And since
NOTHING has been done to anyone re:activity on AERP, I think the SEC is being VERY CLEAR that there is nothing illegal going on, and that, true to what they ALREADY STATED, their feeling on L2 as a "proof" of anything illegal is that it is NOT SUFFICIENT PROOF.
