Made a whole bunch of home fries the other day, through some mushrooms and onions in it along with some garlic powder and seasoned salt. There was just less than 5 lbs of taters. Had to make 2 different batches Last night I was gonna have some left over and there I stood with my little paper plate in hand. I opened the fridge door and they were all gone. No body would fess up. LOL
I'm gonna make this in the next few days. I'll prob cut the recipe in half. It calls for beef broth but I will use Better than Bouillon which calls for 1 tsp of Better than Bouillon to a cup of boiling water but I'll use a little extra. The recipe calls for putting it on mashed taters but bet you could use noodles too. The video has very low volume.

Ah shucks, I just happen to be baking banana muffins today. I freeze them in baggies then in a freezer bag and when I want some I just take a baggie out with 2 of them in there let them thaw then chow down

Yesterday I fried up some Gary's Quick Steaks, they are something like Philly Cheese steaks. I fried with mushrooms and onions, add your favorite seasonings. Drained on papers towels and shut the burner off. Once drained I put back in frying pan, added provolone cheese and covered so the cheese would melt. Baked a can of Grands Biscuits to make sammies out of. The guys loved it.
Today I'm making a big batch of home fries with mushrooms and onions. Got the taters boiling now. YUMMO

Notes: His low to med low is not the same on my stove so you have to adjust just a tittle
The 1 1/2tbsp of flour was not enough to thicken it so after I added the broth I added a little corn starch and water.

LOL, those deep fried mushrooms and Motz sticks are a nice treat once in a while

I'll bet you guys didn't know that I know magic did you? I had 2 small jars of button mushroom so I decided to make deep fried mushroom out of one of the jars. I fried them up and put them on the table with some Ranch dipping sauce. I wiped up a little and then washed my hands I turned around to get some but poof they were gone. I had to do the other jar. hmmmm I may make some deep fried Motz sticks today, but I'm hiding some of them, LOLOL
Coated with flour, dipped in eggs with a little water added then dipping into homemade bread crumbs.

I got Boston baked beans going. Got the beans soaking last night and mixed up all the other stuff except the brown sugar because I had to let the soften over night.

It was about 4:30 and I couldn't get back to sleep so figured I come downstairs and get the Boston baked beans going but had to shake the cob webs out first. So made some coffee and sat down at the table, tall table with bar stools. Well my feet felt funny, I looked down and I had one slipper on and one sneaker on and the sneaker was on the wrong foot, LMAO
I tried to sneak upstairs but Marc caught me, I gotta work on my ninja mode, lol He asked me what was wrong and I told him the shoe is on the other foot and I didn't want to tell him. then I confessed. He's probably still up there laughing.
