Quture International, Inc. / TCLN Announces Successful Completion to QualOptima Product Demonstration
03/27/2012 | Press Release
Quture's Product to Become New Standard for Global Performance Enhancement to Transform Payment & Delivery Systems
PORT ORANGE, FL--(Marketwire -03/27/12)- Quture International, Inc. (OTCQB: TCLN.PK - News) (Pinksheets: TCLN.PK - News) and Quture, Inc. ("Quture") announced the commencement of the Demonstration Project for its QualOptima System at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami, on September 6, 2011. Today Quture announces the successful completion of the Demonstration of its new "transformative and disruptive" tool to enhance clinical performance to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Investigational Review Board of the Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami, has now approved the protocol to use the product technology in an academic study. Furthermore, the product demonstration with InterSystems technology is now complete, moving the product significantly closer to commercial release.
Landon Feazell, CEO of Quture International, refers to his original statement of the significance of this accomplishment: "We are nearing announcement of our first newly enhanced product to connect true clinical quality with value. We are taking lessons learned from over 35 years of measuring performance manually and converting them into an electronic system that can provide real-time clinical knowledge and insight to doctors, nurses and hospitals as never before. Our years of developing clinical content and utilizing a new technology platform will finally achieve its potential. This is a significant milestone in the evolution of our now publicly traded company." He added: "Completion of this project, combined with the project nearing completion at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, puts us very close to major announcements with InterSystems."
The Demonstration Project and now the academic study are designed by Keith A. Candiotti, M.D., Executive Vice-Chair & Chief Operating Officer, and Vice-Chair, Clinical Research, Department of Anesthesiology, Jackson Memorial Hospital and University of Miami Miller Medical School. The demonstration connects individual patient risk factors with evidence-based perioperative performance measures compared to patient outcomes. The impact of compliance on outcomes and costs associated with extended stays and complications in recovery and beyond for well-established performance measures in anesthesia connects clinical quality with outcomes and costs.
"It is truly remarkable to now lead this Company after years of development of intellectual property and clinical content. These transformative assets are converging on the remarkable InterSystems technology platform to derive clinical knowledge solutions," said Richard Fantozzi, M.D., CEO and Co-Chairman of Quture. "Following the InterSystems Global Summit just last week in Orlando and now with this achievement, the months ahead for Quture are very exciting to not only be part of, but lead. We believe we can solve the problems of disparate databases and silos of information that have limited our endeavors for over 35 years of clinical performance measurement in health care. This is a pivotal juncture in health care and its impact on the American economy and on the lives of patients and the professionals devoted to caring for them. We will be proud to introduce these new tools to accomplish our mission and bring new capability to the extensive new federal and national mandates and standards. These accomplishments are converging to pave the way for other anticipated business opportunities and reflect our current strategic plans to build long-term shareholder value."

Since Feb 17th 2010 3DICON has put out 23 PR's through Globenewswire. That averages out to amost 1 per month. 15 of these PR's have been released at 6:00am ( not sure what time zone). I will give you some numbers here.

The first PR I could find on 3DICON's website is dated May 9th 2005. From that date until Feb 17th 2010 when they started using Globenewswire the company has released 67 PR's over 56 months. That comes to a release every .8358208 of a month which is almost every 3 1/2 weeks!
Total news releases 90 over an 80 month period.
That averages out to 1 release every 3 1/2 weeks.
We are due for some news!
Low today .0115 and high .015, 2.4 million traded so far. Its holding real good and should take off with a little news.
The PR's are gone over by many with a fine tooth comb and it has to be ok'd im pretty sure by the lawyers, Dr. R, the CEO,board etc. It could in some instance take days or perhaps weeks until whomever is TOTALLY SATISFIED with the news to protect their years of hard work and the sharholders investments as well as their own as well as security issues, Let me say again.
IT IS NOT AN EASY PROCESS with WORLD CHANGING TECHNOLOGY!
Think on that!
Its not highly unlikely that there are a few that are flipping this. I know I have from time to time to pickup some free shares. Sometimes I would buy at the ask for small amounts and at the bid for larger amounts like 50,000 to 100,000 shares. If everyone bought at the ask, every time, dont you think it would go up?
I use to have an average of 1.30 per share in this.
Now it is around .07 still.
I am not complaining.
Yes, my brothers and sisters , we will have our day! When?, I cannot say, but I know it was not today. But it will be ok , ok? There will come a day for those of us who stayed the way, to say hooray!!!!!!! Yeh!!!!!
Talked with a young man today that went to the show in Las Vegas and he said Intersystems had the 3rd largest booth at the show and they were in the Top 10 area. They had 3M and Siemiens beside them. He met the CEO and talked with him and his son and is really fired up about this company and what he believes will happen.
Remember shareholders, It's tax time!
They are busy with taxes, reports, auditors, etc,
this is an ongoing thing for fully reporting companies.
I know this because I stop every once in a while at their office in tulsa. I know that they are working very hard to bring this disruptive technology to the markets.
REMEMBER, they have something that no one else has.
It takes some time, but it will happen imho!
No fluff PR's with this company! Thats for sure.
Somebody may be daytrading this to scalp a little extra cash.
Probably this week.

