We need to spread the word around to get some interest. We need pictures from comic con of SR's booth... more than the one on twitter.
PM sent to you... Hopefully all the longs are left still standing. Volume was great last run. We need to spread the news out were at Comic Con. I'm sure Chris will release updates as the show goes on.
Yea bro this is ridiculous. Does anyone realize where FBCD is going??? We have no where to go but up! If your not buying in now I feel sorry for you... especially when we're all placing orders for our new yachts this time next year. :) GLTA...FBCD!!!
You are my favorite Beaver!!! :) booth looks awesome. I'm seeing some new toys there. GLTA FBCD!!!
Actual gains email just received...
We are continuing to watch $FBCD as Comic-Con officially starts tomorrow! Their potential for success can really get going with their products being featured. We could even see some retail marketing in the future due to this! Let's see if the market can act accordingly!
So would all the people trying to create doubt and question EVERYTHING please STFU! We have a company ready to explode so either get on board or GET OUT!!! GLTA FBCD!!!
The merger is complete, FBCD is Super Rad!!!
Read this statement...
On August 11, 2010, we entered into a binding Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Super Rad Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Super Rad”), under which we acquired all rights, title and interests to all of Super Rad’s assets in exchange for $250,000 and the issuance of 12,500,000 shares of our common stock. The Super Rad assets we acquired include all of the licenses, inventory (including all toys, accessories and dolls), and future licenses. Further details regarding the Agreement can be found in our Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed with the Commission on March 7, 2011.
TITLE meaning the name Super Rad
If you buy a company what do you get...
1. Their products
2. Their licenses
3. Their inventory
4. current and future rights
Finally and most important...
5. The company's name... or TITLE!!!
So this confirms that FBCD IS SUPER RAD.
this is in the filed 8k that disputes certain uncertainties...
"While we have been one unified company since the initial announcement of our merger, this agreement finalizes the transition of FBC Holdings to Super Rad Industries."
This is a press release that was filed in the 8K, be specific
FBC Holdings and Super Rad Complete Merger
Company is extremely excited for Launch at Comic Con in San Diego
I Challenge anyone to do the DD-WE ARE A TRANSPARENT COMPANY!!! If anyone has the time to post frivolous information, then take the time to make a phone call or send an e-mail and get their facts straight. A few members have taken that extra step... and it's funny how were not the one's here questioning this company. DO YOUR OWN DD!!!

MERGER COMPLETE
More evidence that the merger is completed as FILED
The O/S went from 96 to 108 million-and the 12 million shares difference!
Those were issued to Sidney Richlin!
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1370816/000139160911000339/ex99_1pressrelease.htm
The NEWS out yesterday also needs to be posted in entirety-
There is 2 news out
get the word out if you want people to understand-the only objection is they don't understand the addendum and why it was needed
http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1370816/000139160911000339/0001391609-11-000339-index.htm
The Working Capital DIFFERENCE is only $1 million, and the 1st payment was made as stated by Mr'LeClerc from my DDT
This working capital agreement was made because the company says this is the best route so they won't need to dilute or use revenues to open new store in Beverly Hills, California-and Plastic Exchange
And it was needed in deal because Sid Richlin, the President of Super Rad ONLY received 12.5 million shares to make this deal!
And that Mr.Leclerc is CEO of Super Rad
And Plastic City is owned by FBCD! This PROVES Merger is real as filed!
This is a growth stock!
this is the truth of the DD-the news confirms that the first payment was made and the MERGER is COMPLETED as STATED in the FILINGS
The difference is 1,1 million with now first payment made -this is a WORKING CAPITAL agreement to open store and Plastic Xchange , etc-cash on hand-nothing else, and was put in place to COMPLETE MERGER, as was FILED-so the company would NOT need to DILUTE or use REVENUES!
The reason why is because they CANNOT dilute for this to be an attractive deal
Mr.Richlin took ONLY 12.5 million shares to do the merger
This is about building a company
Email from CEO about merger between Plastic City, Super Rad, and FBCD!!
Can we get back to the facts. Notice how a couple people have left the boards because Super Rad is becoming harder to post false information about. Here is an E-mail between Lars Siler and Chris Leclerc. READ IT AND UNDERSTAND IT!!! People's perception is misguided!!!

People will determine things anyway they choose. I don't watch the message boards forcinformation there are too many agendas. Suffice to say they we are set up at comicon and are preparing for a great show.

Chris,
the info the public is receiving is that the merger is not complete. Even some people are being convinced of this that thought otherwise. i would think that people would know how to read the sub 3 filing of the 8K, but obviously they ignore that you couldn't file that if it wasn't true. Also they are misinterpretting the working capital agreement, and have no interest in understanding how this fits in with the goals of the company, and how this deal had to be structured this way to satisfy Mr.Richlin, and the objectives put forth in lieu of dilution and using revenues, for everyone's benefit.
anyways thought I'd let you know how things are being perceived and twisted out there.Have a great day and thanks !

