Last time I checked 7 million is more than nothing....
LOL...So, it's kinda like Troy is the Chris Angel of the Stock market??? He can use his mental mind powers to make thousands of people buy and sell this stock? Now THAT is funny:)
Noquit, please take me off ignore and tell me why you removed me as assistant moderator...
Note the phrase "passive INVESTOR". Also...I got confirmation that lighthouse ministries and lighthouse educational ministries are in fact the same and have NO CONNECTION with LFBG. It was a typo on my part and blown way outta.proportion...as. things tend do do when searching for somethingt negative that just isn't there.
Exactly! Every investor has a choice whether they stay with a company or cut there losses and move on. I have never understood why someone would waste their time and energy on a company they don't support or even own shares in....just doesn't add up. In my case I have a small position still and have flipped it and intend to make money on it when the season hits. But to go back and forth about what someone thinks the CEO should or shouldn't PR is only a waste of time imo.
Yeah, I guess I would have to agree with you about keeping interest up. But I would also point out that someone would say "that's fluff" if something were to come out talking about the upcoming season. I would like to hear something too...but would like to hear something substantial.
Not for one single New York minute am I comfortable with the company saying the authorities won't let them communicate as freely anymore.
No insider info ever came out in the past from fluff PRs, so why the clam act now ?
Now I realize many of you have submitted additional questions and it is my heart-felt desire to answer those questions. However, on advice from a new securities attorney, I must discontinue such communications.
We find that after each bump up, when it goes down again, the subsequent bumps up are less than the preceding time.
Absolutely!
The ministries operate on donations, so where did Mr. Zuacha get all that money for LFBG stock,
No problem...though I have to say he did ask me why he wasn't asked about it before it became a big issue on the board. Have a great weekend too!!!
Well, that was probably my fault for not researching it before I asked him. I finally got fed up and went straight to the source....with the wrong name.
Like I just told someone in PM. I work for a school district. If I had signed that 13G would that mean my school district is involved. No. I am separate from my organization. Just as Zachua (or however you spell it) is separate from his. There is no mention of donations, ANYWHERE in 10Q's or any other filings which are audited by a large accounting firm who would not overlook a transaction like that. So, all these questions are really moot. It was NOT a donation....which leaves one conclusion...he is an INVESTOR who has the same beliefs as our CEO...so, it would be a logical conclusion that if he believes in the mission of the company and he has the means to invest...IT IS HIS BUSINESS!!!! Not ours.
LOL....you guys are a trip! I specifically asked Lighthouse Ministries because that is what noquit was posting. Since it was not a concern to me I didn't research it...but I would imagine they are one and the same. Just to appease everyone I will send troy another email...though I feel we are making a mountain out of a molehill.
From Troy...
I emailed Troy and asked if LFBG made a donation to Lighthouse Ministries and this was his response.
Any talk about Lighthouse Ministries and LFBG making a stock donation to this Ministry is completely untrue and inconsistent with our audited financials. To be clear, LFBG has absolutely nothing to do with Lighthouse Ministries and anything being said to the contrary is simply not true.
If you are thinking 10 cents you might be disappointed:)
That is old news...from a few months ago. Obviously people have been trading this stock for the past few months...so there doesn't appear to be a problem.
Then ask about it...but not a message board. Did you ask Troy?
This is nice...

He runs a not for profit ministry that does good work, but takes private donations, so unless he bought those shares, they could have been donated to him.
Until you can find evidence/proof that those shares were donated it is incorrect and misleading to say they were. If the shares were donated to the Ministry that you speak of it would have been their name on the filing....so, unless you have proof otherwise, he is an investor, as stated on the filing.
This was on Zecco's website...
What caused my sale of low priced equities to be “Bought In” ?
The National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) imposes significant deposit requirements on Penson Financial Services, Zecco Trading’s clearing firm, based on the sell volume of low priced equities (priced under $1.00 per share, commonly known as “Penny Stocks”), in order to limit settlement risk.
When a customer sells more than 25% of the average daily trading volume (ADV) of a single equity in a three-day settlement period, that security may be bought-in by Penson up to three business days later without notice. A group of unrelated customers collectively trading more than 25% of a security’s ADV across all brokerages clearing through Penson can also trigger this policy. The ADV is calculated over the last rolling 20 business days.
Although this occurrence is rare, customers selling low priced equities must be aware of the risk a buy-in would occur without notice.
I think that is something with Zecco and their clearing house. They sent out an email a while back about trading penny stocks. I didn't think it applied to lfbg so I will be interested to hear what you find.
There would have been something in the filing that said this was a donation. There was nothing that said that. You are assuming this was made to the organtization....where does it say that Light House Ministries was even involved???
Where did you get the name Light House Ministries?
There was no mention of a donation in any of the filings so where are you getting your information?
Tell me where you found that Troy made a donation? Give me the link please.
I read up on that Ministries website that LFBG gave almost a quarter billion share donation too.
Perhaps there are a lot of assumptions being made....and you know what happens when one assumes...
LOL...Sell off? This is average volume. And one could refute your argument with "if someone is selling someone else is buying".
Who said shares were donated??? Was there any type of PR or filing that said Troy donated shares?
This is all based on assumptions.
Grow up??? He's not the one complaining on a message board...lol
In the words of the great Kenny Rogers...If you're gonna play the game, boy, you gotta play it right...
Know when to hold em and know when to fold em!! LOL
It pulled up for me...

:) Math is not my strong suite either. I'm not sure why it would go to light house ministries...That guy may just be an investor....
I'm thinking it was some type of vendor....Just my opinion.
200 million sold at .0005 still equals $10,000 to someone
Holy cow! 207M???
Good news. Thank you for letting us know.
Hopefully it will die down before it gets to you.
Just sent something to tech support.
