I cut and pated the reply dummy....thats why it's in quotation marks.
"If they were a sponsor, that decision would have been made months, if not years ago. Don't ya think it would have been heard by now?"
I do.
The dump will start as soon as the bid comes back, if it ever does. Then a 1000 for one reverse split, and the cycle will start again.
Or news will cause a run that can not be stopped and Gorrbie be rich enough to buy Cuba and realize his dream of having the first Island that exclusivly caters to gay Cowboys.
He must of got an increase in his welfare cheque
If they are it wouldn't hurt Dan much. PRRM hasn't closed the LOI's on anything of great value. Skier shop never closed and it looks as if N'east wasn't completed. Stockli would just find a new distributer. Dan and partners dumped a media company on shareholders and got some cash. What better way to dispose of failing enterprises and walk away with some good coin. If they fold PRRM...they have other ventures and some new $$$ to play with.
JMHO and just a theory that at this point seems to be heading that way. This "CO" that has been discussed on the boards is
( from what I can find ) part of an investment company in Boston. Based on the e-mails I've seen....they don't see a reason to invest in PRRM. As some have said before.....
This reeks of an Asstrom scam and is playing out like one.
All JMHO.
Your kidding right....you really think some actually believe his "dribble"? No way. As for gorb's dreams. The only way to profit off them is if their wet....and the sperm banks looking for inventory.
"He's probley snowed in "....It's 50 degrees and going to rain all afternoon where he is. But your probably right about the novel.
Funny...............Gorb posts an area code for New Hampshire and I thought C O was based in Boston....well...I guess he's close.
Rj.....well done...you beat me to it.
I still think it's room #'s...lol
My guess is that it's the room #s in a Hotel where Dan and Ian are hiding out. However since there is this dream about funding, here is a link and a cut and paste for your 504/506 question.
http://www.intelligentfunding.com/value_support.htm
Rule 506 of Regulation D
Rule 506 of Regulation D is considered a "safe harbor" for the private offering exemption of Section 4(2) of the Securities Act. Companies using the Rule 506 exemption can raise an unlimited amount of money. A company can be assured it is within the Section 4(2) exemption by satisfying the following standards:
The company cannot use general solicitation or advertising to market the securities;
The company may sell its securities to an unlimited number of "accredited investors" and up to 35 other purchases. Unlike Rule 505, all non-accredited investors, either alone or with a purchaser representative, must be sophisticated—that is, they must have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment;
Companies must decide what information to give to accredited investors, so long as it does not violate the antifraud prohibitions of the federal securities laws. But companies must give non-accredited investors disclosure documents that are generally the same as those used in registered offerings. If a company provides information to accredited investors, it must make this information available to non-accredited investors as well;
The company must be available to answer questions by prospective purchasers;
Financial statement requirements are the same as for Rule 505; and
Purchasers receive "restricted" securities, meaning that the securities cannot be sold for at least a year without registering them.
While companies using the Rule 506 exemption do not have to register their securities and usually do not have to file reports with the SEC, they must file what is known as a "Form D" after they first sell their securities. Form D is a brief notice that includes the names and addresses of the company’s owners and stock promoters, but contains little other information about the company.
If you are thinking about investing in a company making a Rule 506 offering, you should call the SEC’s Public Reference Branch at (202) 551-8090 or send an email to publicinfo@sec.gov to find out whether a Form D has been filed or to obtain a copy. If the company has not filed a Form D, this should alert you that the company may not be in compliance with the federal securities laws.
You should always check with your state securities regulator to see if it has more information about the company and the people behind it. Be sure to ask whether your state regulator has cleared the offering for sale in your state. You can get the address and telephone number for your state securities regulator by calling the North American Securities Administrators Association at (202) 737-0900 or by visiting its website. You’ll also find this information in the state government section of your local phone book.
For more information about the SEC’s registration requirements and common exemptions, read our brochure, Q&A: Small Business & the SEC.

Rj....................The answer to that should be easy, although it's a multiple choice question.
A) The funding is finalized but Dan won't PR it until the moneys in the bank
B) The funding will be finalized when the lawyers finish the paper work.
C) There is no funding. Mtnman is just using that line while he finishes dumping his shares.
D) Dan still can't find a financial institution that is run by morons to loan PRRM the money. But he's looking real hard.
Some where I read that ....when in doubt, pick C on a multiple choice. That's my bet. With D as a close second.
