To all Dragonfliers:
Welcome to the site.
If you have any suggestions or need help with anything, give me a holler.
Feel free to navigate through the current version of the site and notice various features...many are different that many of the current message boards.
Enjoy!

You know what....
Is NICM..did it used to be MBHC on the OTC?
I remember long ago an email somebody sent me..I was researching MBHC..and someone sent me a whole profile about how this criminal was linked to MBHC....and issuing tons of shares....you know what I would do? I would research the company and see if this guy on RB is rewording and re-surfacing an old law suit..>Wouldn't surprise me.
I think that was the ticker. I am pretty sure..
Let me know if I am getting old and my memory is fading..Wish I had the email..but that was like 9-10 months ago...
FM
I typically use this site to find everything law related..
http://www.brbpub.com/pubrecsites.asp
I'm not sure what part of PA this company is in, so it does me no good to reserach...
About 6 months ago, I got sick of researching penny stocks, and is part of what led to this site...I just found too much..umm..crap! in them...way too many scams, fraud...
But, in relevance to your issue, the Lawsuit (if in fact real), should have no relation to the company...plus, it shouldn't cause any kind of panic, because it probably won't hit the wires...
FM
To many unfinished projects, filings done wrong and not fixed,delays..delays..delays..problems with the BOD,unknown shares showing up and can't get answers to where they came from, and more..more..more
Sounds a little too close to our friends in Southern California, eh?
I think CVIA is different though. What stock has been good lately, Rob? The whole freaking market has just dove through the floor..nothing is good anymore.
I would like to see some projects finished, I agree, but I am not worreid with CVIA @ all.
And yes, I know all too well what it is like to put someone in a stock and it go down...
I also know what it is like to put someone in a stock, open a window for them to make 100% in a few days...and them have plenty of opp to sell....but let it ride :( Hell, I do that to myself...
Ah well, that's the market for ya
FM
YOU should be able to do a search for it on the public records site for the state...
or it should appear within days, in the SEC filings for NICM...
I'll see if I can dig anything.
FM
When was this lawsuit brought to the table?
FM
I own quite a bit of PCS stock...
Has performed very well, even in this pathetic market..
Nothing but big digit growth for this baby.
FM
Doing a little research this weekend....
Interesting stock..Nice package they have...
The CEO - wow!
FM
I personally think CVIA should focus on one core sector of being a holding company...
I think that is what might be hurting the stock. Not a true focus. I do like the stock and firmly beleive in the management, but think investor perception is hurting us :(
I say focus on the 'Net sector. It's weak now, but will heat up soon, IMO.

Corporate Vision, Inc. and Blue Crystal Mine Announces Marketing Agreement
TULSA, Okla., June 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Vision, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVIA - news) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and William Harrison, owner of Blue Crystal Mines, La Sal, Utah, jointly announce signing a marketing agreement giving Corporate Vision, Inc. the exclusive right to purchase Azurite and Malachite specimens produced by Blue Crystal Mines. The CVI Resources, Inc. gold mine is located at the Blue Crystal Mine, one of the world's largest producers of the high quality of semi-precious Azurite crystals.
Corporate Vision will establish a website to market these products on the world-wide Internet and will retain 100% of the proceeds from items sold on their website. Azurite crystals rank in the top five of collectable semi- precious stones.
The gold mine operation has been shut down while re-tooling takes place for the optimum recovery of azurite crystals and other rare earth minerals.
Blue Crystal Mines plans to open a new mineralized vein, known to exist, along the geologic fault area used to produce the existing deliverables. This excavation is expected to uncover a variety of crystals and minerals covered by the marketing and mining agreement.
Statements in this press release which are not historical, including statements regarding management's intentions, hopes, beliefs, expectations, representations, projections, plans or predictions of the future are forward- looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. It is important to note that the Company's actual results could differ materially from those in any such forward-looking statements. The actual results of this operation could be affected by fluctuations in the market price for the crystals and minerals recovered as well as the actual versus expected recovery rate. Risk statements include expectations as to the successful and optimal recovery of azurite crystals and other semi precious stones in both existing and anticipated new veins. Given the location of the mining operation, weather is always a risk factor, which could affect actual results. Additionally, the successful establishment of a website for the marketing of the crystals and semi-precious stones is not guaranteed since these materials have traditionally been sold through trade shows and retail outlets.

That way, you make it easy on people to dive right into the AREt board
Thanks for putting us up there bud

Good Lord, where in the world is the censor at...
You 2 need to take this privately LOL
Rob is gonna kick your butt, Brett...
Hope your wife doesn't use the 'puter.
LMAO
FM
Yah, that's the one....
Was curious.
I never did like that dude. Not the true Apple kind of person like Jobs is/was.
Maybe that's why they are doing so good...now!
;^)
FM
What is the name of the CEO?
I know you aren't talking about Jobs..is it that Mexican guy?
Just curious..This sounds kind of odd!
Hey...
That's kinda cool!
Dedicated shareholders out there
MB
Glad a CSCO thread finally got started!
They have passed MSFT is MKT cap, right?
I'm assuming they are now #1..I know market slide in Techs in general hurt them..but just curious.

