Funny how I have to consider myself illiterate when it comes right down the idiosyncrasies of the SPAC deal.
The only fact that matters to me.
I lost 90% of my trading clout to Sharks who don't need it, and what clout I have left is worth half the SP.(not the value)
Basically the last 10 years have been stolen, along with the next 10 years profit potential.
It's cute how so many(not everyone), follow you around from stock to stock, like children looking for a Hand-out. Contrarians and Pumps
Hey th6565, I'm glad Mark Smith paved the road for you to be filthy rich without time spent.
We should trade stories some time, on luck.

One man's Robinhood, is another man's Thief
You’ve been in this business for a long time, how do shareholders ask to you have someone removed on the Board of Directors?
Looks promising for competitive tension. eom
Please explain how the TSX is the ball and chain holding our share price down when all the volume is coming out on the NASDAQ?
Your statement deserves to be in the bucket you speak of.
The only thing Canadian about this project is the company that owns it. Everything else is being handled by Americans.
Mark Smith, Jim Sims, Scott Honan
GXII
If anybody should be pissed off it should be a Canadian company run by Americans, waiting for the American government, to give the company money that we were told we never wanted in the first place.
Dweeb
Get your head out of Aardvarks ass
Wrong.
Lies even though you an he have been shown numerous times.
I agree. Merger price was equivalent to .89 cents US
FYI
Initial Minimum Bid Price for Stock: The stock must have a minimum initial bid price of $5.00, and must later remain at or above $1.00. This requirement serves as a safeguard against certain market activities associated with low-priced securities, and protects the credibility of the NASDAQ market.
Even if Mark Smith made our registered shares on the shelf $300 million worth, we could take them down right now and wind up with another 60 million shares which would total 120 million taking into account the rest of the shares that are outstanding or pending.
I would assume he would not do that until EXIM played their cards. That way he could take 300 million off the shelf at a much higher price causing far less dilution
Now if BNP Parabas or Exane or Stellantis threw in that money now, rather than taking it off the shelf and selling to the market later, then I could see the maximum being what I wrote above happening, because it would be done where our share price is right now.
********
On a different note, I believe our share price will start climbing as soon as we begin the next month and week. In a few days.
Pure titanium tetrachloride is reduced using molten magnesium to produce titanium sponge and fed to vacuum distillation to remove residual magnesium and magnesium chloride (MgCl2) in the titanium cake

Seems to me we have it in the bag.

Coincidence ? Net zero. It's all about ESG financing.
Vertical Integration at it's finest.
The Report includes a series of financed carbon emissions intensity reduction targets for three key sectors (from 2020 baseline): power generation (a reduction of at least 30% by 2025), upstream oil and gas and refining (a reduction of at least 10% by 2025), and automotive[1] (a reduction of at least 25% by 2025).
Looks like BNP Parabas owns Exane and therefore Stellantis as well.

So what will 1b/yr in revenue do to a stock with 60m shares outstanding?
Can expect minimum 22% of profits for Shareholder Dividends
Maybe the stock will be priced so high in the near future, that Mark will do a stock split taking us down 10x in price and up to 600m shares out!
I've always been a dreamer. You should try it sometime!
When you dream big, sometimes big things happen.
haha
Conditioned
It’s the accent lol eom
Well we’re both talking the same price you’re just talking US and I’m talking Canadian
And I think we can do it before the new year
And if I go way out on a limb, which isn’t really out on a limb seems we’ve been higher than C$1.80 Pre-merger, C$18.00 by next June JMO
Actually C$12.50 imo without news per chart

So one can well imagine how much in dividends we would be getting if we got 22% of profits distributed to shareholders.
Which pages are Niobium, Titanium and the many other minerals mentioned?
What did you see in those 1168 pages?
Which page isn’t Scandium on that it’s suppose to be on?
No you voted for the SPAC against my better judgement.
Let’s keep things real lol
I don’t know Monocle. Everything I have read about dual listings tells me the TSX does not follow the NASDAQ.
Yes the volume is greater but it seems to me that is not the true catalyst
I could be wrong, definitely
Example
The most common way a company dual-lists on U.S. stock market exchanges is through an American depositary receipt (ADR). ADRs hold the foreign shares in a trust account and grant U.S. investors the same rights and upside potential.
Market makers (or whoever) are in a class of their own.

