John, I am not trying to rain on your parade, but look at this quote from the PR sitting on this site:
"The Board of Directors has approved of President Smith's plan whereby he has agreed, at his own expense, to complete two wells, one of which has been drilled and the second which has been sputted with drilling and completion expected to be accomplished within the next two weeks. "
Lanza had him drill two wells for him AT HIS OWN EXPENSE. When I read this originally, I was horrified but I kept it to myself. Don't you understand? Lanza had Smith playing in the sandbox messing around with two dinky wells- at his own expense no less!
And now we are up to 9 going on 10 months since we should have put Lanza out in the first place. That includes 6 months with Summit and the rest with Smith and co. That is 9- 10 months of revenue in the form of lease overrides and services to his other entities. You think Lanza is hurting? He has never missed a paycheck. But have you checked the stock price since December?
Who cares if the two wells that Smith worked on are gushers at 10,000 barrels a day? First of all, we are not hearing about it. And second of all, it is not reflected in the stock price. And third of all, Lanza will just bill services and take overrides to leech all that money into his accounts.
What Smith should have been doing was preparing for Lanza to back out of any deal and pull some shennanigans- which IS EXACTLY WHAT LANZA DID based on this other questionable PR that came out.
That should have included a plan to crush Lanza's jewelage in a vise if need be to finish this deal.
But it is obvious that he was NOT prepared because, if he was, we would be seeing PR's about it, much less dealing with whatever this craziness that Lanza or Frohling issued about firing Watson etc...
It's over. Time to clean house.
John, let's all be clear here. There is no redemption for Lanza. He will have to be extracted like a burrowing tick from BDGR.
We have known this since the beginning. But group after group has not accepted that reality.
And share holders have no one to blame but themselves. Many of you have sat there hoping "the other guy" would take care of things for you.
Some of you have definitely put a lot of effort into this.
And no one could have predicted the utter depth of corruption and illogical actions of this guy- until you start looking at what a sociopath does.
With the last PR that Lanza somehow got out, I think it is apparent that he wants to stay at BDGR and suck the life out of it. It's up to all of you whether you will let him.
I think guys like Swordchaser chose unwisely to grand stand when they could have helped unite the masses. That is a shame. Because, I find myself in agreement with him about Lanza and his level of corruption.
Personally, I have had enough. And I am going to put this guy in jail with or without anyone's help here. I asked for your help before and got none. That's ok. To each his own.
But this whole thing is never going to work out in my opinion. And Lanza doesn't think anyone has the guts to follow through.
I made a promise to myself and few people that I would follow through if I thought I had nothing to lose. I am now going in that direction.
And I submit now, that you all have nothing to lose by attacking Lanza and putting him behind bars for his myriad of crimes against you. The stock will never recover because it is not a source of revenue for Lanza anymore. And the overrides he keeps collecting will keep going to him while you let this ridiculousness continue. But most of you will probably sit back hoping and praying for a miracle.
The current board of directors have failed to use their biggest resource- us. They thought they knew better. They thought they knew better many many times up until now. And they did not listen to the facts of the matter. I am sorry to say it but it is true and it has cost me more money than I care to list here. And it has been frustrating beyond all reason to watch them make the same mistakes over and over again as well as walk right into new traps that we warned anyone who would listen about.
The pattern is plain to see. Lanza is no genius. He simply banks on the disorganization, lack of commitment and yes, egos of partners and people coming in to the situation that think they are smarter and know better than anyone else about what is going on. There is a running list of duped smart guys that grows daily.
I cannot support the deafening silence that has come from the board of directors. And I submit to you, that even if there are mitigating circumstances, until Lanza and us believe that these guys are in control, we have nothing and have not moved forward one single inch in our attempt to control this company.
So I have come to conclusion that it is time to nuke the entire company and Lanza. Put him in jail, lick our wounds and move on with our lives. Sometimes it is hard to say goodbye. But the winds of change are here. I have spent two years at this. I think it is time that I admit that I did not succeed. In life, there are many failures that teach us things. Instead of losing more money and wasting more time on this, I believe it is time to let go and move on to better ways to use my time and resources. I suggest you all look at your "investment" in this situation as well.
