And I know it's been said many times before, and I'll say it again, that Hannover has a whole lot more to it than its share structure. That being said, I really think why a bulk of long term investors are having a hard time getting into Hannover is that 10 billion A/S count. As I've tried to tell some friends about it, the one common theme running through ALL their inquiries back to me is the 10 billion A/S.

Having 10 billion A/S presents a company in a certain light. Very few reputable companies have 10 billion A/S. I really believe that reducing the A/S down to a reasonable level and officially filing it will have a huge impact in the psyche of those who have been watching this from afar. Someone said here yesterday that the A/S reduction is "already baked in" I strongly disagree. Investor sentiment is everything, and on that front as we stand today with 10 billion A/S, that's why we have such a small interest right now. We all scratch our heads at how this can only be a .04 stock. Well, to be taken seriously, you have to offer concrete assurance to people that you're not like all of your current peers on the pink sheets. Eric is doing that, and it's coming at any moment now. And while the price might not rocket up "to the moon" immediately, the official A/S reduction will have a dramatic effect on investors' confidence going forward leading to a more solid base and higher prices going forward. Then we can put to rest all the share structure/dilution talk and focus on watching Eric grow our company with each movie roll out. Enjoy the moment.
