At least not yet. If this pig, SSTP, gets wings and flys, I am sure there will be a forced disbursement.
Be careful on unloading those share, 2 million and this goes to a penny.
Absolutely no mention of USSE. For the most part he identified most of the ongoings in the building as the Green Consortium.
Bring in 2 box cars of feedstock, run the commercial tubes for a day and produce fuel. Take a time lapse video of that scenario without a single word from JR, and you might get more response than this D and P show. The only one mentioning the 4 billion seems to be Bio. Any corroboration? And don't tell me the dog ate it or the reporter left too early.
Only Stanton's split shares were withheld. Meaning he still has 200 million plus shares of USSE. He got the shaft along with everyone else in not getting SSTP. I am sure he will want those. If JR thinks Stanton defaulted on the agreement, he should sue Stanton for the remaining shares, none of which is happening. Stanton spent several millions on this project, I am sure he will want his pound of flesh.
Real plants, or our imaginary one.
Nothing other than we have gone no where despite all the pump and hype. The chart tells the tale of where we are going.
What is to keep Stanton from being part of that lawsuit?
I find your Dec. 31, 2007 end of year share price interesting. SSTP is down on the year and USSE is getting close.
You are absolutely correct, I must have overlooked the PR on the $4 billion in investment from C.A. Could you point me to it so I can be brought up to date? Make any money today on USSE/SSTP?

No one in CA is going to throw a billion dollars at this company until there is a fully functioning production line in the US and testing of the fuel to determine cost to benefit analysis. The mini reactor won't matter. This will be a long time coming if at all.
If you don't have a successful company, what good is the product?
I did notice that on the map. Doesn't matter, liquid flows downhill, so all we have to do is pop in a spigot and we take it from those Canucks. (An attempt at humor)
Some of the other articles on the link were interesting. With new technologies they think the tar sands can produce 2 trillion barrels and shale in the US 800 billion barrels. The price is high enough to make it profitable if only they grant access to these areas. Can't stand sending money to Chavez, his latest thing is calling Homer Simpson the boogeyman.
Your referenced article also calls this area massive with hi quality crude. I am not understanding your point.
I disagree with the peak oil theory of near term limitations. Production world wide has gone up every year. Vast new oil field finds and technology to use shale/tar sands has become efficient. Congress and environmental lawsuits are a significant cause of the supply to demand mismatch here in the U.S. Look no further than a lack of desire by congress to be truly energy independent without subsidies.

Massive Oil Deposit Could Increase US Reserves by 10x
Next Energy News
America is sitting on top of a super massive 200 billion barrel Oil Field that could potentially make America Energy Independent and until now has largely gone unnoticed. Thanks to new technology the Bakken Formation in North Dakota could boost America’s Oil reserves by an incredible 10 times, giving western economies the trump card against OPEC’s short squeeze on oil supply and making Iranian and Venezuelan threats of disrupted supply irrelevant.
In the next 30 days the USGS (U.S. Geological Survey) will release a new report giving an accurate resource assessment of the Bakken Oil Formation that covers North Dakota and portions of South Dakota and Montana. With new horizontal drilling technology it is believed that from 175 to 500 billion barrels of recoverable oil are held in this 200,000 square mile reserve that was initially discovered in 1951. The USGS did an initial study back in 1999 that estimated 400 billion recoverable barrels were present but with prices bottoming out at $10 a barrel back then the report was dismissed because of the higher cost of horizontal drilling techniques that would be needed, estimated at $20-$40 a barrel.
The US imported about 14 million barrels of Oil per day in 2007, which means US consumers sent about $340 Billion Dollars over seas building palaces in Dubai and propping up unfriendly regimes around the World, if 200 billion barrels of oil at $90 a barrel are recovered in the high plains the added wealth to the US economy would be $18 Trillion Dollars which would go a long way in stabilizing the US trade deficit and could cut the cost of oil in half in the long run. See the full story here.

