Sorry to hear that bud. No L2 is like driving with your eyes closed. Hope it resolves itself soon.
Does it count if ihub isn't even loading up on my mobile device. If so, then yes L2 is having issues
In one way, it's a good thing Moller is majority shareholder/owner of both companies. It could be seen as he wouldn't want to shoot himself in the d!ck by increasing the share count and diluting just because he wanted to pull some money out for himself or his board of directors as they "raise capital". Also good to know he's got something in the works for scooter engines. That's a more immediate stream of revenue.
A skycar company is kind of a funny thing indeed. I only came across this company because my 6 year old son is all about being an inventor, and the Moller Skycar was in one of the books we read before bedtime. I saw that it is a public company so I figured I would pick up some shares just for him :)
As far as the hedge fund goes, I was only using that as an hypothetical example for an institutional buyer of the stocks since retail buyers down here can be... well, if you've played the OTC, they can be a bunch of ass-hats that squash a run for their own love of the 25-50% profit taking strategy.
I don't see a mention of up listing the ticker but that's probably a few PR's away I would assume.
I definitely saw you post that about his goal to hit $8.50. That would be quite amazing, and I could definitely use an 80-bagger in my account, but don't we all like to dream about such lofty aspirations?
How would he achieve this... through sales that currently remain "conditional"? If Moller is getting funding, but that only adds to the hundreds of millions of debt already accrued. What stops him from raising the O/S to a few hundred million and thus diluting to cover his a$$?
IMO I don't see how he can get through the penny stock pumping/gangbang pig-herd constantly shorting/flipping and crushing the price. There has to be a set amount of institutional buying (hedge funds?) to counteract the retail nonsense IMO.
I'm not trying to bash or be negative... it's just part of my DD.
LOTS of debt attached to this though! It's hard not to believe this isn't going to get dumped back to double 0's.
Though it's weird to see no pumpers/bashers and a barrage of forward-looking statements, it's also refreshing that MLER is moving up on its own for whatever reason is behind it. Maybe I'll slice off a little chunk of it on Tuesday.
New HOY today... no news... no obvious deals/contracts coming up... no pumpers... no bashers... a few posters saying buyer beware... so now I'm just baffled as to why it's up 600% since the beginning of the week.
What the heck is going on over here? Saw it pop up from 2's just a few days ago. Thought it was just a fluke but now I'm just scratching my head and wondering if it's time to get in or if it's going to get dumped ASAP
Grey stripe means unknown trades... They are neither at the ask or at the bid. Just figured that one out. So then WTF with 500M in unknown trades?
What does it mean on the trades list when there is a grey stripe in between the green and red? Or just a giant grey stripe in general?
...and what does it mean when trades show up in black numbers rather than green or red?
Pardon my ignorance but why's there a big grey stripe if there's buying at 1's? Shouldn't it be green or are those five decimal buys happening?
Awesome. I wish the the TA could gag on the bag I'm holding until the next PnD or R/S
At this point do I sell for a loss or average down and pick up a couple milly then just wait for the contracts to roll in? IDK. Feeling a bit torn about this one.
Yeah I figured as much but it's all I could scrape up as far as that kind of share structure info.
Bought in at 3's so it looks like I'm stuck holding this bag regardless of the float and O/S
Scottrade says the Float is 1.6B and Shares Outstanding at 1.58B with a Market Cap of 158K. Hope that helps. The other way is to contact the TA. Don't know their number though.
"Within a few days" definitely sounds better than the open-ended "soon"
Well Mr. Paul has done the right thing in reducing liabilities. Makes it much more attractive for a legitimate merger instead of using the merger to hide a bunch of debt.
5M paint job at 7's? WTF? Hilarious after all the 5's & 6's churning today
Traders like giving negative advice to hear themselves talk
DRGV financials are due ANY DAY NOW! And then it's boom time because we'll see this is one of the few profitable businesses in pinkyland
Wanna get in early on profits made like those who got in with HJO* ? ...then TBEV is the one IMO!
I know that BUYOUT formula quite well because that's exactly what I'm banking on with the future of my beverage business. Get a subscription to Bevnet.com's newsletter and you'll see that big companies are desperate for new companies and concepts!
Traders are ok selling for a loss because they got impatient and scared!
BEAUTIFUL news! AND at least it's in motion already and not a "should-could-would" pump n dump forward-looking statement. Hold on to those shares!
Since I'm in the beverage industry, I know what it means to get a big co-packing contract like TBEV has acquired. I'm also familiar with the Florida company co-packing for them because they do a lot of big contracts, so it's a pretty big deal overall for TBEV.
Regardless of the $800K CD (for production costs?) this could lead to a buyout by a major beverage company IMO. No larger company like Dr. Pepper/Snapple, Coca Cola, Pepsi, etc. would be interested in a small-time energy company. Ya gotta get to "college" level before the "pros" will take you on board.
AIMO
Aside from the 2 stadiums and the Turks & Caicos deals. Can we expect anything else coming down the EGOH pipeline?
I won't be one chasing... Got my shares locked in already
Marked you back! Go PVSP!
I'm sure with more Pure Mobility contracts the PPS will definitely match the value of this undervalued gem!
They've got good times ahead for sure!
Yeah I saw the spike in the middle of last year. Seen that happen to other stocks where I pops up like that but not in an organized stairstep up or down
WTF!? $75 an eighth!!!! That's going to create quite the black market no matter what CGRA taps into IMO. Before "legalization", an eighth was $50-$60.
Here in CO, there's no charging my homegrown homies any more than $35 per eighth otherwise they start getting bitchy. And that's apparently black market herb here.
Washington's retail buyers, tax revenue departments, AND law enforcement officials are in for a surprise with that supply chain squeezing every last penny like that.
The 52 week high was .038 so I'm wondering why it's down here and if it will go back up
Agreed. I might get in when I see some volume or a Q filing, or some other logical reason but until then it's staying on the watch list.
T53 for sure has good picks and does it on a surprisingly consistent basis, but this one might be one of those to avoid for the reasons we have both stated.
Definitely the better investment
Yeah that's exactly why I'm wondering why all the "next big runner" hype. They don't even have a decent website nor some obvious revenue stream. I wonder if it has anything to do with DGRV... (MDCE is based is China so is DGRV) which T53 is also hyping up. BUT at least that company has revenues and financials due soon which is why I understand the reason for hyping that. This one? Not even sure I want a lotto position here.
Seems impossible but either number states an extremely low o/s
What's up here? Those were some big ask slaps for a business that's just sitting here at tripzip 2's. Got those Pure Mobility contracts waking it up eh?
