One thing that is interesting to me about the last PR is that they show anger at message boarders for expressing doubts, etc. What they forget is that without the message boards, this stock would have ZERO exposure and would never have run above .0001.
Still watching the stock here...
Well, the website does not work anymore....
Anyone still following this one?
Anyone want to guess what's going to happen to the share price over the next week or so?
I got the impression that his new finance company and FFGO (or its successor) would be two different entities.
Looks like they have both gold AND guns! Good things to have in these times. LOL.
Exactly. I watched QBID do its thing a few years ago also. I'm now starting to think that this one may have a "super-spike" in its future too. Based on the continued level of interest, the volume and the PR today. To me, today's PR was a total blowout of frustration on the part of the company and I actually liked it. To me, it says that they are serious about making something happen here and are aware that they have reputations on the line.
I am so tired of thinking about FFGO, but IMO today was a blowoff of sorts. The end of Phase I, if you will. FFGO proved that it can maintain massive volume and liquidity during Phase I. After thinking about it for a while, that is no small feat. I mean, how many .000's can maintain this level of interest, volume and heated discussion for this long? Not many. I've been on both sides of the FFGO argument, but now I'm back to thinking it may be time to go long....and see what happens.
The PR today had a lot of information. Interesting to say the least and NOT what I expected. My take away was: (1) FFGO keeps operating but will change name, etc., (2) Still no reverse split for FFGO - which is good, (3) CEO leaving to form a new company focused on the finance stuff, (4) A dividend still supposed to happen for FFGO shareholders and CEO sticking around to make sure it happens. They really put everything on the table this time. I do have a question regarding this new finance company - will FFGO shareholders automatically become owners of this new company as well??
I was originally a big believer in FFGO, then I became skeptical. I re-read this PR a few times. Now I have to admit, I'm somewhat attracted to this new proposed plan if it is the real deal. Mulling it over..... but I actually think that this PR might be the most positive thing put out there yet from shareholder perspective (even though I'm sure most read it the other way). Interesting...
LOL! Yeah, I hear you.
Is this chart starting to almost look good to the upside now, or am I kidding myself here? I guess it could keep bouncing along down....
Well, maybe something will happen one day soon. I'm holding on to some shares and will just sit on them.
.0001's should be available in large quantities soon IMO! Just look at the chart.
I agree. The only way out for them is to do a massive reverse split IMO.
I tend to agree.
I think that the company is busy now trying to come up with a PR that people might actually believe and get excited about at this point. Posters here seem to have hit on everything they could possibly PR over the weekend.
Wow. I did not realize this one was so cheap! Nice move today.
Another PR they could do is to say that a private company has decided to use the FFGO share structure to do a reverse merger (to take a private company into the market by taking over FFGO's publicly traded share structure). I've seen quite a bit of this lately. A company announces that they have signed a "letter of intent" or "are in discussions" or whatever to enter into a reverse merger agreement with another company. Everyone would get all excited about that for a few weeks.......until nothing happens. All my opinions only.
I personally keep trying to compare FFGO to QBID and I think that FFGO may actually be in a position to do this constant PR share shuffle monkey business for much longer than QBID did. QBID had actual employees and bills to pay - which was the ultimate downfall of the company (employees asking for paychecks?!). On the other hand, FFGO seems to have no actual business operations or people demanding they pay the electric bill, salaries, etc. FFGO just seems to have pesky little shareholders and a dream. This could go on forever. All my opinions only.
Here's another thought, perhaps shareholders will be given the "opportunity" to exchange their shares in FFGO for some even more wonderful new Pinkie owned/managed by you know who!
LOL! Actually, that thought had not crossed my mind. But it is a good thought! What did cross my mind is that shareholders might have the "opportunity" to exchange their shares for cash at a rate LOWER than .0001 per share!
This is just getting absurd now. The following is my OPINION only. Look, that PR was vague but it contained some very important legal language IMO. The key phrase discusses that the company may "now distribute all of its assets to its stockholders". From what I've read, a distribution of assets to stockholders typically follows a Plan of Liquidation and Dissolution. Again, from what I've read this means that a company is going Bye Bye. I think that typically in this scenario shareholders of record are notified as to how they can exchange their shares of the company for cash. At what price would shareholders be able to exchange shares for cash? LOL! I wish you all good luck with that one in any event. Again, my opinions only based on some research I did on-line regarding the language of the PR, etc. Check it for yourself, Google "distribution of assets to shareholders" and read some of the instances where this has happened with other companies.
Wow! Nice action on this one today! Dang. This was just bumbling around and then BAM!
Looks like they need a few more amazing PRs today to keep people believing. Either that, or someone will buy a few thousand dollars worth of shares at the end of the day to artificially re-inflate the price. All my opinion of course....
We're alive!!
Wonder what's going on with this one? Waiting for some news here. The filing does not really mean anything meaningful....yet.
It does appear to be bouncing off some sort of bottom here. At some point soon the POG is going to start going back up.
Isn't anyone even slightly bothered by the mere reference to a potential trading halt in that first PR today?
OK, now that was funny.
It just looks to me like the company bought back some more shares this afternoon in order to keep the price from completely collapsing. They can only do that so many times....
The chart does look sweet but all those lawsuits scare me and the CEO recently quit? That is never a good sign.
Excellent question!
Here come the .0002s!
The only thing keeping this company trading and afloat is internet message board optimism IMO. If that optimism turns to negativity the stock is dead and goes back to .0001. That is why the PRs are now so concerned with internet message board rumors, questions, etc. A healthy real company does not care about internet message board activity and address it in PRs. All my opinion.
What does this company do? The web pages do not work. Nice share structure though!
Nice pop on Friday here. I don't like all the lawsuits though. Seems like this one is a good candidate for getting bumped down an exchange IMO...or for restructuring.
What's going on with this one? Nice pop on Friday....
Just found this one. Interesting merger news! How much do we know about this sand and gravel company they are merging with? Any idea of a valuation on that company?
Oh I'm OK with it. I "only" had 1.2 million shares and was not going to buy any more anyways. Plus the profit I lost in holding this one longer - I more than made up for in GCOG and NCEY later in the year. So I am not TOO green with envy now. LOL!
I am pretty sure this stock has been a millionaire maker for a couple people out there. The only one so far this year. If you loaded back between .0004 and .0015 last fall you could easily have grabbed 20 million shares for the price of a Kia and be a ca$h money millionaire today. Gotta' love it.