Funny......Only if your as dumb as a stump
Personally....I'm not interested in what themountnman has to say. As he says...his history speaks for itself.
Hey Gary.....I responded to your post # 30945 and noticed said post has now been deleted. If it was by accident, a bunch of us have it saved and can re-post it if you want.
If not...we will just keep it for reference.
I guess you like that feature eh!
Couldn't do that on RB.
Mat.................
In most cases, they ( companies )use a share divi in another company to help sell shares in their own company during a pump and dump session. I'm yet to see one that actually wound up being worth something, although I'm sure its happened. It sucks in a lot of newbies with dreams of being rich just of the free shares. Next, if we ever do see a pr, will be a planned buyback or an R/S. This will be announced with the phrase " to increase shareholder value ". Share volume will follow, but its usually someone dumping into the PR.
Ya...I know...Dan has said twice...no RS
He's said a lot of chit that hasn't happened. For that matter he's Pr'd a lot of chit saying it happened...and it hasn't.
It's pretty bad when some put their shares up at market to get the tax write off and the MM's cancell their orders.
JMHO
Birdie,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
A bunch are now trying to sell at .00001 and the MM's won't take the shares at that.
Your right Gary....................
I like things simple and I'm not one that tries to dodge questions with long winded answers.
It was a simple question.
"Why do you use one or two different aliases for each stock you play?"
Your answer.................
"k9…
You like things simple do you? (And gee I wonder why huh?) Okay I’ll make it real simple for you…
You read my posts. And same very much speaks for itself. Right? Makes your nonsensical suspicions a tad suspect doesn’t it? Your motives? And then some? Know what I mean? Or is that not simple enough for you? And having said that…
You looked at my posting history at RB did you? And you have issues do you? Well indeed let’s hear them. Let’s get down to specifics and stow the generalizations. I’ll be here. And with that said, a news flash for you…
You’re wasting your life. YOUR time and other’s valuable time. You find no value in my posts? Gain nothing? Learn nothing? Well the answer couldn’t be simpler could it? Or do you spew the crap you do as no shortage of others at RB for example do in a futile and pathetic and laughable attempt to impress yourself?
And just for your edification I ‘play’ hundreds of equities. I go with the flow. I’m a swing trader. And I have been from the time of the dot-com collapse and for obvious reasons. And my by far focus is NAZ issues. And relative to same I focus at market level on liquidity and fundamentally on overall company soundness and operationally on period-over-period earnings growth. My activities down here in the basement are fun and entertaining for sure but are far from my primary equities focus as stated. And relative to GBLL and PRRM it was/is as with most all other shareholders a hope and a dream of a 100-bagger+ ROI sometime this century. Of a few grand morphing ever so thankfully into a few hundred grand and then some. Risk/reward it’s called. And that’s it. A little innocent bottom fishing in the fervent hope of a some day massive return.
We most of us and again thankfully well know that greed kills and so I very much far and away as I’ve numerous times pointed out to date simply get in and get out. Take the money and run. But every now and then as I’ve additionally pointed out something worthy of a little more consideration than a quick trade or two manages to emerge indeed from the OTC’s primordial ooze. A GBLL or a PRRM for example. And at one point I had $18k tied up in GBLL. An amount of investing/trading principle that I by far generally reserve for my NAZ pursuits but which at the time was an amount of money that I was prepared to risk maximally. For reasons of again potential return. An amount of money that courtesy of my trading skills I managed to avoid losing for the far greater part in the end. Losing in fact only approx $1,800.00 by the time all was said and done.
And now it’s PRRM. And again it’s risk/reward. And this time it’s not just about the company. It’s also about the company’s market level history. And that includes prior management times. There’s an element at work here on this one that extends well beyond the company itself. There’s a market level/MM element based on past trading history. An element that I’ve seen before. An element that experience tells me is going to see at the right moment this stock take off like a rocket. And it’s only a matter of time before it happens. And will our next PR spark/catalyze what I anticipate? What experience strongly suggests to me is going to happen? Well that remains to be seen. But indeed experience does very much tell me that when the time is indeed right. When our MM’s are collaboratively cooperative this stock is going to attract very much the relevant ‘professional’ attention and hit heights that’s going to surprise the HELL out of everyone here. And elsewhere. And yes…
You can remember I said that.
Yourself and all others are obviously free to do as you please. But me? Well I won’t be exiting/trying to exit any time soon.
And that you can take to that proverbial bank.
Oh and nice chatting with you."
