They wouldn't. There's nothing to buy. If they want to produce and distribute a relaxation drink, I'm sure they're smart enough to read the ingredients off the label and figure it out themselves.
But haven't you heard the big buyout news from (snicker) Sierra World Equity Review?
LOL, but they may be pleasantly surprised that they also got a few broken down Fords in the deal, plus some used Dan Hardy Piranha Water bandannas, and 200 lightly used stand up Koma coolers...or at least 30% of them
We'll discuss that after we get through dissecting Coca-Cola's imminent buyout of BBDA (according to the fictional, for entertainment purposes only blog-site).
Wow! Sierra World Equity Review? That's like the Wall Street Journal, right?
I wonder how many shares "Sierra" owns.....
Disgusting.
That discrepancy has existed in every set of financials that they've ever filed. The question has been raised many times but never adequately answered. There's clearly conflicting information.
Of course what's even funnier is that he spelled "preferred" wrong, as well as spelling Daisy's name wrong....
Because it was released first as an email to a select group before being released as a PR to the entire "investment" community. If they had released the PR pre-market the next morning there wouldn't be any issue, but they released it at 9:58.
So in theory the email recipients had 30 minutes to trade on this information before the rest of the market.
In the end it really didn't make any difference, but why even risk the appearance of impropriety?
In reality, probably not. This stuff happens all the time in the pinky world. It just looks bad.
I mean really, what is the intent (or benefit) of sending this information out via email before releasing it to the general public? To get everyone all jazzed up on a message board and just waiting to hit their "buy" buttons this morning?
As Whiplash correctly pointed out, being in possession of insider information is not illegal (obviously, true "insiders" are always in possession of insider info). Trading on that information before it becomes public most assuredly is illegal.
At the very least, the company put its email subscribers in a position of not being able to legally trade the stock this morning until the official release of the PR.
You're correct, it's only illegal if someone trades on the information.
Not to split hairs, but I think the time on the PR release was 9:58, which is after the market open.
That's because they've only told their loyal supporters about it so far.
What's a little insider info amongst friends....
Hope you get them. That will mean I got the 6s I want.
This was in response to:
My order is in for 005
and you wonder why people lose their shirts; he'll be even happier if someone else gets their 004s.....
It's been quite a while since I've posted here, but this one was just too good to pass up...
Leave the pore investors alone... Don't try to pomp this stick so you can sale yours....
last hour this goes bazurk
LMAO...."Not to Nichey"
Isn't Nichey in France? Maybe that's what he meant...
I personally like the inclusion on the home page of two products, Guppy Water and Koma Coffee, that even BW's most ardent supporters would be hard pressed to argue that they exist.
Not to mention the humorous random capitalization of certain words, the horrendous grammar, the misuse of just about every form of punctuation in the English language, and of course, the misspellings.
A complete and total embarassment.

yes, it was very inciteful
I'm still showing 12 x 5
Strange...my broker's screen still shows FNXC. Also, FNIX was the old company symbol before they changed to FNXC.
Here's the link what you posted Tufan..

I thought it strange too, since I had just checked last week to see if there were any more changes to the authorized shares.
EDIT: Just read gmoney's next post, I see what he was trying to point out....will have to investigate further.
The way I see it, it works something like this...
Privately held Potencia "licenses" its product to BeBevco, which books all the revenue without the accompanying expense. Potencia absorbs the expenses on its books, thus showing a loss, and thus avoiding any income taxes.
BeBevco turns around and funnels the revenue back through to DRM under the guise of "marketing", ths reducing its own tax burden. Of course, the money "earned" through the massive dilution goes towards DRM as well.
DRM sits back and collects the $$ and goes to the races.
Of course, I personally don't believe that there were nearly as much Potencia sales as reported, but that would seem to be the way it would work anyway.
All imo.
As would I (and do...), but everyone is still responsible for doing their own DD, that was my only point.
If anyone bought or sold based on a message board post without doing their own DD first, then they get what they deserve. You can't believe anything written on a message board, no matter how reliable the source is.
You should however, in a legit company, be able to believe the statements that the CEO makes publicly.
I believe that most people here don't find that to be the case.
FNXC now in big green letters on the 1 hour buzz cloud.

That's updated automatically on a daily basis based on the price and the shares outstanding. The company has nothing to do with it.
