I understand your point Gabeh, however I don't think Jim is intentionally deceiving shareholders. I believe he is a busy man trying to run a company and get it off the ground, he has much to do and while I'm sure some think he must devote 100% of his time to his shareholders, this just is not feasible. I do want this patent issue to be cleared up, real curious to finally get the facts straight. But in the meantime...CES is next week, we had a strong finish today, let's all enjoy the weekend.