Mortgage the house, buy more! After all if you can't believe JR, who can you believe.
Costs they don't need? Financials would give legitimacy to this stock and at least enough rise in share price to pay whatever the cost is. The lack of financials is more costly. I am pointing that out to you in case you missed the share price decline over the last year.
"Up and running"? What are you smoking, I want some. We don't even have 2 running here in the States after a year and a half. What makes you think that powerhouse of economic industrialization, Guatemala, is going to be any faster. I guess we build their 1G power plant right after we finish the 500M plant in Baytown. Expect the same response on Wednesday.
If only JR hadn't been an egotistical idiot and filed for permits 1.5 years ago we would have them by now. I know, we don't need no stinkin permits. If he was that stubborn and stupid in the face of reality what else is he doing of equal stupidity to this company.
Any information on the outcome of the algae tests done a couple of months ago?
That is less than $9,000. Going to take a little more than that to move 1.5 billion share company.
Most are taking a "prove it to me" attitude. You can only show so many redundant pictures and PR so many dead ends before people quit listening. At some point you have to make money. Don't believe me, look at the chart.
I am sure their seat on the board was a requirement for any association with, or money invested into SSTP. I am sure there are other strings attached as well we know nothing about. Things such as collateralization if this doesn't play out, and convertables if it does, plus percentage of revenues.
JR used to be the only board member (or in essence with only cronies surrounding him). With several new BOD, who may not be removed depending on the deals, even with JR having controlling shares he may be losing control at the board level. I am sure the new BOD members are more concerned for the money they put into the company than the shareholders who have been sitting on their thumbs these past 18 months. And will act accordingly.
Unfortunately it doesn't meet any of his other requirements.
Commodity prices will be going up. China has suffered significant freezing temperatures in its southern regions usually immune to this sort of thing. Also it is a long known relationship that wheat prices go up when sunspot levels go down. Currently we are in a prolonged sunspot minimum that may continue for some time.
Not only the fuel, but the char. Beyond that he is wanting to build a facility and contract with farmers for the feedstock. A total local win win situation for farmers, communities, America. You would think that would play to JR's desire to place America first. Something isn't right if JR is not wanting to go there. That is a perfect model for a cookie cutter process across the US and for that matter the world. The PPS will be going down again.
But do they make public statements to entice investment. If you say 8 to 10 weeks for a project to be completed, one assumes that most of the work is done. Yes delays might occur, but the major ground work is in place. In this case none was done, and it wasn't a few months of delay, it has been over 14 months and counting.
Now we hear the biggest supporter asking investors to pony up money to advertise the company. I guess they have no sales lined up if this is needed.
What is the deal Parson? No one gets something for nothing. We get 2 million, what does FSEINT get? If we new the details, would we be happy. If they are such good details for shareholders, why not list them?
Working and meeting with "someone" means absolutely nothing. How many sales calls does a salesman make before making a sale? Yet he can say he is meeting with all of them. There have supposedly been fortune 500 representatives that came through Natchez/Baytown in the past, what has come of that? What inside details do you know that makes these visitors any better?
Its all BS until someone ponies up money.
This article refers to the OD-66 fuel which was to begin shipping in 72 hours back in July. It only contains 1% Rivera Juice, and the rest is petroleum diesel/regular biodiesel/ethanol. It has since been canned and is not to be produced. It never met a specific ASTM standard. They issued a vague statement but never identified the specific ASTM standard to which they alluded.
The only specific standard ever identified is for the run of the mill biodiesel they have produced with Agrimax. If you think otherwise, produce the specific standard for us to look at. There are hundreds of ASTM standards and we need to identify which one you are talking about.
The fuel you speak of, is run of the mill biodiesel made by Agrimax. The biocrude from the Rivera process has not met any standardization and is a totally different substance.
It is unlikely he will really do it. He owns refineries,Citgo retail stations, etc. here in the U.S. He could probably shop the crude around, but the end retail markup absence would hurt his bottom line.
Actually we had info. In the Wall ST. Report produced for USSE. At the time 650 million shares total and one company. A plan that showed the graded increase of reactors to 200 over about a 2 year time frame. Costs per bushel of feedstock and revenues per gallon along with green certs and a variety of other things. There was to be slow dilution and pay as we go growth from revenues. All Spelled Out. I determined what I thought the earnings would be, and the value of the stock based on that over a period of time.
Not one of those is still applicable, I think they burned the plan for feedstock. Now we are up to 3.5 billion shares in one year with authorization of 5 billion, how many more are in warrants or in backroom deals? How much of the revenue goes to SSTP, and how much to USSE is unknown. When I bought, I figured a risk to reward ratio. Now it is totally out the window.
Frankly a lot of it has been lies. Now I don't believe any of what is said by the company and until it is a reporting company, neither will anyone else. Do you know how much money it will take to be invested by shareholders to raise 3.5 billion shares to PPS of $3? More than we have. Those people who have the money to increase the PPS don't invest in pinks. They form partnerships with the company and take their share up front where they can control things and don't have the CEO ripping them off.
As far as they are concerned, they don't care if we languish in pinky land, it won't affect them.
Can you show me your calculations for the PPS of $2 to $3 in a couple of years. What is USSE's earnings per barrel? What is SSTP's per barrel? How much production per day? How many shares in the company? How is distribution performed? When do we start production? I would love to have these as I can't make an educated prediction without them. Where did you get this info and these numbers?
Amen Brother!!! You are preaching to the Choir.
I have no problem waiting.
Do you as an engineer announce to your boss your project will be ready in 8 to 12 weeks before you even start, or have a clue what direction you are going? Do you think you would have a job after a year if you did this multiple times and were not ready to deliver? Would you deserve a paycheck? That is what is going on here.
You have no info to infer anything on algae such as feasibility, costs, etc. Let alone the costs and time to develop it in abundant supply. We had all year to produce from soy and whatever before price rise, and we didn't. Now you want to wait indefinitely for this newest and greatest twist to the ongoing saga. MR. Market ain't buying chapter 10 of the same old song.
If you love an extra 300 million shares, then another billion would be AWESOME! What whacked out school of investing do you subscribe to?
How do you know we gained an asset, it could have been traded out for lunch at the dog and pony show for all we know.
Forget a pps of .25, with news like that were going to a buck!
Chart today looks like an exhaustion gap with key reversal. Not very encouraging.