Russian info on 3DICON
http://pipl.com/directory/name/Refai/Hakki/
Here is why he joined 3DIcon today:
"Actually, I think of it as a great opportunity. With 3DIcon, I have the opportunity to build and grow the technologies that I started. That is personally very important to me as an inventor and technologist.
Also, as part of 3DIcon, I am able to participate in the commercial and financial potential of my work. Much of my potential compensation is based on my meeting certain technology development and commercialization milestones. I’ve decided to join 3DIcon at this time because I’m pretty confident about those goals and timelines. Our research has come a long way. As a result, I personally feel that there is lot less risk and lot more opportunity!"
Nice EOD close at .0032 for 357% gain!
Got me some at .0024
Hey whatisthecolorofmone, have you checked out TDCP, 3DICON? Their 3D technology will bring Imaging to another new level. I have a load of shares in TDCP. OU ( University of Oklahoma) owns the patents and 8% of companies stock.

Homepage is www.oknano.com 3DICON is under Nano Companies, fourth tab down on the left. It is the first company on the list.
Its a website that doesn'tbseem to be updated often.
On the left where it says Research as the bottom tab then select companies, I noticed a name on the list of one of the scientist that used to work on the 3DICON project. I met him at the shareholders meetingsand talked with him in 2006 and 2008. Very, very bright scientist! From what I understand, he has finished his work some time back on the project.
I like this that is mentioned on the site:
With the sponsorship of 3DIcon, OU is now emerging on the forefront of 3D projection technologies.

Take a look at this site I just found.
Oklahoma Nanotechnology Companies

Norman, OK
3DIcon has established an SRA (Sponsored Research Agreement) with the University of Oklahoma (OU), whereby 3DIcon's technologies are being developed by leading researchers and scientists in state-of-the-art research facilities in the Norman as well as the Tulsa Campuses. Harnessing the resources of a major university with proven research capabililities greatly expands and hastens the development process of an early stage company on the cusp of disruptive technology and does so in a cost effective manner. To replicate these resources on a private basis would be prohibitively expensive. Not just that, it would be practically impossible to assemble such a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of proven experts.
OU is one of the leading research institutions in the U.S. In the past 20 years, OU-developed technologies have led to the formation of 30-plus companies that have generated over $65 million. In 2006 alone, OU's researchers were awarded 19 patents, and processed 51 intellectual property disclosures. OU's research center hosts scientific research on some of the most important advancements of our day.
OU's work includes the genome project, NASA, the National Weather Center and telecommunications. With the sponsorship of 3DIcon, OU is now emerging on the forefront of 3D projection technologies.
Waiting for a entry point.
"The industries our technology addresses are each multi-billion dollar markets. Once fully launched, CSpace® has the potential to become the vital core technology for volumetric 3D applications in these markets. 3DIcon has begun preliminary discussions with leading firms in some of these markets. In addition to gathering interest, these discussions have led to support for our research and grant funding efforts. For our grant proposals to NASA and the National Science Foundation, the Boeing Company has provided letters of interest and indicated to the granting agencies their willingness to consider assisting 3DIcon in the development of its technology," stated Vivek Bhaman, Chairman of 3DIcon's Technology Advisory Board.
I would like to hear updates on what is going on with 3DIcon and Boeing and who they are talking to. I know that will all come in time.
Were tapping into a multi billion dollar market with this disruptive technology.
3DICON listed also on the Berlin Stock Exchange. If you cannot find the link below useful, just google 3DICON + Belin Stock and some sites will come up to see on the search engine.