Who knows, maybe there is a miracle around the corner but I seriously doubt it. And Lanza if you or your criminal buddies are reading this- moving on for me means wrapping up your run of corruption, dishonesty, and sociopathic behavior.
Hope opens the door. Action walks through it.
Good luck to all legitimate share holders.
Well I guess us uneducated commoners will just have to muddle through.
Of course, anyone with any street smarts would know that opening a dialog with the organization that holds the ability to dis-Bar Frohling could lead to scrutiny by the mere fact that an investigation is being done into the matter that I would bet Frohling does not want. And who knows what kind of Pandora's box they may open in the process?
Why would anyone dismiss an attempt to separate fact from fiction and put rumors to rest and let everyone see whether Frohling was acting appropriately or not?
And I assure you that Frohling has long since cashed in his "hope" in the bottom of that box. Go read the story if you don't know what I am talking about.
Not enough volume to justify your theory.
Which leads me to believe that this looks like a hasty and ill contrived desperate attempt by Lanza to force what can only be assumed to be more cash up front from the Smith group. What else would he be after?
If he was walking away, there would be no new date. What Lanza doesn't compute, is that nasty tactics beget nasty tactics.
Bank fraud, wire fraud, RICO, the list goes on. So much dirt that can be dug up that he is a fool to extort you, the share holders.
And you would be fools to let it happen. Again and again.
In reading this "PR", it is obvious to me that Lanza appears to have put this out because he is trying to force some type of deal.
The rumors of the 15th being the date of cutoff for this deal appear to have been confirmed by the "magic" resignation of Watson on that date. Also, this unsubstantiated claim that Smith has not delivered in the agreement terms seems bogus. I am not currently aware of Watson resigning nor would I be disposed to believe such a claim. Why would the Smith group give up controlling interest in the board of directors?
That makes no sense. And as Judge Judy says; "If it doesn't make sense, it's probably not true."
From where I stand, Lanza just issued misleading and false information. I am sure the SEC will be interested in this.
And quite frankly, my patience is finished. Lanza, you are going to jail. And anyone that helped you is going to jail.
Let the shareholder inquisition begin. No deals for you. Directly to jail to die in a cell in an orange jumpsuit. Think it won't happen?
Watch.
"John all will be fine..."
That's actually good to hear coming from you, LMG. And I agree based on my own research and reasons.
GLTA!
Actually we better hope for a 180 degree turnaround.
360 degrees means we are spinning around and then going in the same direction as always!
Remember folks, we are steering our ship away from the shoals. It's taking time to respond and set a new course. Let's reserve judgment either way until we pass the rumored August 15th.
Someone's trying real hard to make it "look" like the sky is falling.
I hope they aren't trying to cover their bootleg shares.
I hope no one got their pants scared off.
LMG,
We have been saying this all along:
THERE ARE ASSETS.
THEY ARE STILL THERE (for the most part- at least enough to make a go of BDGR as run by a legitimate group).
With Lanza gone, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT
And he will be gone- one way or another. Either he rides into the sunset with a buyout deal or we legally extract him.
His choice.
And from what I hear, it appears to the be the same as you: The people taking over BDGR have the money and the desire to make this a profitable company. But there is various fires to put out- including crooked lawyers, and bills and massive investor relations issues.
But so far, I have not heard that anyone was pulling out.
So we wait and keep our ears to the tracks.
GLTA
Well, that would be all well and good if anyone was actually doing any work trying to extract oil at OMDA, but it appears that is not the case.
And $1200 worth of stock trades is not making anyone rich.
But if you can FRAC a stone, I guess anything is possible.
Good luck...
So.........
Let me guess, you didn't get all the BDGR wells and there was no summary judgement against Lanza or BDGR.
So does that make me 2 for 2 now? Why does this news not surprise me?
Does it really surprise anyone here?
Hey, we may never get BDGR on track- although my money says we are and we will, but I really don't think you can get blood out of a stone here.
Good luck.
See... this is what I am talking about-
Who in the heck buys 1k of shares of BDGR??? That is $39!!! This has been going on for over a week now.
Like I said, I ain't selling for any amount that doesn't have 3 digits and a decimal in it.
Good luck sneaky jerks. You will be exposed very soon.
Who says they don't already know what we have? Between Summit being there for months and them being there, someone has to know already.
Yes I know Summit is no longer there, but all that information is in someone's hands.
