Maybe they have maybe they have not submitted for ODS. That it's not been pr'd does not mean it has not happened. The process is simple and quick and given that aplastic anemia had been designated a disease that would be considered for orphan drug applications it's virtually a lock that the designation would be given following IND approval. Getting ODS prior to IND approval is a cart before the horse issue.
