My DD with Henschel shows that the aftermarket parts industry is hitting record sales first quarter and coming off of a good 4th quarter!
The DA estimated combined sales approaching 10 million, I would'nt be surprised that due to Jones increased sales we are now between 12-15 million in 2009 projections!
I feel BH has taken these new projections to the IB firm to show lowered risk and to gain favorable terms.

It's a practice initiated by a frugal business man! Why not collect rent(BH obviously left the sub-let option in the lease) why initiating office space for less cost elsewhere!

My speculation is that BH moves into one of Richards buildings and sets up corporate with minimal expense for administrative-it's all about consolidation!
Moving inventory into and thru Jones facility is most cost effective and practical by using the already established trucking fleet used by Jones(Landreths brother's company)!
It's all about being cost-effective which is something an Investment Banking Firm loves to see!

To explain the dramatic increase in volume the last week it was told to me by an investor in Aero that many i-hubbers have programs which alert them to companies experiencing heightened volume!
I believe the MM's are trying to get the attention of i-hubbers to help run the pps in order to get help in covering their NS positions!
