Food Hive.ph can be downloaded, but it is not active yet. You make it seem like it is impossible. 1 week after Verus bought 51% of Top Apparel Mr. Ron came out with this example of this app. It seems too weird of coincidence that those two things happened so close to each other.

So to me not a stretch, If it is bad for Verus it is not a stretch, if it is good Verus it is a stretch. You cannot have it both ways.

I got a message, According to Management Outside Counsel will advise them on when they can file, so there is apparently some final paperwork. cont' Everyone is waiting for an 8-K green light on this deal so there is a lot of skepticism among shareholders, I got this a week ago or so.

Not saying it is truth, but they did say they are saving stuff for the 10Q, I would not be surprised in the slightest that they release both on the same day. I saw somewhere someone posted 10q/8k that they were releasing on April 30.

One other interesting thing I saw was within a week of Verus buying 51% of Top Apparel, Ian Ron announced his food app.