**Message SpotLight Request by Chris B**
This was sent via Private Message to me:
A feature that is automated -
On every post, a little link shows up that says "Put in the Spotlight!" (or of that nature)
And the message spotlight rotates dynamically, instantly based on the most # of votes for a post...It will reset @ 12 am or something. But the page will be automated...It will grab the first 30 or so words from the "Spotlight Post" and put it in the box...
What you think? I think it's a GREAT idea.
FM
Hey, Steve...
Great thread to start.
Steve Jobs is my all-time hero, besides my dad.
True visionary, creative, intelligent, focused....could make a vision come to reality....Saw the future...(well, except for that small company called Microsoft)
Awesome company. Been a shareholder before dip, during dip, after dip. Always knew Steve would come back.
Yee haw!
FM
That's facinating.
Curious as to who he talked to @ SEC.
I liked these 2 questions LOL
Q. Is the SEC currently investigating wamx or are they done
A. we dont disclose that to the public
Q. when did the investigation start
A. not public info
Also, interesting point on "seperate investigations" that "coincidentally" happened. Hmmm....
Sound kinda freaky to me. I actually really like the ideas behind the ATS. Kind of a small investor paradise...Hope it's not good to be true... :(
FM
Let FM sound smart for about 5 seconds:
RB uses CGI wheras, we use ASP. It's faster. Ever notice when you post a message on a pretty fast moving thread, it can take up to 5 minutes to see your post make it?
ASP is instant. You just got a cached file in your browser. It will cache the Mail Box # and everything. So, really, I don't think there is anyway around it. In your Internet Settings, you can change it to always check for a new page..
What do you think of the new look? It's very simple, but it does look somewhat better than the BETA TESTING page
Ya think?
FM
**New Opening Page**
Well, we finally got tired of looking at that "Under Construction" page so we changed it over to a slightly better looking page
It should make it a little more enjoyable now.
The various boxes that *should* be updated will be updated more often when we really get rocking. They are just in place for now. If you have a suggestion for something to be placed in any of those, send me message here or @ matt@investorshub.com
Give us any feedback you may have.
MB
I just realized why all this sounded so familiar LOL
I had invested in DRYD and just not checked up on it lately...
Awesome to see them doing so well...!!
Way to go!
FM
I like this company vlicense.
Make sense, too.
Software is so easily hacked. And this ASP stuff is great technology. I especially am fond of their backgrounds.
Not much into OTC stocks, but defintely going to look into this.
FM
Waxman,
We are just a few weeks/days from switching out site over and going full force with Phase 1 of the site.
One thing I look forward to is going after a lot of people on the message board that I know and group leaders. This will add a lot of traffic and fun to the boards.
I am also considering, per an idea I had a while back, to interview a handful of companies at no charge for putting us in a PR and a link to our site where investors can hear the interview detailing a lot about the company (obviously, nothing put positive stuff). Thus, helping both of us. I think that would be appealing to EURO and its current shareholders and might work great with timing of the NAZ switch.
If this is something you think they would like (heck, it's FREE, why not?) Let me know in a few days. I just gotta figure out the necessary equipment needed to do that kind of thing. I have an idea.
Later,
FM
Oh Brother Bernard,
You speak wise words my friend.
Change it to: Thou shalt not put ANY money you CAN'T lose in OTC's for longer than 3 mintues and 33 seconds.
FM
Wow, what a story today. I am glad you logged on. I could of sworn I heard them say your name in the list of mobsters <ggg>
It's there!
FM
Alaman,
The link to the website and the DD you posted can be put into that opening box, very easily.
You, as Chairman, have the ability to Edit that box at any time. Simply hit "Edit iBox" and you can insert/delete anything at any time.
Let me know if you have problems.
FM
(The purpose of keeping it always editable is to keep the latest DD in everyone's face and to keep pace with the ever-changing float of a stock)
**Site Request**
1) Way to "save" pages AND boards to your favorites page.
2) A little link that says Register or something, right next to the <<--Previous Pub Priv Next-->> for people who aren't logged in/or users. (more obvious, when people aer linking to the site)
FM
Bubba, bubba, bubba,
I have an idea for you.
Let's make you a paid short probe. Let the Shorts put a little blinking radar on you and everywhere you go, you go long, and they'll go out on a zero short.
Then, they'll pay you a commision? Sound like a deal?
I was warned about WAMX a few days ago that something was going down...but didn't take it seriously. I thought maybe a little bank denyting them or something..Not this...
Good luck..and let me know if there is anything I can do.
FM
Interesting.
I was just curious about the share situation. I won't go any farther than that..
Anybody tried out the first phase of the search system @ the bottom of all pages? Work good? Nice improvement? Slow? Fast?
Just curious.
GOod luck in EURO!
FM
Wasn't there a meeting or something this week?
Any update on what happened? DId they pass the shares, etc?
I've been out of tune with it all, but defintely interested in the results.
FM
The Chairman (Cardoc) will have full control over the board. Not just in controlling the content and quality of the messages posted, but a few other features we will be adding.
Also, the Chairman is allowed to edit the "iBox" or the opening to the board at any time by hidding "Edit iBox" - only he/she sees this. This is one of my favorite features because it allows a great way to keep up wtih the ever changing float of the BB stocks.
Just wanted to welcome all of you guys to iHub. Enjoy!
FM
Bernard,
Do you know if HRZG the MM is the same people that is Herzog that got bought out by Merill the other day?
Steve, if you are reading this...Is that same people???
FM
test
Welcome aboard, bro.
Long time no talk!
FM
Hope you enjoy the site as it evolves...and hopefully passes the BETA testing
