Not even close to finished. They have been extremely active on the real estate front. Check to stickies.
lost cause so far....but I have not done any research at all.
I have something like 88,000 shares x 28.4 *0.85 = $2.1 million after taxes.....
Etrade had this stock quoted at $28.40 yesterday.....you could imagine my surprise. I then logged into scottrade and it was still worthless. Did anyone else see this oddity?
What shareholder money? There has not been a single share sent to the open market in HALF A DECADE.
He sure has. Check out all those transactions....

Please.. You are wasting your time and money. There is zero evidence of fraud, and every PR has the standard Forward looking statement disclaimer that every company in the free world uses to prevent money hungry dirt bags from wrongly suing them.
Check out the stickies.
Based on what? Where did you get that info?
There is absolute proof that Fred is not selling shares.
TA will tell you the share structure.
Fred has not filed because he has not sold.
Is that your opinion, or a fact. It appears that you are stating an opinion with jmo.
I did not say they are exempt. I am saying that the SEC provides NO mechanism for PINK officers to report their stock purchases.
Have you ever seen any reported purchase by any pink insider? Nope. There is simply no possible way to report it, because the SEC does not provide a path for that report.
Provide a link. You will not be able to. There is NO MECHANISM in place to report BUYS of stock by insiders of PINK stocks.
NOT for PINKs
AZIZ never sold any shares, AMHD sold.
Correction. There is absolutely NO method for registering (filing, making known, etc.) BUYS of PINK SHEET STOCKS. If you can provide a link otherwise, I will concede the point. But, until you do, it is not I who is wrong.
It is 100% a requirement to register SELLS of PINK SHEET STOCKS by officers of the company.
There is NO requirement to file when buying PINK sheets, ONLY a REQUIREMENT to file when SELLING as an INDIVIDUAL.
There is 100% proof. Officers of the company CANNOT sell a single share without filing. No filings have been filed. The trading companies won't even let the sale go through without the paperwork.
AMHD has not sold a single share in something like 4 or 5 years. AMHD has NEVER sold a SINGLE share under Fred's leadership.

Two words: HOLDING COMPANY.
Precisely correct.
There is zero evidence to back up the scam claim.
Did you see rule 3? Not only are officers limited by 1% of the float, they are further restricted to 1% of the avg 3 month volume. Right now, volume is very light. Basically, officers can't sell anything.
Scalig, that link is not to the "actual rule". It is the readers digest version.
The dribble rule is much longer than that.
Trading Volume Formula. If you are an affiliate, the number of equity securities you may sell during any three-month period cannot exceed the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the same class being sold, or if the class is listed on a stock exchange or quoted on Nasdaq, the greater of 1% or the average reported weekly trading volume during the four weeks preceding the filing a notice of sale on Form 144. Over-the-counter stocks, including those quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, can only be sold using the 1% measurement.
Here is a valid link (not some children's version): http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Please explain the scam as you see it. You can't.
AMHD has not sold a single share to the market in about 1/2 decade.
AMHD officers cannot sell more than 1% of the float per quarter. The total shares sold per quarter are nowhere even close to 1% of the float.
1% of the float is $4000 at 0.0001 $/share -> not even close to a livable wage.
AMHD is consistently on GOVERNMENT real estate web pages on both sides of housing transactions. They are buying and selling houses....exactly as they stated.
Again. What SEC violations do they have?
Here is a preview of the answer: NONE.
Which ones haven't they complied with?
Can we get a smaller snippet of the whole rule?
Don't take my word people, look it up for yourselves.
The dribble rule has NOT expired. The dribble rule defines stock that can be sold on a quarter by quarter basis. It has no absolute time limit. If an officer of the company has stock, they are confined by the dribble rule.
