Perhaps the Garden PR its on the way soon. A burst of progress for a spring run would be nice.
MaryKateAustin I agree and for some reason my gut tells me this Japan deal is going to get done.
This label has been submitted to the Japanese Ministry of Health via the Importing Agent as part of the ongoing approval process.
I actually like this PR. Definitive numbers and clear committments by the company. Maybe they have heard the share holders speak and are makeing an effort to walk the talk.
OT Gamood,
Sent you an e-mail
Another thing, if they let it move up, than maybe the deal would speed up some. Possibly PPS is a factor.
If the insiders could find a way to make some personal purchases of the free trading shares along with a closing, that would go a long way to increase confidence.
I think HESG has a lot of good things on the shelf waiting for this closing.
GLTA
Even with the S-8 gone' they still need to pay the bills. We know how their paying those now. They need this deal closed. I don't see what the hold up could be other than the financing that HESG needs to bring to the table.
They need to fund this deal. They do that, we explode.
DF and gang, Welcome to HESG!! I like your home site. Let me help catch you guys up here if I may, as I think you guys entering now, are in a great situation if they close this deal. I just cant figure out why their having such trouble coming up with 1 million dollars. If they do, than were off to the races as the company's new leader Stuart A Gold has what it takes to get this company producing growing revenues, problem is, he was dropped into a financial nightmare and can't use his tools. Gold has proven he can sell tea and is a marketing genius. If they could get the distribution channels flowing through Kalahari than they could get the SHUGR and a few other good products flowing their as well. Kalahari Tea has great products and has been doing a great job at growing, so fast in fact they ran out of cash to fund the growth. Funding was tough being a private company and thats where HESG comes in. It's really is a good win win acquisition if they can get it closed.
Hope this helps Checkmate28

The Republic of Tea, one of the fastest growing and successful beverage brands in America today. As the leading purveyor of only the finest teas and herbs in the world, The Republic of Tea is a progressive, socially conscious California company, founded in 1992 by the co-creators of The Banana Republic, and acquired in 1994 by Ron Rubin, a young entrepreneur who was inspired to buy the company after reading the founders' book, The Republic of Tea. Marketing veteran Stuart Gold joined Rubin soon after and, within six years, the company has experienced tremendous growth selling its sought after products through its exclusive award-winning mail order catalog and to 20,000 specialty food stores, cafes, restaurants, and select department stores, such as Neiman Marcus, Marshall Fields and Nordstrom's. Rubin's and Gold's unusual—and successful—approach to business and life has brought them numerous speaking invitations from colleges and organizations, and frequent requests for a book about how they work. Now, in Success@Life, the two leaders present their "philosophy of enlightenment and discovery," their personal experience, and homespun lessons so that others can catch and live their dreams
duelittle2 In 2 more weeks we will probably hear that something happened to delay the deal, terms changed, we found something we didn;t like, the officers are out of town of Bob is out of town doing a show but we got a lot coming up. I'm tired of the excuses.

Disagree. Caution of coarse but Madam Wang had to kick out the fraudulent mgt your speaking of and has since laid some ground blocks of hope. Incommunicado??? they did let us know what was going on. Company progress was gaged due to the misfiled quarter revenues. Current share holders had many chances to run.
I see the past as the past and hopefully the worst is over. AXJ at 2.00 looked like a great investment at that time with the favorable share structure and the huge forcasted growth.
Right now the share structure still looks good, the warrant financing is at much higher prices, there are products to sell, a state of the art 60,000 square Meter factory(560,000 sq ft), acquisitions, real financing, furthermore, there are not endless shares bleeding into the float and that is VERY encouraging to me. I like the way things look around here very much, but will still remain cautious until I see some more credibility.
This is in no way a prediction but a couple good financial moves and this stock could be over 1.00 in a hurry.
Lenny Penny Mrs Wang is undoubtedly very unhappy with the delisting and pride and honor are probably important to her. The new accounting firm was hired for a reason and just maybe with real business and hard work, they can pull back to the AMEX. All in all I'm liking the chances better and better.
Correction on the last post. I meant I was going to post about AXMP on some other boards to get the word out but decided to hold off. Eventually this will be found.
'el capitan Another nice piece of credibility would be nice.
LC Bring on that party. With the share count here and nice bit of progress, this could move real fast.
I was going to post on AXJ to get the news out but decided I/we might want to get a few more shares on the low. Bring back 20 x 25 I'll stay quiet for awhile.
I have a friend that may buy a few today.
Screamer Amen Time for the company to either put up or shut up.
Lenny Penny, Judging by the past, it doesn't seem like this company has a history of diluting. Seems the madam is more interested in running the business and putting the pieces back together. They've gotten interest free money from the Chinese government and as the PR said gotten a first payment of some financing from the Wagner group in New York.
Interesting, I did A google search for Brazil Wahsun Import & Export Ltd. and didn't turn anything up. Maybe someone can help me out.

