No worries Loof, the PPS will be there without mistake. The only difference between now and then is time. It may be there by the end of May, it may be there by the end of the year when the geo reports come in. The only question really is, are you willing to wait for it? And judging by your dedication to the board and # of shares you have, it appears that you will. Your reward will be well deserved.
In light of all of the discussion about the 504, is there any way to know when it is actually done short of a PR from the company? I mean, I see a lot of guesswork going on here about when it MIGHT be finished, but is there any verifiable way to know short of simply waiting for the PR? If so, by what form would it come? Any answers are welcome.
What an evasive maneuver. You're like jellow STOCKDEVIL, you just can't be pinned to the wall on anything. Reminds me of a politician... when asked a direct question, responds by asking another question or giving an answer that does not answer the question. After all the hoops you made RIGHTY jump through, and that's the answer you give? You're a real piece of work, not that my two cents count for anything.
You made an investment. Don't fret over it if you don't make a profit the first few minutes after the investment. Relax, you could have invested in a bank CD and get 5% for a whole year of your investment's time. You would not believe how many people actually do that.
For any of you who may be thinking of bailing out, read this.
Car analogy: If you went to a car dealership and found a car you liked, you would ask for the price. If the manager told you it was selling for much less than you thought the car was worth (maybe 1/10th), would you turn and walk away from the deal simply because the price was too low? No! You would buy it and as many others as you could because you know its real value. You know it is worth so much more. You know in time, the rest of the market will figure it out too and they will buy up whatever is left until none are left and the dealer realizes he can raise the price because there is simply so much demand.
The demand is not here now because the market is unaware of this company's real value. It's amazing that the potential is even greater than the current value. The shares are so cheap right now, they're practically free. My advice is to grab this bull by the horns and enjoy the ride because the ride is what makes life worth living!
The stock price is down, so what. Stocks are cyclical. It will go back up and this one has some good volume, so it will not be long. Never fear. The price is artifically low. It is worth much more than this, so if the idea of loss is too great for you to bear, walk away from your computer for a little while.
Instead of looking at this as a loss, look at it more as a chance to buy more at a lower price than you could get it before. Buy low, sell high. It is low right now. Now is the time to buy. So BUY BUY BUY right now!
Forgive me for being a rookie, but does anyone know how to determine the most recent share structure regardless of anything said or not said by the ceo? To be more specific, is there a verifiable way to know if the float has increased short of directly asking someone at the company? From what I've seen, many people assume that the O/S increases whenever there is a drop in pps, but the two events are mutually exclusive (meaning one is not dependent on the other). Any response would be greatly appreciated.
What indicator do you use to determine where support is?
If 3X the A/S turns into 3X the assets, doesn't that turn into at least 3X the potential profits?
I bought in about a week ago when the stock price was at .0015. I thought it was a good price and all the chatter was saying that .003's were inevitable. Today the Authorized Shares have increased and the Outstanding Shares have remained the same (as far as we know). To me this sounds like the company wants the opportunity to raise more money later (as needed) but otherwise, has not changed in value. The stock price is still worth more than it is selling for.
If the company does exercise some of its authorized shares later to acquire more assets, then that will change the value of the company. Let that be counted among the fundamental reasons to buy or sell. Don't buy or sell based on an increased possibility of raising money.
Why is it so important to close green? Anyone why wants to buy some more shares will have plenty of time to do so tomorrow. What's the big deal?
RSDS - Uranium has increased in price by $18/lb. in the last month from $95 to $113! World demand crushes supply. It's up 10X from 2003's prices.

nice chart, looks like it go now... Just broke 16!
No reason, it's just the herd mentality. Do what everyone else is doing... Run with the herd. Few people can stand their ground.
Sell into strength, BUY into weakness...
What a great time to buy... he he he
300k it's all I can afford right now.
The point is you don't know the future. If you did, you would have gotten in already and wouldn't be pondering that question.
You've got to have more than a "ten-minute" mind. Buy it at .0095 and you will be well rewarded, even if someone does knock it down immediately after. The PR's coming next Monday and Wednesday will reward you for your uncanny timing right now.
Curious, how did you come up with 3.3?
They need beer money for St. Patty's Day Celebration. Unfortunately, that's going to be some really expensive beer because the PR's coming next week would multiply their investment significantly.
Yes, Green is better than red, I agree. :)
Low, you may be privy to some good news, but regardless if you tell us now or we get it when it comes out in a PR, all the longs will benefit the same.
Oh Yeah, I'm definitely sticking around for the reversal.
If what you're saying is correct, then why wouldn't every MM break every order down to 5000 share increments, or even smaller? Why not a 1 share increment? Then at the end of the day it would look like they were the greatest traders in the history of the world because while their fello MM's only made 100 trades today, they would have made 50,000 trades off of a 50,000 share request. Surely they would have the fattest paycheck around because they made the most trades even if they did only get one trade fee.
It's okay that they sell. Undeniably, the price per share will increase again. All momentum selling really does is create better buying opportunities for those who can see true value.
