Two months ago Mr. Richards received a fax requesting our services for consulting on a merger between Emporia and another company, for which I am sorry but I cannot divulge the other party’s name. We respectively declined our services due to monies owed to us for previous services. Two weeks after we declined Mr. Richards received a request for information regarding Emporia. Mr. Gleave now has another law firm dealing with their legal matters. As far as we can inform you, Emporia Inc. has filed initial paperwork regarding a merger. I can assume they will release a PR in the form of a merger along with information with the past whereabouts about Emporia Inc. I hope this helps you and the other investors.

Good morning my name is Chris Spencer and I am an investor with Emporia (EPRA). It seems as though Emporia has gone out of business and or is not currently in operations. Other investors along with myself are trying to confirm their business status. It has been 2 years since we have heard a PR and we respectfully request and answer as to what is going on. I understand that you do not operate with Emporia but do work with the lawyers who have worked with them. If there is any information you can supply me with, it would be greatly appreciated.