It’s like you’re dealing with a little kid.
You hold up six wrapped suckers in your hand and there’s six kids and he gets first choice and he says I want the red one, because it has not been licked yet.
And you say none of them have been licked, they are still in the wrapper.
And he says prove it.
Meanwhile, he is putting doubt into the other children’s mind, hoping they will walk away from the wrapped suckers And he will get them all.
LoL
I have no doubt Stellantis wants REE’s , Niobium, Scandium, and Titanium for there 2038 carbon net zero goals.
EV Batteries yes, but without light-weighting I Dare say, it won’t happen easily.
https://www.stellantis.com/en/company/dare-forward-2030
That's why I don't like the wording. Just because the date on the PR is June 6 doesn't mean the application was made then. There is nothing definitive stating when it occurred! JMO
What does "following" the letter of interest mean? 3 months prior. (Feb Mar)
Why wouldn't they want to be specific??
Why not say Today (in June) instead of, "following" the Letter of interest?
That's a 3 month discrepancy
Shrug
I don't like the wording on the first line.
Nowhere in the entire release does it confirm when the application was made.
The Company submitted its Phase I application following receipt of a Letter of Interest from EXIM in February 2023, as announced on March 6, 2023, with regard to EXIM’s potential interest in helping to finance the construction and development of the Elk Creek Project
Phase I of the underwriting process will involve due diligence by EXIM and their advisors and the payment of certain fees and expenses by NioCorp.
Where does it say what NioCorp has to submit in the application considering age of the Feasibility study, so they won't be considered dummies by you?
***********
ABOUT NIOCORP’S APPLICATION PROCESS
EXIM’s “Make More in America” initiative allows companies to apply to EXIM for a project finance letter of interest, which letter indicates EXIM’s willingness to consider a financing application for a given transaction. In February 2023, NioCorp applied to EXIM for a project finance letter of interest and, following a preliminary review of the Elk Creek Project to determine whether it met the basic criteria for a potential debt financing by EXIM, EXIM issued the Letter of Interest. As discussed above, NioCorp has now submitted an application to EXIM to begin Phase I of the underwriting process as soon as possible. This application requires detailed information and analysis from NioCorp regarding the Elk Creek Project, the Feasibility Study prepared by independent qualified persons for the purposes of estimating mineral resources and reserves at the Elk Creek Project, supply and offtake agreements, project costs, annual financial statements, financial model and assumptions, market information, principal risks and benefits, and insurance coverage. Phase I of the underwriting process will involve due diligence by EXIM and their advisors and the payment of certain fees and expenses by NioCorp. If the Phase I evaluation process is satisfactorily completed, EXIM will issue a preliminary project letter, indicating whether or not EXIM is prepared to move forward on a financing offer, as well as the general terms and conditions of such offer, based on the information available at the time of application. After the issuance of a preliminary project letter indicating that EXIM is prepared to move forward on a financing offer, NioCorp and EXIM would commence a second phase (“Phase II”) of due diligence, involving additional fees payable by NioCorp, before EXIM determines if it will provide a final commitment of financing. The process from submission of a Phase I application to a final commitment of financing by EXIM, if any, is expected to take six to nine months. Even if NioCorp ultimately receives a final commitment from EXIM for project financing, NioCorp would still require additional financing to fund the estimated capital costs expected to be required to complete the development of the Elk Creek Project and advance it to the production stage.
LOL, find one on REE's for me, thanks.
How many descriptions are there on SubMarket's?
The first paragraph in the link, explains it well enough.
But you still need to fill in the rest of the story.
How dumb do I have to be, to understand what you just said?
https://www.realized1031.com/glossary/submarket
Value of REE submarket? lol
Is a NioCorp, Stellantis offtake the submarket?
If so, you sound like you know the submarket price won't be good???
get to the point.
Vague
You must think I’m a bozo if you think I’m going to believe anything you say without you providing proof.
So provide the EXIM proof so I can believe you.
I’ve pretty much read quite thoroughly the rules EXIM bank has regarding what you speak of, and I’ve never read anything about their demands on a feasibility study.
Doesn’t mean I didn’t miss it, so I will wait for your link and quote.
Since you missed Jim’s memo.
(As usual)
“ Producing a Feasibility Study, even one that updates a previously issued FS, is a very large undertaking. It involves a great deal of engineering and procurement work, both for the underground mine and the above-ground processing facilities, as well as many other assessments that are not directly related to the demonstration plant results. Even elements that have not changed materially since the prior technical report will typically need to be re-priced to account for inflation. Our target for completion is as soon as possible in 2023.”

Peter Oliver working hard.
He became a Director with Latin resources after he became Director with NioCorp
As a matter of fact he became a Director with Latin resources the same time our SPAC deal was announced
One might conclude, that because of the failed equity portion of SPAC, we are in limbo of fulfilling any supply chain deal/obligation, if any.
https://www.marketscreener.com/amp/quote/stock/LATIN-RESOURCES-LIMITED-10357507/news/Latin-Resources-Limited-Announces-the-Appointment-of-Peter-Oliver-as-Non-Executive-Director-41956445/
Well if you have discussed him with Mark I would be a quiet listener!
If it is just coincidence that he became a Director 4 months before the SPAC deal surfaced, then I would prefer to believe (far fetched), that Mark is considering the entire EV Battery market in his plans and therefore the lithium is part of the supply chain, and therefore Peter Oliver's connection to the lithium mines, is a front and center possibility.
Albemarle maybe?

shrug
You don't know that.
If Mark want's to be the big shareholder ever again, he has to buy them.
Kill two birds with one stone.
1. Get in at what he knows is the bottom.
2. Retire the loan making NioCorp without debt. (so to speak)
He also knows what is coming in NR's.
It's a No-Brainer for him to want to cash out and buy 1m shares!
Probably will take it off the Shelf.
jmo
walterc, have you met or talked to Peter Oliver?
Or talked to NioCorp mgnt about him?
If so, what part did he play in the SPAC deal?

sorry I replied to the wrong post.
Don’t worry Rader, I’ll send you private messages from the other side of the Pearly Gate, letting you know what it’s like.
That is of course unless I’m down below with LCP, aardvark-turdman, Rubberworm and Tedro and those still yet unveiled as deserving that eternity.

Hopefully, if all works out well, I will catch a conversation with Mark Smith here.

Blame Covid, everyone else does.

I still have those 60,000 I mean 6,000 post merger shares I took from you.
Want them back for the same price? hahaha
LoL , It was at the top of this page this morning and that’s where I copied that line from, “above”. But they have since taken it down by the looks of it.
