DealerAdvance Inc. (DLAV) Finds Strategic Support in Car Dealerships Worldwide

According to Helmut Kaiser Consultancy, the worldwide automotive industry employs 70 million people, directly and indirectly, and this number is expected to decrease by 20 to 30 percent by 2010. Globally, about 53 million new cars were sold in 2007, up from about 49 million the previous year. Around the world, there were about 806 million cars and light trucks on the road in 2007. By 2020, that number will reach 1 billion. As of 2006, the U.S. industry included about 21,200 new-car dealerships, 1.07 million manufacturing employees and 1.12 million retail new and used car dealership employees. DealerAdvance Inc., an enterprise software solutions provider, has over the past five plus years achieved market leadership in the automotive industry with the development and implementation of the DealerAdvance Sales Solution in retail locations nationwide. The company applies basic business principles to the automotive industry by utilizing best practices customer management and follow up systems. The DealerAdvance Sales Solution has proven to significantly increase car sales by improving prospect capture rates, appointment set, show and close rates.

While the global automotive market continuously grows, automotive-related employees will continue to decrease, putting much pressure on innovative sales efforts on car dealers. DealerAdvance, Inc., with its modern DealerAdvance Sales Solution, typically reaches a market prospect capture rate of 80-95% and can reach a return appointment rate of 40%. They offer a fusion of industry expert sales training and automatically scheduled work plans for the salespeople. DealerAdvance enables and empowers team leaders to micromanage their salespeople using real-time dealership activity reports, compliance reports and showroom logs. DealerAdvance also streamlines the sales process, reduces deal time and increases customer satisfaction. It generates double the quality showroom traffic, resulting in a 10-20% increase in sales.

DealerAdvance, Inc. (DLAV) has recently announced that the Company has developed its new WebDA product to interface with the new Nokia 770 Tablet hand-held device. As stated by DealerAdvanced CEO Steven Humphries, “The hand-held technology is what set DealerAdvance apart from all of the other CRM providers over the past several years, but was limited due to the server based technology and the inherent problems with wireless networks. With the new Nokia technology utilized in the 770 Tablet PC, dealers and their sales people will now be able to access WebDA from anywhere, anytime.”

Since the release of WebDA, the web based version of DealerAdvance, the company has booked in sales revenue of over $600,000. The company expects to bring on-line an additional 20 clients boosting revenue to approximately $1.3 million by year-end. CEO Steven Humphries stated, “WebDA changes the platform of our company from being server dependent to a simple Internet product. The opportunity to earn millions from fast track sales promotions is now available for both DLAV and its dealerships. Dealers will no longer be required to purchase expensive hardware, as the application can be accessed and used from PCs anywhere, anytime.”
