Double ditto
This is one of the better one's I've played recently, you have to get used to working out the bottom level on these and the swing ranges. You make money as you go and be prepared to see them red for a while.
I've no doubt you'll see 0.004 again soon and much more, I've played this from these levels to 0.007 and back down again.
How can it ever be good news when a CFO leaves without a replacement? Not a great sign
Agreed guys! Good luck to everyone!
This is thinning out with a strong bid and is going up. Could be a green close even with all the selling today.
Looking very strong right now, just needs some hits to the ask.
Lots of dumping going on today on lots of stocks and it looks like it's accelerated the demise here today as well. No bid coming soon at this rate.
Looks like we're starting at 1s/2s today, not no bid
I get that logic but increasing the A/S is more typical and less harm than an R/S at these levels and SS.
Personally, I see no logic in a 1/5 R/S so I'm in the same boat. I don't see what it can possibly achieve because it just shakes everyone up and creates selling which inevitably loses value. So to only split by a factor of 5 seems like a big waste of time unless they have a very specific target value in mind.
I know some people are speculating on uplisting but it's way too early for that and could be done much later with an explanation PR which wouldn't shake the price.
I don't follow the logic. Regardless of whether people are selling heavy on the bid or ask, why would that make a stock go up? It will tank quickly imo. It may well recover a little during the day because it does have a strong following but it is most likely going down at the start of day.
Only way it doesn't is with a PR before the open. That would be a very smart move because if good enough, it could stabilize the price. If they continue transparency following that and through the R/S, it could be OK.
Tomorrow is crucial and the next week to see if they dilute is also crucial. Otherwise its a long term play.
True. Perfect storm. Doesn't happen very often but when it does, it can be explosive. Now you're on this one as well, I'm really looking forward to seeing how this week pans out!
Lol. We're all going to have a few good days with this one, I feel it coming.
Seems that way! A lot of interest. It is a great play!
AZFL is great fun, already played it from 0.002s to 0.007s and now back in. Not too late to join the party, perfect entry point right here. I wouldn't wait around too long though, this one moves up quick!
I'm liking AZFL, great play. Looking forward to seeing the action tomorrow. I'd love to see it get news and really fly!
And yet people still buying 4s and 5s, odd. But I guess that has been happening all along. Continuous buying into the decline with the hope that the dilution will stop and it will go up, even for a short time for a run.
I guess it doesn't really matter whether it's 500, 1000 or 1500 at this point anyway.
It was recovering by the end of day, I'm not concerned. More support will hit the bid if we return to 2s tomorrow.
I see they haven't added notes to the stock split so you can't see the detail? Or is there somewhere where you can actually see the document?
They usually tell me 20 mins and it takes 30 to get seated because they don't want to lose custom. I'm thinking Q2, 2015 more likely
I'm 99.1% sure, I'm buying more!
Why hold when the price is going to crash? Why not sell and buy back in lower?
They told us in this one that FDA approval was not until early 2015.
The problem is that even if it is being done for the right reasons (which is not very often), most of us are not here for a long haul and increases over a 3 month period or longer so most will jump out regardless. That added to dilution starting back up again will kill this.
They'd have to have some pretty phenomenal news to offset this announced before the bell tomorrow to stop that from happening. We now know it's not going to be FDA approval so pretty slim chance.
Everyone was sold down the river on this one. Short term, it's going to crash and burn now, too many red flags in that announcement.
Companies love to say things like this are good news because they only look at it from the perspective of the long term. They raised capital and can continue with their release. A complete mess for existing shareholders though.
I'll also give them prizes for transparency, even with this announcement. The icing on the cake is that they've stated that FDA approval is not possible until early 2015 so no point in watching for that announcement in the near future either.
This just turned into a much longer play and will be heavily red for the next few days.
Could still be good long term but what is the point of buying now pre-dilution and pre-rs?
Considering that the reason why DRIO was attractive in the first place was because someone hammered it down so far with dilution, I'd say that a new round of dilution should be a massive red flag here.
This could go right back down to where it was when this was alerted. Only good thing is that if I am reading this correctly, they need to dilute most of their holding at 0.07928 or above to make money? There's also an R/S of 1/5 coming within 2 weeks.
I'd expect huge dumpage coming fast in the next few days. Unless anyone has great advice otherwise, this looks like a post r/s play once that dip happens and this dilution is complete?
So, everyone is assuming an R/S which is likely but I'm not thinking it happens straight away. Otherwise, why bother with the increase to 10 bill? They won't have sold all of them yet.
I'm thinking we have a few more games to play down here near no bid yet before they finally R/S. Maybe a pump coming to lift us back to 2s/3s and then more dumping.
I've seen the posting and R/S done at the same time when the mgmt has majority vote.
Here we go!! Back up again....
That is going to be what a lot of people bet on, I have no doubts the 1s will get sucked up before this goes to no bid and then the R/S will hit with the expectation that production news will follow.
I'm not taking any chances on this one again, I'll see whether and how much it dips after the R/S and think about it again at that point. For now, I'm done.
Real business, no dumps, reasonable revenues, no chance
That's the crazy thing here, they've bled the investors dry twice within 3 months and then the RS happens with an AS in the billions again and they will most likely proceed with the S1 line of credit in addition.
How much money can they possibly steal?? It's ridiculous.
Of course not. No pump here so no possibility of suspension, wouldn't make sense.
Based on what?
Sounds great but how long?
Wouldn't it just be great if they just stopped diluting, canceled the rs and ran a real business with all of the money they have amassed from us.
Elaborate. Are you implying there is something good about this situation? No.
If there was going to be good production news between now and then, they wouldn't be doing the R/S. My view is that they are taking this for all of the money they can prior to the R/S and then hoping that it will stabilize afterwards.
One thing I cannot stand about R/S's generally and particularly this one is when they keep the A/S the same. It's such a sign of complete lack of respect for shareholders because it's an open declaration that they will do the same dilution again.
The only people that may or may not make money are the one's who watch this post-rs and buy on the dips. And that is only if they finally follow through on their production promises.
GRAS will soon put Carmelas into other States? PR coming soon? Could be heating up around here