My only worry is that it is in someone's hands that is trying to keep the stock down to make the new guys look bad.
Now, that being said, a simple remedy is to get new investors into the company. And to do that, information must come forth.
I believe it is coming. So let's just give it a chance to hit the channel and flow forth.
Well, according to the news stories, LA. is the place to be for oil exploration.
And once the deal is finalized and Lanza is out, I would bet seriously on a buyout offer coming our way. When they look at the acreage location and rights that we have vs. our stock price, which even at worst estimate should be close to a buck, you will see a lowball offer come in.
That should at least tell you that Smith and Kelsoe are for real.
So how will you feel about a 50 cent offer for your stock? I personally will laugh it off.
All my opinion.
Good luck with that with regards to OOAG. I think the term "throwing" should be suffixed with "away".
And nice uninformed opinion on BDGR. The company was formerly a scam but that is not the case anymore. Watch and see.
But it is pretty much useless talking to a guy like you who thinks that being uninformed and just going on charts is the way to go. If you were doing so well, why are you still investing in pinks?
Hey, you gave me your opinion, so here's mine on your philosophy.
Keep dreamin' fellas'.
I am sure that Clyde Smith and co. know of all the issues with BDGR including this lawsuit.
Here is my prediction for your hearing tomorrow:
A. You get nothing worth all the time money and effort.
B. You get another delay of some sort.
Ultimately, the dogs are closing in on AB for his host of other alleged misdeeds. I am no fan of Lanza, but Lanza is pretty much gone from BDGR and the lawsuit is primarily with Lanza, not BDGR.
Good luck collecting anything from him.
Mark these words. Taking all bets for tomorrow!
Odds: 10,000,000,000: 1 that you get nothing. Sorry, but I tried to tell you guys a few times already.
Good luck.

Black Dragon Updates Status of Management Change
8:00a ET July 30, 2008 (Business Wire)
Clyde Smith, President of Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc (BDGR: Pink Sheets), announced today that he has completed his initial survey of Black Dragon's properties and is confident that he will be able to increase the production of the Company's existing wells and intends to increase the number of wells in operation in the very near future including completing two new drilled wells in the next few weeks. He reported that he has received the cooperation of Joseph Lanza, the former President of the Company and all field personnel. Smith also announced that Frohling Associates, LLC continues to serve as Corporate and Securities Counsel to the Company.
Mr. Lanza stated that he was very pleased that Clyde Smith has taken over the Company's operations, as he has extensive field experience and an excellent handle on operations. He is providing the day-to-day leadership for the operations.
Mr. Smith has over 14 years experience in the oil and gas business. He was president and owner of an oil and gas operation company involved in leasing, drilling and reworking oil and gas wells in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas for independent and major oil companies. Mr. Smith was one of the first to successfully utilize satellite imaging to assist in the determination of drilling sites. Mr. Smith's career also includes 22 years in research and development with Monsanto Corporation. Mr. Kelsoe has forty years experience in process engineering and chemical manufacturing. He has worked in North America, Central America, and South America in the chemical manufacturing for the wood-treating, pulp and paper and down hole oil well solvents. He has engineered and constructed projects for International Paper Company, Beaverbrook Foundation (London) and other fortune 500 companies. He also holds many current US Patents for the manufacture of cellulose treatment processes and down hole solvents.
"I am extremely excited about the prospects of the Black Dragon properties and will make every attempt to regain shareholders confidence and increase share value," stated Mr. Smith, CEO of Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc. Our new management team will immediately begin to execute our strategic plan of increasing current production, putting additional leases in production and exploring the potential of additional deeper pay zones.
The Board of Directors has approved of President Smith's plan whereby he has agreed, at his own expense, to complete two wells, one of which has been drilled and the second which has been sputted with drilling and completion expected to be accomplished within the next two weeks.
Mr. Smith has agreed to purchase Joseph Lanza's stock position and has committed to advance substantial additional funds to the Company to provide the capital needed to improve the Company's present production level and to expand the operations. No details of the financial arrangement between Messers Lanza and Smith were released nor has Mr. Smith stated when he will contribute any additional funds needed but agreed to complete the two new wells in progress and to fund any of the Company's future short falls, as needed. Mr. Lanza will remain a Director until Mr. Smith's commitments are fulfilled, but has resigned as President.

