They won't warn you about it. BBDA's a chilled stock and some have paid many hundreds of dollars to trade it since they pass through the DTC fees. I can't wait for some to get their brokerage statements in a few months and see that they've paid $700 to buy $500 worth of stock!
2.4 billion after a 1000 to 1 reverse split. That's a huge number of shares. Multiply 2.4 Billion times 1000 and see.
Actually it's not great. It's the kiss of death. Ha ha.
BBDA is far ahead of where they were when they did that reverse split on October 8, 2010
do you really think they will have another R/S?
New financials will be out supporting the sales figures and so forth
Also, where else are these other relaxation drink companies selling their product because I haven't seen any where I live at all.
What are the 350 other drinks you talk about?
From what I was told, they have 1 pallet of product in cardboard promo booths and that's it. No shelf space at all.
This is going on year three. Many of the past "successes" turned out to be not true or a sliver of truth. Even this Walmart deal isn't what it's been portrayed to be. Sorry, but I don't get excited about a Drank copy when there 350+ other relaxation drinks in the market already and the company has issued 2.4 Billion shares after a 1000 to 1 reverse split and months of no bid.
Help on what? I've always been playing devils advocate on everything this company puts out. If you're referring to help understanding the tos so you don't get into trouble again, then you're welcome.
All they got was a vendor id after filling out an application. Walmart is nothing more than cardboard promo booths. If Koma Unwind fails to sell, then that'll be the end of that. At least they sold 75 pallets at wholesale.
No. Those aren't true short numbers. Those are unsettled trades that are reported as short since only one leg of the trade's been transacted. The only real short numbers come out twice a month.
That makes more sense than what was being posted on the board before. BBDA didn't really get product placement, they got a test marketing opportunity which could lead to stores carry the product. Do you know if it's just the cans or are the shots being promo'd too? I assume that they're doing both regular and sugar free.
Aisle displays have their own benefit but it's no exactly what people were expecting. Will Walmart be restocking the displays or one of BBDA's distributors?
So they don't have shelf space, they have promo space in each store? Will they get shelf space if the promo turns out well?
That's what they're placing in Walmart? Promo displays?
Looks like mostly people that are now stuck, trying to convince themselves that they'll recover their losses. Looks like the Walmart excitement lasted mere minutes. It was hyped so much, this could be the only outcome.
Looks like BBDA will stay a chilled pinksheet since BW said it wasn't worth it to upgrade to the OTCQB. Before he was talking Nasdaq, lol.
He didn't say going to be, he said could be 10 times larger which means it probably won't happen like most of what he's said over the past 3 years.
I went to walmart.com and chose location finder. It has the right number for my state but only 16 for south carolina.
Walmart.com shows 16 stores in South Carolina, not 78.
We'll see how long it lasts in those Walmart stores. If it doesn't sell well, that'll be that.
lol. The local Walmart program we thought instead of national.
There's been plenty of scams with "real" products and profits. Weber didn't suddenly become successful or get a clue.
Of course it's a pump and dump. Even though hundreds of millions of shares have been issued recently doesn't mean they've been sold yet. This is all part of it. Weber said 2.4 Billion O/S but hundreds of millions of shares couldn't have been sold based on the volume statistics over the last month since he raised another half billion shares on the authorized. Pump and dump.
Yeah, I forgot he does things backwards from normal.
Coming from Weber, it's almost meaningless. He's rarely right about anything.
this news is so big, I don’t want anyone who has invested their time, money or energy in us to miss out on this major news
no morning sugar hangover
He needs the "up to 4 million" to for fill the contract.
It's their money and their lose/gain.
They've rarely quoted anyone in their PR's other than BW and Daisy.
did you loose a ton
Loose? Really? Look it up. But no, I never lost a dime on this POS.
"CEO's" one of the dumbest people I've ever seen so no, I'm not going to wonder about a thing. Enjoy, though.
The stock's a POS. Most people don't hold junk like this over the weekend.
Too bad the "successful" product can't get more than 5 reviews in 3 years from people other than shareholders.
With a Bebevco Exhibitors Badge he's not representing the company?
The O/S was 300 Million shares back then. It's 2.4 Billion now. Big difference.
What a rollercoaster ride this stock is. I stopped checking on it daily a few months ago as I couldn't stomach it. Now I've been checking it daily since right before earnings and it's reminded me of why I stopped checking it daily!
All the info i found said this week and makes me wonder if im getting drug threw the mud..
Whatever they put out now won't be much of a surprise. It's now downright boring.
Sure, from a DTC Chilled, non SEC reporting, sub penny pink sheet company. lol. You've got to be a real dope to believe that one. It's amazing how often companies like BBDA use it and people believe it.
Why? The one's holding are still believers. I don't own shares so have no interest. Besides, a class action against a pink sheet like this is laughable.
