Just checking the board, and I was going to post the exact same email I received from Vincent too. What's funny is I have the same ticket number as you. Unfortunately I haven't received a reply back from Google yet. Oh well, not sure it really matters anyway.
From the looks of the last PR, she's going to be attending the Gen Art festival on behalf of the company and two films. But I've seen another post somewhere stating she is involved with IR. So I think it's safe to say she's wearing more than one hat as is everyone else right now at Hannover.

Something is brewing with Hemdale. Maybe you missed Rain's post, but there was some new registration on 2 websites on February 23, 2010. Here's a link to Rain's post.

I think debating what they should have done when is irrelevant because we don't have all the facts. From our perspective, we'd like a nice, cleanly packaged new company to invest in. Eric definitely has a plan for this, we just don't know what it is. There would be a major disconnect if Eric can snag all the movies he's gotten, position his company to be where it needs to be all within 3 months of going public, but have zero plan to take care of the name, info and share structure of the company. If anything, it shows his true priorities, and it's not about making everything look "new and shiny" right away.
And submitted too. We'll see if they make the necessary changes. Wouldn't hurt if a few others did it too.
Submitted. Thanks, Rain.
I've looked and looked, and there's no place to contact either Yahoo or Google to update their company profile. Unfortunately, this has probably got to come from the company itself - understandably. Eric and company are aware of it. Maybe an email to the new investors relation person at Hannover Susannah Patton will get the ball rolling on this.
Great points. There was a discussion earlier today that was had here that there are some of us who know some heavy hitter investors who only buy on the big boards interested in TDGI, but they're waiting for those key things, A/S reduction and audited financials. Without those two things, we'll be in this range for awhile. But Eric has laid a lot of groundwork over the past 3 months showing he does what he says. And in this trust game, my money is on the fact that he will deliver the goods again. And when he does, we may be seeing a lot more of those 1 million plus share buys hitting the ticker. It will be fun to watch!
This is a great point that has fallen off the collective radar of the board here. They did say they were vying for a $15 million franchise a short while ago. We all know that didn't come through, but you bring up a great point. Outside financing with deep pockets doesn't seem to be an issue here. It does make one wonder what they may be doing with the $15 million that presumably was on the table from a private investor for the Terminator franchise. I know it's speculation, but anyone have any ideas? My two cents is maybe those deep pockets may be reserved for additional roll out on any one of the movies being rolled out that is a success. Because if Twelve or The Wild Hunt or HTYMP is a success and they need to roll them out to 1000+ theaters, they'll need cash in a hurry. And they've already stated they won't dilute, so hmmm, where does that money come from?
Well said, and very true. This reflects probably the best snapshot of what's going on here that I've read.
Anyone queuing up Sensored, War Eagle or Chelsea on the Rocks in their Netflix account? I am.
You'll definitely have to report back to the board what you experience. I'm only 3 hours away, but with small kids and a business I can't swing it. It will be interesting to see what the buzz is for this film in the largest metropolis in America.
Sounds good. Start a topic.
And while that's true, transparency is key here. As with any investment, you have ZERO fighting chance if you don't have any transparency. Here, once things are filed and are cemented in place, there is some nice groundwork laid. And while Hollywood is shady as a whole, to cast that aspersion onto Hannover at this point just doesn't follow. They've done nothing but EARN our trust so far. Can they burn us in an instant? Sure, anyone can. But a great post I've taken away from this board is the fact that Hollywood is all about perception. One won't get very far in their quest to build a solid new business by burning people who invest in it. If that were to happen here, that label would follow Eric for the rest of his career and most likely ruin any chances of growth he has by private or public investors going forward as Hollywood really is a small community.
But I see your point that that's what's been communicated to you and not your opinion. Funny though how some of the "heavy hitters" have no problem dropping serious cash into a completely speculative biotech stock that for all intents and purposes is as bad or worse than a lot of Hollywood. I guess we all have our own boundaries and perceptions, it's what makes this a great country to live in.
I too have a couple of heavy hitters lined up waiting for the audited financials and A/S reduction. They've read all the DD, really like what they see, but as they say in order for them to drop any of their money in a pink sheet stock and hold, they need that assurance first. So I'm guessing that enough of us have similar stories which proves the point that the A/S reduction is not baked in. I'm really betting that there's going to be some heavy buying pressure once it's announced, and it's not going to be coming from iHubbers primarily.
And I know it's been said many times before, and I'll say it again, that Hannover has a whole lot more to it than its share structure. That being said, I really think why a bulk of long term investors are having a hard time getting into Hannover is that 10 billion A/S count. As I've tried to tell some friends about it, the one common theme running through ALL their inquiries back to me is the 10 billion A/S.
Having 10 billion A/S presents a company in a certain light. Very few reputable companies have 10 billion A/S. I really believe that reducing the A/S down to a reasonable level and officially filing it will have a huge impact in the psyche of those who have been watching this from afar. Someone said here yesterday that the A/S reduction is "already baked in" I strongly disagree. Investor sentiment is everything, and on that front as we stand today with 10 billion A/S, that's why we have such a small interest right now. We all scratch our heads at how this can only be a .04 stock. Well, to be taken seriously, you have to offer concrete assurance to people that you're not like all of your current peers on the pink sheets. Eric is doing that, and it's coming at any moment now. And while the price might not rocket up "to the moon" immediately, the official A/S reduction will have a dramatic effect on investors' confidence going forward leading to a more solid base and higher prices going forward. Then we can put to rest all the share structure/dilution talk and focus on watching Eric grow our company with each movie roll out. Enjoy the moment.
You must be back in? The self-fulfilling prophesy strikes again. Welcome back!
And the good thing about that is the way Eric set up the financing, if the return on investment for Twelve doesn't occur until the DVD/VOD sales start and it doesn't break even in 2010, that doesn't hurt the company's balance sheet. Brilliant financial strategy. Really, a win-win situation for investors and the company.
And here's the great thing, if any one of the following movies overperforms Hannover's expectations, it's off to the races:
Racing Dreams
Twelve
The Wild Hunt
Thru the Moebius Strip
HappyThankYouMorePlease
And not to mention The Countess and Requiem for the Dead. Make no mistake, there are some sleepers here among this list of VERIFIABLE Hannover releases. Which one it will be may surprise us all. The PR yesterday was a monstrous one, but remember that Eric is showing that he likes to speak more so through filings than PRs - as people have stated he's a NASAQ-esque style CEO. I can't even wrap my mind around the fact that with such little last year that Hannover turned a profit. With what's on deck for this year, it's anyone's guess how much profit they can turn. I go back to the mantra I'm seeing Eric lay out before us: Under promise and over deliver. And think about that for a second, if he's under promised in the filings for the 2010 outlook and over delivers, wow, we are sitting on a geyser...
Great post. I'd like to see that happen to avoid the drama we had yesterday over Facebook.
Some "trading group" owns 40% of the TDGI float? Maybe I'm misunderstanding your post. No matter, that stuff Rain posted about MEG is weird.
Hemdale part of the plan... Just wait for it, you know it's coming. Coincidence that domains are being registered?
Reasons to stay in TDGI for March 31:
A/R reduction PR imminent (minutes, hours, days away)
Audited financials filing imminent (minutes, hours, days away)
Secret of Kells PR soon (Academy Award nominated film that Hannover has DVD/VOD rights to)
Any or all of these can break, and when they do you want to be on the right side of the trade...
What? First I've heard about anything like this. Interesting indeed! I know they're after the Hemdale name, but I haven't heard one rumbling of any action taking place.
See, this great dialogue has put us in the top 15 on the iHub boards. Well done!!!!
Look closely at the icons on the pages. They're ever so slightly different. Also, check the email addresses on both pages. That said, one is definitely a fan page and one is the "official" page. Whether they are connected we might never know. But I know for a fact that if materially false info is being posted on Facebook as if it were Hannover, that will end real soon.
True, just pointing out for folks who don't know how Facebook works. I own a company and have two pages, and it works the same way...
Bingo, and now we can all move along, there's nothing else to see here. This dialogue was good for generating some interest in this board lately if nothing else...
There is a second page, however it's associated with the "main" Hannover page. Caution is correct in that the A/S info only appears on the second page and not the "main" page. However, as I just said, they both are connected.
Here's the link to the main page with the Arkansas address:

So what we've learned in the last 15 minutes:
Facebook may or may not be reliable. Something posted on Facebook at some point may have been untrue.
All fine and well, but I know not one person here invested based on Facebook postings. If you did, and you're brave enough to admit, feel free. We know what we know from the company, and the preponderance of the evidence shows that a filing for an A/S reduction is imminent.
It's impossible for someone to post something as Hannover on their Facebook page unless it's Hannover. If you have a doubt, why not send Eric an email to verify the post.
That's fine and prudent. A great saying in life is "trust but verify"
And while some agree with your sentiment, Facebook, Twitter and the like are the new way of communicating with your people. Although not official, it certainly is an efficient way to deliver info for free. But worry not, you'll be seeing a PR soon enough.
With VNDM off the ask, this may be the last dip before the next move. Someone stated that even VNDM isn't stupid enough to sell any overhang shares (if they even have any) at these prices. I disagree. VNDM is just doing what they were hired to do, and would be doing so today if they were hired to do so. This may be a coincidence, but the end of the quarter is only one trading day away. VNDM being an institutional MM may have wanted to finish what they were doing before the end of the quarter. Maybe not. Maybe they are routing their orders through another MM to finish what they have. Either way, the volume today is hardly stellar. It would be disturbing if we had traded 15 million shares and were down at this level. Take it for what it is.
If all you folks are really investors here and not out for making a 2 week profit, then today should have zero effect on you. Yes, it sucks, but we already know that nothing has changed negatively. We are the same today as we were just 15 days ago touching .06. In fact, we're more transparent with the PRs about the movie releases. Welcome to life on pink sheets. Oh, the drama!
Great analysis. In the 30 minutes I've watched level 2, there isn't much substantive going on. It's an illusion. That said, it looks pretty bad, but isn't that what it's "supposed" to look like? I agree we will move on past this nonsense.
It will, and when we ALL least expect it. We have ZERO reason not to trust Eric at this point. We may be minutes, hours or days away from the filings...
