rag yes imo, but what i ment was a old well (90year old grandmother0 turns into a new producing well (40 year old). Because if the old well doesn't produce they just collected alot of money from private investors and cost the company very little to buy a old lease, with very little oil. They have alot to gain because they can pay themselves more for labor then repay you for the oil thats not there. imo

Echo I don't understand why you think I'm a private investor, and If I was (which I'm not) what difference would it make unless your worried about a discloser agreement which you shouldn't know about unless you have a hidden agenda. echo I don't see anywhere grubsteak talking about oil coming out of the ground he just ansewered a few question about loads, berrels, and commented about pricing and taxes,etc. again hopeful speculation, on deliveries, sound great if it's true but the two year project only produced 800 barrells anyway in 1.1 million dollar investment, and what every comes out of that ground will first go to private investors. This propectus states that leather neck in addition to owning 6% overriding royalty interest in each well the company also retains 5% working interest in each well.

YA BUT ITS NOT RGNO oil it's leatherneck 1,2,or3, oil which is private placement and it soundlike they need to pay the private placement investors first, by then they might run out of oil or, they may be selling it at night to someone else in this picture we don't know about.
