I think "dismissed without prejudice" helps SFOR continue to bring action against Whitesky. It would be nice if WhiteSky settles with SFOR soon.

Think what you want to think, but I'm not an insider. Why don't you sell, sounds like you are in panic mode anyway.
Would you, your friends, or family be able to sit down and talk what it takes to make OOB tick? Meaning codes, patented technologies, and other things it takes to make OOB work? I couldn't. Don't take this wrong, but most people (most investors) aren't tech geeks.
To spin this...I like certain kinds of cereal, but I don't know how the actual machine/production process is to make cereal. I know they have engineers that are part of the team to make cereal. I like cereal, but I can only guess on some of the processes it takes to make it.
On a different note...if you use Google, you will see that several media posts SFOR news (sometimes it is financial, banking, investing, and IT media).
I will reiterate no, I do not work for SFOR. I have not received money, stock, or anything from them. I am an investor (under 10 million shares). I am not a large investor of any company.
No, and move on if you don't care about SFOR. Put your bucks elsewhere. I don't mind anyone being short on any particular stock, but bashing and being arrogant everyday needs to stop (I'm not talking about you). I would not post nearly as much if those types of postings would cease. I am very patient about what SFOR has going on, even through this time of dilution. I will say it is still risky and I might not do very well. Who knows? Again, I think they can get to where they need to be otherwise I wouldn't still be buying. Having/owning the keystroke encryption patent, etc. should be a big deal. Lots of other major things in the works...we will see if they pan out.
I've moved on about this PR. Will need another one with those things you've said to propel this upward in a strong way. I'm moving on, and focusing elsewhere with SFOR (daily trades, etc)...this PR is in the past for me. We will hear from some shorts about it later in the day...moved on alread, and not even going to reply about this PR.
Having shares here is good though because the next news out could be BIG TIME, and I don't want to say I should have bought a bunch more shares at such low levels.
Coming back with some support.
I hear ya about the commercial. However, this press release is in several industry publications.
There are no facts as we all know. It is purely opinion. However, most of us investors (myself included) don't know the technical aspects of SFOR products or its competitors (such as the things Ram P. knows). It is also an invitation for IT professionals who are considering such a product to know SFOR exists and has a product they should be looking at - based on important criteria.
Still in the dilution process...it is prevailing over pretty much everything right now. However, in my opinion, this is a great time to own a bunch of new shares.
Yes it does, however, that is the way marketing should be done (let the world know you have superior products/clear advantages)...wish this was done a long time ago.
I'll bet that if all of the vendors or anyone in IT that knows what they are talking about sat down with Ram P., he could show them clear advantages.
No biggie...the dilution has to run its coarse...we will probably see some .0005's with huge shares traded. Therefore if it happens, it isn't going to bother me. I'm expecting about 2 more weeks of today's kind of action to occur. I'm patient. You can still move on, while I stay LONG!
Peace out Pure, and make tons of dough on your other investments!
Pure...you are right - they will be at .0009 first. I very well have taken it on the chin today. I think we have news soon (whether anyone wants to believe the news)...I'll get it back then. Not worried! Best of luck to you Pure!
But when that news occurs (whom ever believes it will)...you either have the shares or you don't. Who's staying in and who's bailing?
Roughly $67,0000 traded so far today.
Possibly some shorting going on too...such as a 9Mil trade selling at .0006 for example. Still long SFOR too!!!
Comes down to some hard decisions for some...in or out is the question.
From my DD, the dilution is for access of cash, but the early investors are also getting repaid. These early investors are getting a nice profit, but not as bad as it could be. The rest of the shareholders are getting thumped during this process. It comes down to SFOR getting real deals done with revenue in hand. If shareholders don't think it's going to happen, then now might be a good time to bail. I think SFOR has a 50/50 chance to survive...I know it doesn't look good right now, but I feel the deals will come in, and mostly recorded in Q3 and Q4. If not then, I think SFOR is toast. Who knows there might not even be a Q4, but I think there will be.
Likely so. Plus, they are having to repay earlier investors. If she goes up to .0009, I can profit on a bunch of shares. I thank you for chiming in. Have a profitable day!
Just got in on the lows of the day for some good trading shares...grab these cheapies!!!
I could see it happen...the little guy often gets shafted.
I might have to disagree with you Joe...not saying you are going to be wrong though. I think if SFOR collects what they think they are owed from White Sky that will be a big factor. Still thinking 3rd and 4th quarter is where we will see the most come in...second quarter will be soft (IMO).
The dilution tree is being shook this morning...doesn't surprise me. We need to get it done, and moving upward. Still LONG!
Right and Right. I wouldn't chime in nearly as much as if you know who toned down his morning and evening bashing ritual. SFOR is not a scam.
It is do or die time very soon. Of course, got to get to a penny before the nickel or dime. Again, mgmt. at SFOR thought the industry would be ready for their products a 2-3 years ago. If you can't sell what you have, it is going to be hard times ahead. That's what has happened and is happening to SFOR. There are some major events that need to happen...if some of them do happen in SFOR's favor, SFOR will prevail in big ways. It's not good that there's cyber threats, but I'm glad SFOR is ready to rock in this space!
SFOR is not a hoax or scam:
older news/link...real products!!! There's several other very positive reviews from third parties!

