Question for the longs: I have only been around since December, when Jim released the unaudited financials during summer of last year, did he ever promise audited financials?
I don't have any doubt we will get them, just wondering if that may be a cause for some to still be skeptical of Cyberkey.
I for one am flying to Utah if this stock hits .10 and shaking Jim Plants hand. =)

As for the sale of stock king, do keep in mind we had 450 mil OS in the last report, and somewhere near 700 mil in the new one. That's my guess, anyone who knows better please correct me.
The biggest items to me concerning the unaudited financials ( and yes I realize they are unaudited )
* We went from $6,000 dollars in the bank to $733,000 in the bank
* We had over 8 million in sales BESIDES the govt contract. Some may see this as a major decrease, but be realistic, you can't have a 25 mil contract every 6 months. I for one am shocked we had such high sales. One has to wonder where these came from, the website?!? This was my biggest concern: Was cyberkey going to have the one contract and fold. And these financials clearly tell us that we have sales, and significant sales, outside that one contract.
*Inventory had huge jumps, as well as cost of goods sold. We went up 5 mil on CGS which is a much higher ratio than the first 6 months. I hate the speculate, as bashers love to tear assumptions apart. But I am led to believe Cyberkey has purchased a large quantity of keepsafes, most likely for retail distribution. One can't expect we are getting the keepsafes for $10 a peice, so this would make since in our high inv. and CGS. We have nearly 9 mil in inventory... this also could mean the company has another govt shipment ready, just have yet to ship it possibly. Take it however you choose, I like it.
* Obviously advertising had huge increaes, as well as payroll.
* And finally my number one...LEGAL FEES. I am not a CEO and don't understand what all goes on, but the legal fees went from $700 to $60,000. What could this be for??? We can all make guesses...ur guess is better than mine I am sure.
On another note, indicators are looking fantastic, I'm not overrally excited just yet because we aren't even to many of the usual poster's entry points...but if I have ever felt so certain about a stock of mine, It is right here, right now.

5cap : It was said in one of the videos, maybe the SCE that there was 30ish employees, and we all saw the ads for two more.
The drive is absolutely just like a normal drive out of the box. No software or anything, 100% clear. If you want password software it must be downloaded, and it states this on the package.
When you setup the password tool, you can partition the drive to whatever two sizes you want. I don't know how familiar you are with computers, but after it's all said and done...You basically turn your drive into TWO separate drives. Each with a set amount of space (which you set) Your computer will read each drive individually, but you can only read one at a time, if you login you will see the protected drive, logout and you are back to the other. So you can put files that can be read with no log-in of any sort as well as files u wish to secure. I hope this is clearer to you, It's hard to explain through typing.

Hello board! After receiving my Cyberkey Enduro today, I felt obligated to update you guys on my thoughts.
First of all, concerning the Enduro drive: The drive is TINY! I know the dimensions are posted on the website, but compared to my sandisk 1 gig stick, this enduro is rather small. It came packaged in plastic packaging with cyberkey logos, and one sheet of thick paper in the background with directions and good looking logos. I downloaded the password tools, it was a bit hard at first but after getting it to work it is a great tool and I love it. You can setup two folders basically, making some public at all times while having a password protected part that is 100% hidden when you are not logged in.
Seeing all of the bashing and debating on this board lately, I thought I would take this time to remind some of you while we are here, and what is forthcoming.
Commercials – It is a FACT that Cyberkey Solutions had nationally ran ads in December. Some may have not liked the timing of the commercial, but guys stand back and take a look…THIS IS A PINK SHEET stock, trading at .015 cents, and it ran a nationally aired commercial. Remember how much we all loved seeing that ad on TV and how amazing it looked? Well today we got our 2nd commercial that absolutely blows the first one out of the water. This commercial looks great and I cannot wait to see the airtimes and channels.