Here's how I see it... (but I am only a rookie)
If you own shares, the question you must ask yourself is, will it profit me to sell my shares now or later? If you bought them for more than the current trading price then the answer is definitely no! If you bought them for less than the current trading price, then the decision must be based on perceived value and expectations of growth.
If you don't own shares, the question you must ask yourself is, will it profit me to buy some now or later? Once again, the decision must be based on perceived value and expectations of growth. What do you perceive the value of the stock to be? If you believe the value to be more than the current trading price, then buy some shares because they are a bargain. If you believe the value to be less than the current trading price, then wait to buy until the shares are selling for less than your valuation.
Just some thoughts, no harm intended.
But they're all trading at the same price. If they were all part of a larger order, they why wouldn't they simply fill as many as they could in one transaction? People do not choose the option to do more work over the option of doing less work. When you eat, do you put 1/10th of the amount of food on your fork as it can hold, or do you fill up the fork before taking a bite?
If a MM had only 5,000 shares of a stock left to sell at a particular price then that would make sense. But if they had 50,000 shares left to sell at .007 for example, why would they keep breaking it up into such small increments? There were 10 trades of 5,000 shares each at the .007 price level between 12:50:11 and 12:57:33. That amounts to 50,000 shares. A single trade of that magnitued would not have affected the stock price and proof of that is by the fact that there were 5 other trades during that exact same timeframe of 50,000 shares or more.
I'm just looking for clarification and trying to understand what I'm seeing on LII.
Would someone please explain to me why anyone would trade 5000 shares? 5000 X .007 = $35.00 What kind of an investment is that? I mean, if the stock increased 100%, that's only a $35 gain. I spend more than that on dinner. I can't figure it out, what's the point? Add the trading fee and an investor effectively loses money with every investment that doesn't increase by a minimum of 10% (depending on which brokerage is used). What's strange is not that someone does it, but that it happens with such regularity. In the last hour alone it has happened 12 times!
When I bought my shares, they were selling for .012 each. I thought that they were worth more than that, so I purchased them for the aforementioned price. Since that day, 3 things have happened.
1) Many others agreed and they bought shares for an even higher price (eventually paying as much as .025 each).
2) The company fundamentals IMPROVED through acquisition of a workover rig (which I'm not sure how to calcualte the true value of, but I know that it's worth MORE than not having one).
3) For some reason, my fellow investors began to believe that their shares were not worth as much. And for many, they believed that their shares were worth even less than what they paid for them. Then they sold them and are continuing to sell them.
The result is that a share can be bought at a lower price now than before, but the VALUE has INCREASED. It is remarkable to see people sell their shares for less than they paid for them. This consitutes a serious lack of faith in their investment, a demonstration of their myopia, a strong indication of impatience, and a confession that they don't understand the fundamentals of investing. And I may be a rookie, but I am at least smart enough to know that selling for less than you paid does not profit you. No my friends, that is what I call a dumb idea.
Oops... I mean I bought in at .012. But I am still holding
Free Level II! Fantastic! It actually works in real time! Thanks!
With all of the experienced traders in this room, is anyone of you able to tell with any certainty via technical indicators, fundamental indicators, news, games, BS, etc., where the bottom actually is with this stock? I get the feeling that nobody knows because there is so much respect for the notion of holding long term. Long term holders would say that anytime is a good time to buy. But then, so would anyone who has seen their stock decrease in value to a level that was inconceivable only a day or two ago. .0065! OMG! There appears to be no end to selling here. From here the price has to increase 385% just to reach its previous high of .025. That is possible given the stocks history, but right now, it appears a million miles away. Just a thought from a rookie who happened to buy in at .0012. Still holding though!
According to the description of cup and handle formation, the handle appears to have dipped rather low. Investopedia says, "Avoid handles which are too deep since the handles should form in the top half of the cup pattern." The top (.025) minus the bottom (.0018) = .0232 / 2 = .0116
To stay in the top half of the cup, the handle should not dip below the midway point between .0018 and .025. Therefore, .0018+.0116 = .0134.
Similarly, .025-.0116 = .0134.
.0134 is the lowest the price should have gone (theoretically) to remain true to the cup and handle formation.
Regardless of the formation, this company has great potential and apparently a good base of investors willing to see it through the tough times. In my opinion, in the penny stock world, this is a tough time for this stock.
But then, I'm just a rookie and I don't know what I'm talking about, so criticize my ramblings as you will.
Thanks, that explains a lot.
Could someone give me a clear definition of a cup and handle? I've heard it referenced many times, but I'm not sure how to tell if one has actually formed. Thanks to anyone that attempts to answer.
Hey there Little Tex... If technical analysis is so unreliable when it comes to pinks, what do you use to determine a good time to acquire or reduce your share count?
It looks like the golden cross is going to happen today. It looks like the 200sma is decreasing, but I can't really tell because it's kinda flat too. Historically, this will get some attention. Chances are it will bring new investors.
Funny, a sale of 1500 shares! .009 X 1500 = $13.50
ASVN up 40% so far today!
