SPRL above 0.003 is going to ramp bigly, watch the chart
I'm betting this will see 0.006 by next week sometime. jmo.
thank you ;)
I dont see anything new on SPRL fillings, where do u see that ?
SPRL fillings
SPRL chart/float looks amazing here, whats the deal ?
ok, let see if this can ut at some point.
are you selling any at 0.0001 ?
I agree partially, it is related to the share structure allot, however whats more important with pink/otc stocks is interest.
there is no interest here other then the note holders to sell.
company is doing good, but without any interest there is no one to "appreciate it"
Being a veteran here, Do you think BZCN share price is attached to the company's performance ?
2K$ a day is a very nice return my friend, you should know it.
(the possibility of a random sell is always there, but the paint job that comes along soon after is pretty much telling.
I wish i'm wrong, but i think i know a thing or two...
here's your daily dump, its smaller as i stated, but consistent.
I guess...but i wouldn't be too happy to be in right now unless it proves itself. not the other way around.
GL though.
the daily dilution just hit, how routine.
EARH might be breaking out of consolidation today, on serious watch here
I respectfully disagree, the note holders proved too many times imo that as long as there will be a willing buyer, no matter what the price they will continue to sell into.
the basically in our term have unlimited amount of shares, trust me they will not loose on their financing. its structured in such a way.
so for them its the $ they can squeeze out of selling stock whatever the price may be, cause getting paper to sell is a NON issue to them.
I think the last paragraph basically sums it, the number of shares they sell is a non issue to them since they have "infinite" amount.
If however the 2's are lifted on Volume, then maybe this will be the first signs they have laid off a bit of the sell button. but knowing how these things go by, I find it now a bit hard to believe.
for us investors/traders you can look at it as almost infinite in those terms, they are in the billions.
you are wrong, the price doesn't make much of a difference to the note holders, they have close to infinite amount of shares, hence all they care for is volume, without buying they cant turn useless paper back into $$$.
if they weren't so greedy, they would have allowed it to move and let people play it and then the company itself may have had a chance.
and they could have sold in a prolonged amount of time, at higher prices and didn't have to kill it the way they did.
However since people were willing to buy at any level including the 0.0001 they will keep on selling on a daily basis until the well is completely dry, and seems like this stock is getting there.
its sad that it came to that but the note holder have no interest in you guys but their own pocket.
There is a HUGE conversion of notes, and they are the ones selling, its all here in the latest filling :
Link to the latest QTR report
u cant blame Delmar for selling as he isn't selling directly in the open market, the note holders do that for him....lol
That way the CEO cant be accused for selling stock as he actually doesn't sell any in the open market, however he issue stock for note holders ( in exchange for $$$) and they are left to work the market out and liquidate their shares.
thats exactly whats going on here, only the note holders doesn't care much for the share price as long as you guys are willing to buy it.
give it some thought and look in the filling, I'm sure things will look allot clearer then
we just saw the regular 10-20 mill daily dump by our house seller...he is going to keep on selling as long as there is a willing buyer, dont fall for it, wait for a trend to change if it will ever before it r/s.
If you give it some thought and carefully analyze the last week or 2 of the trading sessions, you will see the pattern of selling i was referring to.
There is no "cheap here" its about volume and the pattern that is forming, the current pattern is were feeding the seller with our $$$.
unless the stock can make a move higher and make higher lows on volume then and only then you may look for higher highs and establishment of reversal pattern. till then dont feed the seller , again jmo.
The ones selling here just switched strategy and started selling 10 mill a day instead of 25 mill before and 50 mill prior.
dont try to bid it as the best case for you may be selling at B/E. (0.0001). save your$ for a play that can move this wont, as its too easy for them to keep feeding you guys 0.0001, they making money off useless paper.
the ones selling here has nothing to loose and everything to gain, its way beyond frustrated sellers now, its someone with free shares / company diluting indirectly.
Its game over here guys, 0.0001 is going to be history soon, it will likely never go up again but R/S.
GL everyone, use your $$$ elsewhere where there is hope. this one will milk us till were dry and then r/s.
its done.
The last one to exit, please shut the lights off on your exit.
nothing to see here folks, move along...
I agree, but your take comfort from the fact there isnt any muc selling into 0.027, how about buying ?
I agree that news can trump the chopyness, however its not market makers who are controlling it, but the ones who paid for the pump that are selling into it, and it seems like they are greedy.
feels like a failed pump
nice chart on that one
what email are you referring to ? can you please post it ?
BZCN will watch to see if more volume comes into 2's for a move to begin
BZCN NEW SOUT - GROWTH -RADAR
SAN DIEGO, Feb. 2, 2011 SAN DIEGO, Feb. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay and Amazon liquidation services for excess inventories, overstocks, and returns, announced today that January sales have reached a new milestone in revenues. Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO, comments, "BizAuctions-Lucky 7's Retail-Outlet store for January set a new monthly sales record of $68,224.00, surpassing December sales of $55,443 by $12,781.00, an increase of approximately 23%. The BizAuctions-Lucky 7's customer base continues to grow in great strides due to the variety and pricing of our named brand merchandise in clothing, general merchandise, and kitchen appliances, household items such as bedding and towels, and electronics. The demographics of our customers are mostly bargain hunters and seem to be very satisfied with our name brand products, whether it is in clothing, general merchandise, and appliances such as a washer-dryer or refrigerator—all at prices that are considerably less than the normal retail prices charged by some dominant retailers. When a family of four can save hundreds of dollars during their shopping, that is a significant savings in this economic climate. Based upon our December and January sales, I anticipate February should bring another record month for BizAuctions-Lucky 7's Outlet store with calendar year 2011 being very positive." (For photos of our current Retail-Outlet Store, please view the attached link at, (http://www.bizauctions.com/outlet/ ) "BizAuctions recently closed its retail store in the Chula Vista Center, in anticipation of opening a new larger location in the San Ysidro area, with the ability to sell an expanded array of merchandise under the name of 'Lucky 7's Outlet,' in order to sell its name brand higher-end clothing such as Polo, Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, Ed Hardy shirts, PING sports apparel, O'Neill, and other name brands, general merchandise, appliances, and electronics such as Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, Panasonic and Vizio, that will generally bring higher retail prices at Lucky 7's Outlet versus its customary eBay and Amazon business platforms. We anticipate the store opening in late February to early March of 2011," noted CEO, Janovec. BizAuctions' clients have included some of the Nation's leading retail names at the forefront of their industries. With a long-term strategy to provide eBay liquidation services to Fortune 1000 enterprises, BizAuctions is a clear and lucrative solution for most any business to liquidate excess inventory on eBay and Amazon platforms.