Government Contracts – Often debated by some on the board, but the FACT is that Cyberkey has a government contract for around 190,000 units. If you do not believe this, then ask yourselves where is Cyberkey getting all of the money to air commercials, and also look at their employees. We had 12 or so employees last summer, we now have 35ish, and some on the board even found ads from cyberkey needed more employees. There is also the cyberkey connection with the military websites, so it is obvious this contract exists.
Jim Plant – How many people on this board toured the SLJB facilities??? Hats off to Jim Plant for being so open to his investors. We have had phone contact, tours of the offices, and investor update videos! Though lately he is spending less time one on one with investors, this man understands how important it is to let the investors see first hand what is going on. I can’t wait to hear from the guys who will be visiting St. George in the next two weeks.
Nascar Ad – Not 100% verified yet, as noone has the ad in hand, But if all goes well, Cyberkey will have an ad in the Nascar Publication that nearly 5 million people will see. If .05% (probably a bit high) of the people buy a keepsafe, that is about 12 million or so extra revenues!
FOSE – Cyberkey will be at FOSE in late March.A huge event, and great place to make contacts and sell some products.
Financials – This could be the hook line and sinker for Cyberkey. If we get financials and uplist, it’s all over but the trip we all make to the bank. However, if the financials are not out in a reasonable amount of time, we may see some panic selling, and there is no telling how far down we go.
Shares – As with the financials, this could be good or bad. We have authorized more shares supposedly for acquisitions or mergers. If we do this successfully it will be great, however if Cyberkey uses these shares in other ways, it will hurt us. Hopefully we get a PR in the next two months telling how many shares Jim bought back.
Guys we have a company that is expanding. We landed a nice govt contract and Jim is using that money to further grow this company. This is truly a rare find in pinky land. I urge you all to order a drive from cyberkey. This company is REAL and has GREAT PRODUCTS. Even if we just grab a piece of the market for ordinary flash drives, this would bring it large amounts of revenues. Apparently cyberkey is trying to get the keepsafe in the sportsmans warehouse. My guess is they are testing it in a few stores, or maybe just the one store, and are seeing what kind of interest the market takes in it. If the keepsafe goes retail, I don’t know what to say except for Cyberkey will make more money in 2007 than stocks trading around .50 in the otcbb world.
GLTA, hope we all do well with our investment. After getting my drive today, I feel 100% safe with my trust in Jim Plant.
-Joe
I had a buy in at .015 hoping to give support at that level, but they filled me at .0145... I hope they post the new commercial on the website today. Also I will be receiving my cyberkey drive today, looking forward to seeing the product in first-person. GLTA
-Joe
Any news from sportsmans warehouses? I don't think it is that important, I believe it is just a test to see how the market takes in the keepsafe, but I saw many yesterday who said they planned on calling and finding out for themselves today...anyone learn anything? Anyways, back to the State of the Union.
-Joe
Cost of revenue is greater than total revenue for 12 straight quarters. Someone please explain to me how you make money like that? This stock will never seen above 50 cents unless something major changes. Maybe large deals with black & decker or Cyberkey will come through, or all these retail stores you guys speak of. if so then i will jump onboard..but as of now, we're trading sideways.... Glta!
Penny, thanks for your reply also. Down 35%? So you bought around .025 or .026? I don't feel like doing math. Penny you shouldn't even worry about getting out even. I've been in your position many times, CKYS will one day be at .03 again. It may not go higher and it may tank after that, but it will return to your entry point, give it time. Don't panic and sell, you will regret it later. I too bought shares in your range in early December, I thought .024 was the bottom, but I was wrong. I have since bought more and averaged low. But enough of my ramblings, hang in there, you'll get out okay....I respect the fact that you are honest about your holdings and position.
-Joe
Iceman why don't you share with the board how much money you lost on Cyberkey?? It's obvious you did not do your DD and realize the stock is not a good investment, rather you bought in early November and lost money, hence your bitterness for the stock. Take your losses and move on, don't take it out on everyone else. I read all of your post and I don't see much validity in any of your arguments. What is your number one cause for concern about this stock? And why do you continue to stick around? Is it because you have not sold and your portfolio is down about 50%??