Didn't answer the question did you? It really was a simple one.
BINGO!!
"well ill say it before dan proves himself dan your the man and i back you 100%"
Good plan seeing as he has 100% of your money.
Yep.....and it seems
a bunch of them can't read or write.
Now If I had read it the way you did...........
I'd be apologizing and admitting my error.
"Your laughable response accomplishes nothing short of proving my point."
Glad I could make you laugh Gary, but all kidding aside, my question to you was easy to answer.
Why do you use one or two different aliases for each stock you play?
You did it with both PRRM and GBLL on the RB board and in both cases, fled when things started to sour.
I've looked at your posting history and the dates the aliases were created. Your existing reply's don't seem to jive with the dates.
As you jumped here to a new board....I was just hoping you could be honest. Guess I was wrong.
"I got a wet paper bag for you k9. And a C-Note says you can’t think your way out of it"
I'd take that bet but based on what I've seen of your posts..
You'd never pay up when you lost.
Here's an easy question....Why do you post under one or two aliases for every stock you are involved with? Hiding something?
"Themountnman did not change his alias as we tried to point out to you last night in the email to you. He just moved it to a new website"
339Plan
The339Plan
MountainBiker
Mountainbiker
A couple of aliases for every pump.
RJ.......I'd think that having civil court judgments against you, and failing to make rental payments might, just might give you a poor, if not lousey credit rating.
But what do i know.
"or something big is going down that he cannot talk about"
That could explain Dan not answering the phones ...But if PRRM is a going concern, it's hard to do business if clients don't have their calls answered.
You can make up all the excuses and theories you want...this smells rotten at this point.
I believe Dan owned PRRM when subway was hired to pump it.
Check your dates.
Don't worry....Dan knows.
He is one.
"He is not answering the 1001 phone calls he gets from investors (which really does disturb and take work time away from dan).....
He not answering any phone calls ...Period
That's a great way to run a business.
"He isn't putting out Fake, or fluff Pr's, though he could if he wanted to....."
He already did and that helped Asstrom to dump billions of shares of this stock
1.) "Good things sometimes take time." Even fine wine turns to vinigar if not handled properly
2.)"SILENCE IS GOLDEN..."Not if your running a business
3.) "DAN IS the MAN!" He's just a man...and one it appears that is not true to his word.
LOL...You can't argue the facts, so you look at their birth dates and label them a basher.
.0002 or maybe up to .001 is possible, but only with a good PR/Pump run.
When do they replace you clowns with the A team?
"when this company does what you know its'going to do. .01+ hmmmmmmmmmm....."
.01 ????? PRRM seems like the WKRP (Cincinnati) of Vermont.
At least the TV version.
.01 X 70 billion is.....o-chit....damn adding machines busted.
".01+ hmmmmmmmmmm....." thats too funny.
There's a chance for some great DD. Check with the local Cattle auction house and see if Dans been buying up all of the cows.
Maybe he's fleecing the flock to increase the herd.
And your right.....the pump is lame.
"Pennyland Here we come .01-.05 Possible????hmmmmmmm"
Your kidding ....right...
71 Billion o/s at a penny makes this a 70 million $$$ company.
That would be rich.
It's not slander...............
Slander is a spoken defamation
If it was against the law it would be libel.....
Defamatory words in a newspaper or in a broadcast shall be deemed to be published and to constitute libel.
But...when your right....it's neither
While they do not need a broadcast license, they still need FCC approval and must file with the FCC to recieve that.
Still no records of that on file that I've been able to find.
Gorb.....If the stock does go up......Then I as well will make money
It won't however go up because due to the BS posted here and on RB.
If it does move...
Gorb.....I try and base my DD on facts. You however spend your time trying to connect the dots. Once you think the line is there you add your own dots and go on a pumping spree.
Bottom line is...PRRM will move if there is a reason. Not if you make one up.
PRRM DD......ok....
I know that Dan bought a "clean shell" from asstrom and payed far too much for it.
I know he gagged the TA to allow the previous owners to dump billions of shares.
I know that he put out many PR's at the time the dumping was happening.
I know that nothing has happened to show most of those PR's have come to be completed.
I know there is a pumper on RB that will go to any length to get this pig moving.
I know you know who that pumper is.
LOL....I like making money by investing in solid companies or ones that show they have potential( I thought I saw some here ). Not by fabricating DD and pumping it all over the net. I think our "ways" are quite different.