Chris, Emporia Inc. as far as I have been informed is still in business. Adrian Gleave is their current CEO and he would be the best person to contact about current and future business endeavors. His E-mail address is Adrian@emporiainc.com I do not have a current phone number he can be reached at but I have a current fax number, 44 87 0389 9903. The fax number was updated in our system as of 11/09/2010. We do update our system after successful calls, faxes, and e-mails are received from the sender. I spoke with Tim Richards after I received your e-mail. Mr. Richards is an associate of mine who was involved with the initial inception legalities of listing Emporia Inc. I asked Mr. Richards for any information related to the whereabouts of Adrian Gleave or Emporia Inc. He says there have been some legal issues the past couple years almost halting all operations within Emporia Inc. Two months ago Mr. Richards received a fax requesting our services for consulting on a merger between Emporia and another company, for which I am sorry but I cannot divulge the other party’s name. We respectively declined our services due to monies owed to us for previous services. Two weeks after we declined Mr. Richards received a request for information regarding Emporia. Mr. Gleave now has another law firm dealing with their legal matters. As far as we can inform you, Emporia Inc. has filed initial paperwork regarding a merger. I can assume they will release a PR in the form of a merger along with information with the past whereabouts about Emporia Inc. I hope this helps you and the other investors.

Good morning my name is Chris Spencer and I am an investor with Emporia (EPRA). It seems as though Emporia has gone out of business and or is not currently in operations. Other investors along with myself are trying to confirm their business status. It has been 2 years since we have heard a PR and we respectfully request and answer as to what is going on. I understand that you do not operate with Emporia but do work with the lawyers who have worked with them. If there is any information you can supply me with, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Safe trip, yes... Work trip, Iya hasa nofun. I hope I sleep for two days straight. :) hey did anyone find anything out about Adrian greave? I saw someone was trying phone numbers.
Nope I'm still here. I was in California and supposed to be back that Sunday. On the way to the airport I received an emergency call, plans changed and I've been in Chattanooga all week. I'm literally posting as I'm driving home from the airport right now. Give me an hour and I'll have it up here. Sorry about the wait guys. I know it sounds like "smoke" but my family survives off my job and that comes first. I should have given you guys a heads up but I didn't and I apologize for that. While I was out there I upgraded to an L2 subscription on my phone and something happened to my favorites, a couple came up not in there. Has anyone else had this problem using the iPhone app?
Does everyone see what this means???
~PLASTIC CITY IS A PART OF FBCD!
~THE ADDENDUM IS REAL!
~THE 1ST PAYMENT WAS MADE BY LECLERC!
~AND LECLERC WILL SEE THIS THROUGH!
Thanks to lars siler for bringing this up.
Nicely put. It's just a matter of time. It will take off... it's just when. Hang in there, we know what we have here. hold your shares tight. GLTA...FBCD!!!
POWER HOUR IS AMONG US!!! LET'S MAKE THIS BABY POP!!! Come on people why don't we give them something to talk about tonight. I wanna see big green.
E-mail sent, I also alerted him about my e-mail to G4. I hope he will push as hard as I did to get on the show.
I'm writing Chris an e-mail letting him know about the discrepancy as we speak. I'll fill everyone in when I get a response.
Oh Chit!!! Then that means Super Rad's website is wrong!!!
I got booth #4635 from Super Rad's website www.superradtoys.com... where did 4835 come from? I hope they will be smart enough to find them :)
OK y'all can thank me later. I just wrote an e-mail to G4 TV's producer and director of content for the Comic Con coverage show :) Hopefully they will make room for us. Here it is...
Good afternoon my name is Chris ******* and I have a great story for you to cover while you are attending Comic Con San Diego 2011. Super Rad Toys will be revealing four new collectable figures and other limited edition items including their first 6” figure of “Julius” the monkey from Paul Frank. They will also host signings at their booth by Tristan Eaton, Jermaine Rogers, Matt Albanese aka MCA, and Josh Taylor. These are some of the top artists in this day and age. Along with Julius they will be releasing their B-Bot vinyl do-it-yourself figures based on the B-Bot app which allows you to create custom avatars on your phone. Enthusiast can purchase the figure along with many accessories to personalize their B-Bot. Super Rad Toys will also be going public with “The Plastic Stock Exchange”. The Plastic Stock Exchange is an interactive place to buy, sell, and auction their private toy collections. Super Rad is intending to compete with EBay and Amazon by offering a unique experience that targets specifically the toy and collectors market. Along with everything previously stated they have also received licensing rights with Marvel Comics to produce Do-It-Yourself Vinyl Figures, Do-It-Yourself Resin Statues, USB/Thumb Drives, MP3 Players, Vinyl Collectible Trading Charms, and Ningyo Dolls. The Super Rad booth is located right around the corner from you at booth #4635. Thank you very much for your time and I am looking forward to your coverage of Comic Con. Thanks.
Audi, what is your guesstimate on a high for next week?
Just hang in there bro. The light is about to shine through the rain clouds. I still haven't received a reply from Marvel yet but I'll keep watching for it. Lol and speaking of rain clouds... The weather dude said 50% chance of rain all week. Guess what... No rain all week. Today he lowered it to 30%. Sweet so I took my bike to work today. Guess what, the sky got dark, so I left work early. On my way home the rain caught up to me :( 10 miles later I arrive home SOAKING WET!!! Lol I cautiously ran through about 10 red lights, rode every sidewalk I could to get around traffic, split cars stopped at lights, and of course a Florida highway patrol saw me :( followed me home and interrogated me on what the he!! I was thinking. At some point I said comic cons next week (trying to strike up a convo so i could avoid jail or even worse, a ticket) so after a 20 minute conversation about sport bikes and stocks, officer Daniels will be joining Ihub and looking into FBCD. :) I'm da man!!! He also commented on my nice wheelie I pulled right before the rain hit. GLTA... FBCD!!!