Looked also, and didn't find anything about CEO on CNN. However, I recently saw on Primetime/20-20 (can't remember which show it was) that US companies are gearing up to export coal to China due to their demand...as we know, coal isn't as popular in the US as it is in China right now.
Thanks again for sharing and have a great weekend too!
Ren...go toward the bottom of the article/page and you will find info about the author. He certainly didn't say SFOR's product didn't work, in fact, he could have picked another company's product to try and discuss with his audience. It seems he's pro-SFOR! Thanks for sharing!
You better sell high and profit at 8/100th of a penny then. Get out while you still can. SFOR will rise again!!! LONG SFOR!
SFOR is not a scam!!!
That's right...got to be in it to win it! I like the odds better than casino games, and for sure better than the lottery. LONG SFOR!
Bull, I'm listening to a broadcast with the co-founder of Pay Pal. He is known for starting several other companies in Silicone Valley. He said that when he starts a company, he never thinks of an exit strategy because he wants the company to be around forever. This got me thinking about what Mark said toward the end of the interview...something like, "Not sure where the company will be." Of course Mark wants return on his money and time, but it is very possible to not know when an exit will be or should be. Of course, if some events don't occur in SFOR's favor, SFOR will be toast and that will be the exit. Also, I once spoke to Mark about share price and how low it is. How I deciphered his answer was that he doesn't focus much on share price, but the focus is placed on running the company...that is smart. (As a long, I think it makes sense, shorts...I know you aren't happy right now). I'm staying LONG on SFOR.
Haven't heard MSFT say that the would vigorously defend it, but I'm sure the fight is on.
SFOR will spike in a major way if litigation matters with MSFT/Phone Factor, and Authentify go in SFOR's favor. Very interesting, and looking for it all to shake out. GO SFOR!!!
Hey Mr. Sosa, we will see a bump in the near future...lets all make some dough!
I hope you are right! On a different note...just now watching Nightly Business Report...it is talking about ANNOUNCED cyber attacks to hit banks...one has already been hit, but whomever is up to the attacks is saying more will come in the next couple of weeks. JPM Chase is taking efforts/more caution. Threats on phones was talked about as well.
Ladies and Gents, if things can get in place for SFOR (litigation over with, etc.)...we can all make some dough. The market is heating up in gov't, banking, and other sectors. GLAD to be a shareholder! Long SFOR!!!
Based on an initial conversation with you, it doesn't appear you are missing much. SFOR is having to repay now. The investors calling on repayment are not being too hostile, but they are making their profits (no doubt about that). Besides cash for some creditors/investors, I'm sure some (if not all) are receiving extra shares to compensate them for the additional risk associated with being an earlier investor.
In the eyes of most Longs...we know SFOR has access to cash for a while (key word is access), there are several major events that very well could put SFOR on the IT map of the world if things shake out in SFOR's favor. If some of the key events don't pan out in SFOR's favor...SFOR will likely dissolve. IMO the next 3-6 months will tell the story about what will happen to SFOR.
SFOR is not a scam, they are in a situation where they have to be smart with the money the do have access to, however, their solutions (products) are just now aligning with a market that needs such products. For a long time, SFOR was way ahead of the market. The market is here and now! It's a fight to see who really owns the key patents...it appears SFOR has representation from a very good firm. IMO.
Then why don't you go somewhere else if SFOR doesn't align with your requirements. It's dumb that you hang around.
SFOR IS NOT a scam at all. Do you DD everyone and you will see it is not.
Found this link...this is why a lot of us longs are long on SFOR. Good odds for us! I don't care if Blank Rome gets 30 to 70%, a win for SFOR would be huge as the market continues to wake up and develop to cyber solutions.

One person posted a comment at the end of the article regarding why SFOR didn't sue PhoneFactor prior to Microsoft purchasing them. Easy answer...timing of SFOR patents that were filed and granted. Just happened to shake out that way/timing of filings and when patents granted.
