I agree about "nothing in this business is....

a sure thing."

I soured on Pedro and TINO's stock when they announced what I deemed a camping trip a few years ago. Since that announcement Pedro/Tino has not done much if anything.

Now, there was a non verified filing in Pa. Around the same time the stock ticked up with a big seller unloading 15k dollars (approximately 5 million shares) worth of TINO"s stock around .0034.

Once TINO hit a high of .0035 it seems most interest has slowed and the stock has regressed from the high.

Tino will need a catalyst of substance to break out from this level in my opinion.