I sure will. I haven't heard anything back from Marvel yet. I sent my e-mail with a request read receipt but I haven't seen it yet.
I'm really wondering what the cost to produce is?
Rugged is the best asset to a toy. If it lasts for years it's a good buy. I wouldn't put it anywhere in the sun however. The heat where im at is horrible... I swear I've seen rocks melt in the sun lol
No doubt whatsoever :) We will definitely make a big splash at Comic Con. The event is not only for individuals but corporations attend also to source out new products to sell at their stores. I honestly think we have a pretty good chance at working a deal with a distributor. I'm planning on calling Chris after I get out of work today. I have been writing up some questions along with Super Rad business ideas I'm going to pitch to him. GLTA...FBCD!!!
Yes L2 looks very interesting. Buy's overshadow sell's 3 fold for volume.
BIG NEWS PEOPLE!!! WE ARE OFFICIALLY ON OUR WAY NOW!!!
WOW... Check out the new toys!!! Everyone take a good look. This is the first time we have seen actual toys instead of artists conceptions!!! THIS IS A BIG STEP FORWARD. This confirms a physical toy to be released at Comic Con. Can we make these links a sticky to prove we are not "a scam" as someone posted?
Props to rfranke727 for this great find!!! Good job bro!!!
NEW TOY PICTURES!! TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PRODUCT!
http://www.twitpic.com/5qjxe6
http://twitpic.com/5qjv5t
Product will be sold at Comic Con as the authors will be signing these toys.
Looks like a real company to me..
Make sure to retweet!
Come on baby... FBCD LOVES GREEN FRIDAYS!!!
Nice, I didn't even think about that one even though I'm on FB all day... err I mean working... at work... doing ummm... only work stuff 0:) Here's my idea keep in mind you heard it from me 1st :) Where I work I use our FDM (fused deposition modeling) 3D printer alot for rapid prototyping. When I engineer a complex mechanical assembly I will print it in 3D... A physical plastic part for check fit. It is also called Stereolithography. Here's some links:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3D_printing
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stereolithography
What if Super Rad had a couple 3D printers in house. Take B-Bot for example: What if they had a "blank" bot where you can go online and create your own CUSTOM accessories and place an order. SRAD can then simply print the orders and ship them. It just opens up new doors to an already awesome product. :) Thank me later
Ok peeps... New topic!!! Here's the question I ask: What can we as shareholders do to help Super Rad other than buy and hold shares? Look at what we have right now and lets connect some dots and brainstorm...
A new toy company with a niche industry leading outlook.
Financial backing with solid management.
Kick a$$ artists!
A few of us have a direct communication link to management.
and some smart whipper snappers here invested with the company.
Go for it... any ideas?
For all the doubters here I am writing an e-mail to Marvel right now and I will send it when I get to work tomorrow. I am requesting confirmation of the licensing and I am also requesting a copy of any documents they can release to me. As soon as I get a response I will post it for everyone. HOPEFULLY this will put to rest some "issues" the thick-headed, one sided posters have. Instead of CONSTANTLY posting authenticity questions, take a minute and write an e-mail to someone... This is what up adults like to call productivity. We all know what we have here FBCDers. Lets rock this stock!!!