Frohling may indeed be cooking up trouble. But do you think he would be working alone?
Has anyone else noticed the pattern of huge after market buys starting last week?
Do you think someone is trying to discredit the new management and working with someone to hold up PR's for the company?
Does it look at all like a setup to anyone else here?
If so, it's working. Look how upset everyone is with the share price. Desperate share holders could sell for a lot less than happy confident ones.
Something for all of you to ponder. My opinion only.
"Spunky, yesturday you were on Yahoo posting sentiments similar to mine..."
Here is what I said for the record on Yahoo:
Re: NEW LEADERSHIP FOR REAL? 28-Jul-08 12:42 pm
I concur. Although I am not relaxed about this. But definitely new management is real and there appear to be other issues relating to getting out a PR.
So how are we alike? You want to drag down the new management as puppets of Lanza or claim that he will vote them out in a heartbeat. First off, I would like to see you back that assertion up.
I said it before and I will say it again:
I may not like how things are being done, but I don't believe that the new management are puppets of Lanza.
And I reserve judgment unless and until it is proven that things work out or don't work out once and for all. And I will make that judgment at the consumation or lacktherof of the changeover, not now while many other factions just might be trying to get their dirty paws on the assets of BDGR for pennies on the dollar.
"You have my report, if you don't BELIEVE Call Mr. F."
Why, so he can lie to me? If you have something to say, then just say it, LGL
You might want to ask Frohling that question from what I am hearing.
Key words:
"led to believe".
Are you getting this from Frohling?
In my opinion, you need to double check anything you hear from Frohling. Although what you state is old news.
Is he playing with your money?
What happened to Summit? For a company that seemed to be owed some money, they sure are silent. I wonder if F and B are talking and playing with your company?
Is it time file a grievance in NJ?
Old news. We've already read that.
Hey, you brought it up, not me.
Now back it up.
Here is your post in case you forgot:

In reply to: maverick one who wrote msg# 17254 Post # of 17259
maverick one, it goes for a Summary Judgement hearing on Aug. 1, just the fact that the judge ruled to allow the hearing isnt a good omen, they will usually rule there instead of scheduling a separate hearing, that normally means that they think the claim is good but want to give the respondent a last chance to defend. note: like they were about to do OVER A YEAR AGO when you said the same thing?
This trial could also explain why Joe is distancing himself from the management of the company, this way, if things go bad in the trial, he is able to throw BDGR under the bus without losing anything himself personally, he has maintained himself as judgment proof for a long time now. note: prove this allegation please
Why don't you post the information for all to see? Maybe your sister can help you gather the information. Since this is relevant to BDGR, go ahead and help us all by posting this information clearly and succinctly.
If you bring up a topic, you should be prepared to follow it up with information to support your opinions.
In my opinion, it is just a matter of time before the confusion clears up. Is it a risk? SURE?
But I believe that Lanza is gone in all but "proverbial" name.
And based on what Summit said way back, we have some GREAT properties with GREAT deep rights.
So if you factor Lanza gone, then you have literally untapped potential here. It really is a no brainer.
I added to my position this past week and this morning because I am willing to take those odds.
Sooner or later, we will have clarification on the new management. Lanza gone is what I am betting on.
GLTA and it is a beautiful day out there!
Can you give any more details?
Dates of theft?
Types of equipment?
Impact on operations?
Missing oil?
Anything like that should be documented for recovery efforts by share holders.
Your help is appreciated if you can provide any details.
Does anyone have the current address and contact information for the BDGR offices and management? There seems to be some confusion.
Patience, young Padawan.
Let the truth spread through the valley and let the collective sigh of contentment fill you.
Become one with your new identity- Jedi Lanzaisgone
The rest will follow in good time.
Do not begrudge those who have not seen the light yet because to see it, they must stop cowering in the corner, shackled to the chains of disappointment. They will soon find the key and join you in their freedom.
Breathe.
All is well.
Hey, anyone can have a half thought out opinion.
I think the facts will speak for themselves and the only thing all of us have to do is let it play out.
One could be positive or one could be negative posting the same thing over and over and over again.
But in the end, every share holder has a right to an opinion. Every share holder has a right to post here.
Anything else is a waste of time.
