Patience will pay off I believe. Its interesting that we get a PR and a great filing and people want another PR and another. Let the company move forward with its business plan and release PRs as approrpriate. It would not benefit them to release a PR everyday. GLTA.
You may want to get your facts straight instead of posting bogus info. Much appreciated.
If you have an issue with it, you should contact PR newswire. They are the ones that read out the headline to him, not the company.
Companies often mention that a PR is forthcoming and they even announce timing. If they are not mentioning the content, then there is no issue.
Looks like a little shake before the next leg up.
Yes, there is a large part of the investment community that is not part of ihub, i.e., institutional investors, etc. who obviously see the value in this company and also the importance of wiping out 4.1 billion in convertible debt. Amazing news imo. GLTA.
How are the charts lookin fringe? Very strong volume in first 30 minutes of trading day, stock price up 25%
Well, I think it may be the PR this am or that coupled with the fact they've wiped out 4.1 billion in covertible debt yesterday. I think that's by far the bigger news.
Looks like investors are recognizing the importance of wiping out the 4.1 billion convertible. Great move by the company imo.
I like the fact that they are using every avenue at their disposal to generate revenues for the company. The directing marketing campaing looks like it will be aggressive in getting the word out about WebDA in a major way and also generate additional revenues.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, 4.1 BILLION OF CONVERTIBLE DEBT HAS BEEN WIPED OUT!
The CEO is obviously doing all he can to increase shareholder value. GLTA.
Here's another one here to save us from ourselves. LOL. Thanks for your opinion, you've done your work for the day, you can move on now. It's funny, people who say they have done no DD on the company come to 'pee on our parade'.
Notice he just started posting this evening out of nowhere. Very interesting indeed. It's funny how great news brings all sorts out of the woodwork :)
Nothing to clear up. They wiped out 4.1 billion of convertible debt today. It's in the filing. Plain and simple.
Or, they decided they didn't need the convertible debt anymore as they are looking to increase shareholder value and are ramping up sales. The CEOs main goal has been to incease shareholder value.
Actually, its quite huge, great news.
Well, they just wiped out 4.1 billion of the convertible debt. That is huge imo. Give them a chance to continue to move forward with their business plan. They are obviously doing all the right things to rapidly increase shareholder value.
Filing Today!
Did anybody see this? They've wiped out 4.1 billion of the convertible debt as of today's SEC filing!

We will have to see what the PR says tomorrow. We don't know what the content is. We know that HMG and DealerAdvance are affiliated. We've always known that. We just don't what this PR states.
Let's just wait and see what the PR says. It is pointless to keep speculating over and over again. It'll be released well before the opening bell, so there will be time to digest the news. GLTA.
If that is the correct headline, that's fine. I'd just like to read what the PR says.
Why don't we wait to actually read it when it comes out tomorrow. PRs usually have more than a headline.
Yes you are correct. Folks, you've had your fun. Take any off topic items offline. Further off topic posts will be removed. Please comply. Much appreciated.
With all due respect, its not our job to do your dd for you. If you're interested in a company, do some research. It's not necessary to keep reposting the same questions. There's a great deal of info out there, spend some time researching.
Like I said, email and ask. Someone else has already posted the info. Check through the posts.
If you have questions, just email the ceo. He's pretty responsive.
Yes we know that. The CEO explained that the Nokia770 was availiable when they were developing the handheld software last year. It will also work on the next generations of nokia handheld.
You're welcome to do whatever you like. It's not necessary to inform us.
They shouldn't be boxing the ask, they should be Boxing Helena.
My feeble attempt at humor using an obscure movie reference :)
Did anyone see this from Beacon Equity Research? Looks pretty recent.

DealerAdvance Inc. (DLAV) Finds Strategic Support in Car Dealerships Worldwide
According to Helmut Kaiser Consultancy, the worldwide automotive industry employs 70 million people, directly and indirectly, and this number is expected to decrease by 20 to 30 percent by 2010. Globally, about 53 million new cars were sold in 2007, up from about 49 million the previous year. Around the world, there were about 806 million cars and light trucks on the road in 2007. By 2020, that number will reach 1 billion. As of 2006, the U.S. industry included about 21,200 new-car dealerships, 1.07 million manufacturing employees and 1.12 million retail new and used car dealership employees. DealerAdvance Inc., an enterprise software solutions provider, has over the past five plus years achieved market leadership in the automotive industry with the development and implementation of the DealerAdvance Sales Solution in retail locations nationwide. The company applies basic business principles to the automotive industry by utilizing best practices customer management and follow up systems. The DealerAdvance Sales Solution has proven to significantly increase car sales by improving prospect capture rates, appointment set, show and close rates.
While the global automotive market continuously grows, automotive-related employees will continue to decrease, putting much pressure on innovative sales efforts on car dealers. DealerAdvance, Inc., with its modern DealerAdvance Sales Solution, typically reaches a market prospect capture rate of 80-95% and can reach a return appointment rate of 40%. They offer a fusion of industry expert sales training and automatically scheduled work plans for the salespeople. DealerAdvance enables and empowers team leaders to micromanage their salespeople using real-time dealership activity reports, compliance reports and showroom logs. DealerAdvance also streamlines the sales process, reduces deal time and increases customer satisfaction. It generates double the quality showroom traffic, resulting in a 10-20% increase in sales.
DealerAdvance, Inc. (DLAV) has recently announced that the Company has developed its new WebDA product to interface with the new Nokia 770 Tablet hand-held device. As stated by DealerAdvanced CEO Steven Humphries, “The hand-held technology is what set DealerAdvance apart from all of the other CRM providers over the past several years, but was limited due to the server based technology and the inherent problems with wireless networks. With the new Nokia technology utilized in the 770 Tablet PC, dealers and their sales people will now be able to access WebDA from anywhere, anytime.”
Since the release of WebDA, the web based version of DealerAdvance, the company has booked in sales revenue of over $600,000. The company expects to bring on-line an additional 20 clients boosting revenue to approximately $1.3 million by year-end. CEO Steven Humphries stated, “WebDA changes the platform of our company from being server dependent to a simple Internet product. The opportunity to earn millions from fast track sales promotions is now available for both DLAV and its dealerships. Dealers will no longer be required to purchase expensive hardware, as the application can be accessed and used from PCs anywhere, anytime.”
I've known some that do. No biggie. We don't know what it is anyway. Let's just wait and see. GLTA.
May see an end of day run in anticipation of news coming afterhours or before market am.

Because the news hasn't been released yet. They may have submitted it but may have timed it for tomorrow am. Anyway, glad there's news coming shortly. GLTA.

A slicker wedgie? What???
FYI, this is not a pink. It's a fully reporting otcbb stock. GLTA.
If there's news it might take a few minutes to hit the newswires. Looking out for it. Thanks for the info.
Interesting. 1.6 million shares bought at ask and they drop the bid on 5000 shares.