Interesting tid bit below on the Nuroscience Inc. website This is the website from the new directors company. Intellect Neurosciences, Inc. Converts into a Public Company through Merger Transaction with Globepan Resources, Inc.
February 1, 2007 Looks like the website isn't even finished.
Also AXMP will be the 3rd publically traded company Maza has served.
"Mr. Maza is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intellect Neurosciences, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the research and development of drugs to treat Alzheimer's disease and other major disorders of the central nervous system. Prior to joining Intellect Neurosciences, Inc., Mr. Maza was Chief Financial Officer of Emisphere Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EMIS), a biopharmaceutical company.

Screamer Just hope he's using them for an acqusition or investment in Garden Beverage
Congrats to the longs. I added recently. I believed they would get through the fraud. I also noticed that there was no signifigant delution as there really had been no volume.
A few thoughts on the following:
AXM Pharma Inc. a manufacturer of proprietary and generic pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products for the Chinese and other Asian markets, announced today that Brazil Wahsun Import & Export Ltd. has signed a ten-year agreement, under which AXM Pharma has been designated exclusive distributor for Sygen, a product which is produced by TRB Pharma of Brazil. Sygen measures pathological changes in the central nervous system and Parkinson's disease. AXM has entered into agreements with distributors from leading cities and provinces of Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shandong, to purchase a total quantity of 500,000 units, resulting in 2007 estimated revenue of $12,820,000
The fact that they are master distributor Brazil Wahsun and have entered into multiple agreements with other distributors, leads me to believe they have a nice distribution network set up to move other products they either are currently manufacturing or are intending to manufacture from their new plant.
It also seems that they have been busy with business while they were taking care of the SEC mishap. Now that thats behind, maybe we will see a stream of PR's having to do with moving forward.
I'm excited!!!
GLTA Checkmate28
Gator Maybe!!!
Lenny Penny Its also nice to see the bid side up and most trades going through at .25
Lenny the 4th quarter movement was speaking only of the one product in the PR from the new acquisition. Its entirely possible that something is moving out of the factory even now. I'd like an update of the cholesterol lowering supplement that was approved for sale in June 06 by the Chinese FDA.
Logic tells me that if private investors are spending money now that something is happening now and we won't have to wait for the 4th quarter.
Funny thing is, One solid PR (the right one)changes the whole sentiment around here. Bob goes from villain to hero.
Bottom line here, either Bob brings it or he doesn't. Without it were toast. With it, were hot talk on I-hub and all best friends again.
I see it as graffasi said it in post 26087.
They have some great products and their getting them out in front of people. There is a lot of competition. A PR firm is not going to do anything except cost money unless the company makes worthy news. It takes a lot of work and a lot of money to get a product out successfully. It doesn't happen over night and its not easy or we'd all be doing it. Either you chose to except the risk and the BS or you do not.... RSHN.pk in not a blue chip. Its PINK!!
Just hope the right news comes before they bleed us to death.
Having said that, I'm not letting Bob off the hook for the financial shananagins that have been going on lately. No excuses for that!!
Mr Corr Were hoping you have some good answers for us soon.
ralphjusa Like your guesses!
The fact that the words "has received" the first installment as opposed to will receive gives me some confidence. Someone is spending money to get the deal moving. They have a hell of a factory just waiting to go, and now a new Reserch institute with a product that is claimed to be in high demand in China with not enough supply.
IN SHORT .... THE COMPANY HAS A PULSE!!!
New board is fine. You should post starting with the words, Board Moved and leave a link for any stray followers
FFF Please, while some of your DD is interesting, helpful and revelant, most is old, irrevelent or just plain misleading information. Quit with the goose chase games and please, if you have something to report stick to the facts and report it.
'aqua_man' If weight limits you to 1800 cases per container and the customer orders 4000 cases, than your going to have to spread it over 3 containers. Thats why I say the load in a full container will vary. Im sure those containers were called full.
I bet if the order were for 5000 cases that they would have fit them in the same 3 containers and called them full as well.
When you were told that 1 container is about $20,000. Or $15.00 per case, was that for a case of e-water or Gensing Rush?
'Expotopia' Ahh were narrowing this down. The maximum capacity in pounds for the container is 58,270, so divide that by 32 pounds per case from your info and we get 1821 cases. AHH! we have to remember the pallets weight LOL!
Weight limits us to 1800 cases
marayatano That’s a good point and since they come on pallets, than the last pallet may not reach the top or even the sides. I'm assuming they would do their best to get 2 pallets on a hi lo to fit in the door under the 7' 6" height. Still there could easily be 20% wasted space with the pallet volume plus the space above, between and next to the pallets.
Jennifer says that the floors are genuine hardwood as well. Bob could advertise the product as being aged on hard wood.
Gary that’s funny because I was brewing up the information to send to Bob while you were posting. Hopefully He'll have a need for some containers. I'm still looking for e-water and AR to be big soon. Just hope we don't bleed to oblivion before then.
This is a pretty cool site on the 40 ft container. Nice pics and information. Jennifer is cute and funny too. Contains costs to rent the container and shipping cost overseas as well. Going to send it to Bob just in case LOL!!
A 40' shipping container can hold 649 kegs of beer! ( Ha I just e-mailed them to ask how many cases of bottled beer will fit in one container) I report if I get an answer.