My share holder opinion of BDGR is that there has been a MAJOR paradigm shift. In time, this will prove to be the case. As a share holder activist that has been involved in the attempted deposition of ineffective and negligent management of this company, I believe that I have an informed opinion.
But everyone else, make your own judgements and take your own precautions and do your own due diligence.
Let's not keep beating dead horses. This is a new day with new facts that will ultimately come to light. Time and patience is what is needed now.
And if it comes to pass that it's the same 'ol same 'ol, then what have we lost?
And for some reason- call me crazy, I just don't feel that some people have BDGR share holders' best interests at heart while they tell us about all the things that could go wrong.
GLTA
I posted this on Yahoo but I invite corrections or additions to by "guestimation" here. Sooner or later we will have the facts but it may be a little while. Anyone on the same page or am I way off?
BDGR owns 6-8 thousand acres of land in their leases the last I heard. True Lanza may have sold some, but Summit, if nothing else proved to us that there is acreage with good leases there. They proved this by NOT leaving for 6 months.
Currently, most of that acreage is worth 20-40 THOUSAND dollars per acre.
6,000 x $30,000 = $180,000,000
Divide that by 250,000,000 shares and you have a conservative estimate of:
72 cents/share in the value of the land alone.
5,000,000 x .35 = $1,750,000 x a PE of 10 = $17,500,000
That total equals 79 CENTS/share if you add it all together with NO CHANGES and NO INCREASES and NO DEEP DRILLING.
Very general math but conservative estimates here. Remember, I took 65% off the top for overhead and overrides and such.
And they WILL develop the wells or LOSE the leases.
Hello all,
Some of you may remember me posting here about a year ago that we were working on getting Lanza out of BDGR.
Well, witness today. For those of you who have lost money in OMDA, I point you towards looking and doing some DD on the NEW post Lanza BDGR. Not investment advice, but I thought you might be interested.

WOOHOO THIS IS AWESOME!!!
I'd like to say I knew it all along, but the truth is, today I finally turned from a long term bag-holder to locked and loaded!
Thanks everyone who helped us take back the company. We still have a lot of work to do, but most of it is now on the new management and less on the share holders- like it should be!
Wait until this news hits the main wire...
I just did a little happy dance.
BTW hello all...
You know what? Go ahead and think that I work for Lanza. That is pretty funny and even funnier coming from you, a known identity hider. Do you think I even care what you think?
Care to explain why you never follow up on any information even when offered, buy yet you sit here and make wild accusations like that? Care to explain that to everyone?
Why don't you ever answer the questions put to you?
I get the point indeed. And I think everyone else here does as well.
Now Soso,
Isn't that an interesting PR.
1. This and the last PR were heavily quoting Ben Johnson. In effect, he has waded into the pool. Based on his history, do you really think he is stupid or a crook?
2. It sounds like the PR is very diplomatically but succinctly saying: With Lanza removed and the money no longer draining into his coffers and proficient actual oil people running this show, we can make money.
3. Lanza's only quote was to remind us that he will be leaving soon.
Lanza is not saying this as much as the funding group is.
Now, Soso, maybe you can tell me why they would jerk us around like this?
- To protect the share price? What share price?
- To protect Lanza? Why?
- To keep us at bay while they steal everything? Where would they go that we could not pursue?
- To make enemies of the share holders so we could really mess up their company? How would that be conducive to making money based on the situation?
How do you know that you have all the facts? Do you think everything that is going on is posted here?
Why have you not taken offers to get more information?
You and Swordchaser can keep your judgements about my denial factor to yourselves. You don't know me and you don't know for certain what I know or do not know.
Sell your stock like SC. You have the right to take a loss and move on. Because I choose differently than you has yet to be proven foolhardy.
If you spoke to the prime movers up to this point I would have much more respect for your opinion. But you specifically did NOT. So what's with YOUR personal attacks? And how is bringing up your history a personal attack?
Care to explain why you lied to everyone here and switched identities? Isn't that what you did? Is that a personal attack by me bringing this up?
And who said I was accusing anyone of spreading negative rumors?
What I said was: Ben Johnson asked me why would people want to spread negative rumors right now? I think that is a fair question that should be discussed. If you take it as finger pointing, then maybe you have reason to feel accused. But that is just my perception.
Interesting response, though.