-JOE
Thanks for the reply, after reading it looks like u have to download the password software on the website under the support tab. I went ahead and ordered one anyway. Will order a stealth as soon as they are no longer backordered. Invoice said I was customer number 75, No idea if that starts over everyday, or even starts at 1, but if it does they are doing decent business on the website.
I'm showing .0165 x .018 is this right?
Sandy, yes I agree with you 100%, been meaning to post a similiar post. I have family who have worked for government their entire lives and they vouch for everything you said. Also adding that some government agencies don't regulate the list so much and hardly pay it any attention. and NOTORIUSLY SLOW may be an understatement.... =) Our focus should be entirely on the unaudited financials as they are suppose to be released before the audited. Per Jim's statements there are about 10-42 days or so left on the timeline.
Get in while u can... IMHO
I understand your point Gabeh, however I don't think Jim is intentionally deceiving shareholders. I believe he is a busy man trying to run a company and get it off the ground, he has much to do and while I'm sure some think he must devote 100% of his time to his shareholders, this just is not feasible. I do want this patent issue to be cleared up, real curious to finally get the facts straight. But in the meantime...CES is next week, we had a strong finish today, let's all enjoy the weekend. See yall on Monday.
I'm confused, has anyone found evidence of the patents being held? Or are we in denial that they hold any patent at all? Heenster why don't you clear that up for me
Good stuff curt, what site can you look at those stats?
Knowles, here is the link at newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16855609005
But I am not downing Cyberkey in anyway, I never thought they manufactured there own products. Nothing is wrong with OEM, it cuts costs and allows Cyberkey to extend their products line and offer some different things, I think it is great and I think we have a solid little company here. I am buying all I can at under .03. 2007 is going to be a fun ride for CKYS
Also SuperTalent will be at CES in Jan.
Without a doubt Super Talent is the original manufacturer of the MP3 players, there products can be purchased on newegg as well as other websites. It appears the custom logo for business that CyberKey offers is also done through super talent.
With the large amount of shares what kind of market cap do you guys expect Cyberkey to have? This stock won't ever see a dollar on the amount of revenues we expect, $1 makes the cap like a billion. So do we expect some form of share reduction in 2007?
Gabeh, perhaps no stealths in stock because the government purchased atleast 40,000 of the biometric drives?? Just a thought...
On October 30th Cyberkey announced a buyback program of $1 million dollars of its common stock over a 180 day time frame putting us at the end of April. At the current price that would be about 50 million shares. Does anyone know how many shares the company and Jim has as of now?
Also I noticed the total income for the Unaudited financials was about $25 million. So I began thinking, since the govt contract was included on the financials they showed us as of june 30th, that means the company had nearly no other income. So if cyberkey cannot produce anymore contracts, or increase sales online where will their future income come from? This was bothering me because of how fast the company is growing, over $600,000 in expenses for the period jan-jun but we have recently been told the company has tripled employees. This can only forecast a huge increase in expenses but so far no new contracts. But on further reading I noticed the PR on Aug 1st an additional order of 40,000 units totaling over $600,000. If this company can continue this type of growth over the next 12 months, we will not be sitting at .02 pps next Christmas. With EPS at .02 and a P/E ratio of around 1 right now, if we uplist and the financials are released, this stock will atleast be in the low teens in 2007. I'm not trying o pump this stock, but any money I get from Santa will be used to buy up as many shares as I can under .03. Just my opinon. GLTA - Merry Christmas P.S - You have got to love a CEO who is so open to his shareholders, either Jim is a great guy, or one heck of an actor/con artist.
Kanguru also offers biometic flash drives starting at $99.95 along with just secure encypted drives
Has anyone purchased any of the products? I apologize if this has been ask but there are too many post on the board to sort through it all. I was going to order a Stealth but I noticed it was backordered. I was wondering if anyone can give me a review or personal opinion about the products and how they stack up with the competition. I was real curious about the biometric devices and how they performed. Overrall great company, great plan, if you own shares I think you will be happy with ur investment in the future. GLTA