Thinking of buying?
~USD$1950 for a 40 footer, aluminum or steel
Thinking of Importing some exotic Marlboro cigarettes? One 40' container can hold 55,511 cartons of filtered cigarettes!. That is eleven million cigarettes, enough to give a post-coital smoke to every adult in the Netherlands!
Gamood I dont see the 20,000 figure in the public records but if thats correct than that container was not full or like you said "they sold for .347 per bottle witch I'm sure is not the case.
My post was in response to AK's post about the Calif plant handling volume for a 100 '40 container order to Japan. (It may happen!!)
Follow the links and do the math it actually works. We may want to know this when making projections later.
My math just states how many cases can physicaly fit on a '40 container with hypothetical figures for profit on 57,000 bottles or a 100 container shipment to Japan. (Maybe they dont really fill them full??)
40 foot container contains 2261 cubic feet inside and measures 39'4" long, 7'6" tall, and 7'8" wide inside.
http://www.cockeyed.com/inside/container/container.html
Cubic Foot (US) = 1728 cubic inches,
http://www.ceramics.com/mass1.html
RushNet case 10 x 3 x 11 = 1430 cubic inches
1.2 Rushnet cases per cubic foot
1.2 x 2261 cu feet = 2700 cases in a 40 foot container
subtract 10% for whatever and your around 2400 cases
If you could get a .50 net profit from each bottle,
2400 cases X 24 bottles =57600 bottles at .50 = about $29,000 Profit
100 40 foot containers would be a nice deal. IF RUSHNET COULD PUT THAT TOGETHER ALONG WITH MY NUMBERS THAN WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT A 2.9 MILLION DOLLAR NET PROFIT ON ONE DEAL. Imagine what the revenues would be.
These figures are guesses and speculation only.
( I was probably a little high here on the profit figures)
Come on Gator, Buying surge?? $6000 traded hands today. You have a lot of shares and I hope you make a truck load of greens when you back your truck up to the bank. If we can just hang tight with out going any lower this next month I think things will work out good.
Gamood help me out with the bad math!! Also the $20,000 was not in my math. I have no idea where you got that from. The math still checks good to me.
Gamood, actually I did see some bad math in your post earlier, see bottom.
If they ship 57600 bottles of product in a fourty foot container and they are selling and shipping that container for $20,000, the sale price per bottle is only $.347
----------------------------------------------------------
I count 24 bottles in a Rush case and not 66

Hi Ralph..I can answer your questions somewhat. There is 1440 cases in a truckload /96000 bottles. The profit margins range with product/ $ 5 to $8 a case. A run varies, no definite answer.
Best I can do!
Ralph On your questions I did the math awhile back.
Answers to #1 The company verified my numbers to be close and said that they would very depending on the order.
Bottles per shipping container follow this link.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15821506
And the profit is going to depend entirely on the price they are sold for.
# 2 Run is whatever they want it to be 500 cases or 500k
#3Garden deal means credibility as I think Screamer mentioned but to me it means a pre built distribution network already set up in the Chicago area with 5000 distribution points already there to deliver Rushnet products.
I just want to know why they can’t get it done. Info tells me they were 100k away a couple months ago. I say, come on get it done. We share holders could annie that up and still come out ahead.
gamood' Tell us how you really feel. Its tough supporting a company as a share holder for years and than to get the same treatment and broken promises.
But as long as their is enough new blood around to have hope in all the new rumors, than why does it really matter?
gamood LMFAO!!!
alfa76 That ought to hold the PPS up for a few weeks at least.
And don't forget new eye catching labels in about 3 Rush weeks.
Screamer Its your fault and please don't try to get a good deal again. Your hurting us all. :)
Supply and demand have nothing to do with the price. Riiiiight!
If Rushnet does something to create a demand on RSHN shares I'll guarantee they go up as long as there is not an over supply dumped on the market. Hummm Who would dump shares on the market? I can't believe some people will just sit around and blame the MM''s
OT Philli
They have a new agreement where they valued the stock at 1.25 for the tranaction. Theres a filing. Its an agreement at this time and not closed so they could back out there as well. They hired a new acct as well.
