The Mantra (MVTG) co. Ceo,Cfo,Sec.,Treasure,Director draws 168+...& 128+ total about 300k. Revenue 2015 168k revenue2014 200k(maybe'more,can't remember,listed on 10k). Point is they are under funded & say dilution will happen....same. Same. Boat as NPS...take ur pick...Larry Kristof ..CEO....it's all in the last 10K.

u stand corrected.....but my basic findings are basically unchanged. lol; Protonex was a private co. bought out for 30m.That is not basically the same(except to u SPIN DR )we all want for NPS to get 1m. for a merge w/a co. that made 4m. these nr.findings don't( BASICALLY)sound impressive up against the 30m. revenue that u spin $.Ballard is down....will rebound...they came up w/a way to buy prot. for 30m.If NPS had any funding it could rise up...(spin1, good chops)

Protonex had 40 m. In revenue last year w/100 patents.....just bought out for 30m. By Ballard....somebody is making $. Protonex did have only4.4M. Debt....what would it have been w/o the 40m. In revenue.....ur right about the stock prices not reflecting a long term high....but did stay up long enought to prosper for SH w/correct timing.

What about the s4 and product development PR ? I was talking to an Electical Engineering student who actually said the start up time for NPS situation was still new & does take more time, I said 8 years is along time! Course also all companies not involved in this field of course won't really be of any help at this time. I was astounded & couldn't believe his statement. The dangling PR(carrot) has all SH upset thinking something is right around the corner & the pps reflects failure instead of sucess.So now I will just have to put plan B into play & quit being upset as I am full of carrots! GLTA. (The student has a 3.72 GPA. [my son].)

Re-read ur last. Companies don't agree w/o closing on signed paperwork deals that involve "Proprietary"
(Patents) usage. It cost them time,manpower and $. Collaboration is good, but immediate result come quickly! R & D take time. All testing has been done by Neah's finds but funding is needed to get them on the shelves.Nps agreements don't seem to be the answer for this. Possible more control of what they have to offer to the powers that be. Nps was in the dollars range, dangling the carrot to SH that invested on PR and future products for sale. The big thing was the 'Off Grid' fuel cell charger for phones.Hyped it has arrived, but still 2 years later not available , but one smoke screen after another presented w/o "Closing" on anything toward revenue. 6-7 years later new investors bite...& belief is relative where Longs were then. Nothing new...same-same...it's not crying as u call it ....it is what it is....nothing on the shelf or in the bank,but talk. We don't need anything now but for NPS. To follow thru. Close (complete). The fairy tale PR u continue to hype is just that @ this point until something tangible is produced toward their initial goal . ( way before ur said entry of 2013) GL
