I am a firm believer in letting someone trade the way they want. Having said that, I don't pound the table on a company like TINO by saying its a good company. Tino as a company has done nothing for years.

A couple of years ago TINO put out press releases about prospecting in I believe was Mexico and released pictures which at the time stirred everyone up. I looked at all the pics and news releases and called it a camping trip. TINO did not even have a geologist at the time if memory serves. Since then nadda, zip. Now looks like same thing happening.

Tell me your reasons why the share structure looks attractive and I probably won't argue unless your point is BS.

I also own penny stocks that do nothing for years or are not even companies but are attractive share structures so I know exactly how the game is played.

If TINO's history gave me a reason I....

would buy its stock, but the management has not shown me anything to cheer about or given me a reason to risk my money.

To me the share structure seems more attractive then TINO as a mining/communication/fakenews company.

Wait a minute, if one wants to wait on dead money parked in TINO why not park the money in a good dividend paying stock until TINO starts its move?

The 17.million.plus share.volume last week took TINO's stock....

price from .0019 to .0011 which is lower not higher for the week. Big volume bringing a stock to the downside is usually not considered a good thing.

I deemed that search for minerals a "camping trip" and questioned why they didn't have a geologist on staff beings as they were supposed to be a mineral company. Not to mention, the price of gold is going nowhere.

Good luck trying to pull the same scam again, I doubt investors will fall for it. Come up with something exciting and new.

I can't. When I was able to open them it stated "unverified."

Also, if you scroll up it says after "status"-Withdrawn-CONSOLIDATED INACTIVE. Why inactive?

I agree about "nothing in this business is....

a sure thing."

I soured on Pedro and TINO's stock when they announced what I deemed a camping trip a few years ago. Since that announcement Pedro/Tino has not done much if anything.

Now, there was a non verified filing in Pa. Around the same time the stock ticked up with a big seller unloading 15k dollars (approximately 5 million shares) worth of TINO"s stock around .0034.

Once TINO hit a high of .0035 it seems most interest has slowed and the stock has regressed from the high.

Tino will need a catalyst of substance to break out from this level in my opinion.

Pedro has not done much of anything since his camping trip years ago so what is he up to exactly that makes you think "Pedro is up to something"?

Everyone in penny land thinks the CEO is "up to something" or "there will be filings".

TINO looks to me like its hit a resistance level and hard. Needs a catalyst to go higher or it will drift lower.

OOAG's shares are holding up nicely with normal.....

buying and selling at this level, good support here. Lucky we have accumulated our shares, if things take off won't need to chase OOAG.

At one point yesterday OOAG was up 316%, low volume though. Shows us how little volume it takes for big movement. There is interest on the buy side for sure.

Brother can't sell he'll loose 2/3rds of...

his money, maybe more, after the crappy fill he'll get. That's what happens when one chases a stock like TINO.

One other thing. I have heard but not....

verified that FINRA or SEC is mandating that all penny stock shares have to meet a minimum criteria by a certain date. As I stated I have just seen comments about this but I have not verified it on my own.

Not sure what happens to the share structures that don't meet this criteria but stands to reason they will be delisted.

I still think that the one unverified filing....

does not change anything prior to that day. To me what it showed was someone wants to keep the share structure alive but that's it. I could be wrong but so far no follow though other then the buying that boosted TINO to .0035 then it seemed interest died.

I have been waiting years for that to.happen....

I have been watching OOAG trade for years and there is just enough support to keep the bid in the high .000s and the ask in the low .00s.

Second they are offering a bid size of 909,537 at a price of .0025. One would use a limit price order and I would use AON (my preference), without the AON I am certain the order would fill, with the market would moving after the fill. Either way one would generate $2,273.84.

Or, you could put in a market sell order for 909,537 shares and post on the board what you get them for, but no shares?

Great OOAG strategy to buy its shares when......

Barnett is scamming all the early greedy investors. Those investors purchased OOAG shares and spent lots and lots of money at the time of OOAG's much higher price. What happened, they lost it all.

Now OOAG has split and is no longer under Barnett's influence is the time to buy. Think about it.

OOAG has fewer shares. It was not a company under Barnett's influence and is still not one, at this low penny stock price there is a possibility of huge upside if something positive happens to OOAG's share structure. With a small dollar investment you get a large amount of leverage. That is why we buy the pennies.

must be a bit higher then the current price otherwise you would have sold back at the bounce to .015.

Don't worry, IMO the long term outlook for OOAG's shares looks mildly positive. There are head winds, but selling at this price won't yield much. Good luck.

For years posts have predicted OOAG getting delisted, all those predictions are wrong to this point. Goes to show no one can predict OOAG’s future and the future is where the money is with this one.
