I know it's highly unlikely, but maybe there will be insinuation that ARK is entertaining adding $ENZC to one of their portfolios. That would be a game changer.
Who knows. It appears November is the next guess for the magic to begin happening.
I thinks this means the captured virus can't mutate further to different variants.
He he
I actually had to read his/her post again after you made your post before I got it as well. :D
Sorry, I'll stop posting then. :D
I think mineanddine meant to use sarcasm font for that response.
Basically saying that the consensus on Discord is the new big month is November.
Calling them all senior analyst was tongue-in-cheek.
The initial block of milestones were supposed to hit in the "fall".
I think most people (myself included) zeroed in on October because of the number and significance of the milestones that were planned.
Looking at the original milestone calendar, it's easy to see that it was aggressive and didn't allow room for error.
One of the initial milestones included getting a manufacturer online. When the Lonza deal didn't pan out, it caused a delay which led us to Samsung Biologics. We're back on track with that, just at a later timeframe.
Go $ENZC!
You can call me whatever you want (I'm sure my wife has called me worse at some point). :D
I don't know anything, and you are correct, it is my opinion. Just like everybody else that posts to this board.
I'm merely introducing my perspective in the hopes of opening a civil conversation on other people's perspectives as well. Maybe somebody will say something that I haven't thought of, or I didn't have correct. That's what I see as the purpose of these boards.
I have been wrong and will be wrong again (my wife reminds me of this everyday too). When I am publicly wrong, I'll freely admit it. If I don't admit it, I'm sure somebody will call it out.
We're all in this together.
Go $ENZC!
Cheers!
Exactly.
Can we stop with the dialog that the size/share price of Intel/Samsung Biologics has any correlation/relevance to the PPS of $ENZC? One has nothing to do with the other.
Also, thinking Intel/Samsung did some superdeep due diligence to prove out $ENZC business model/likelihood to succeed didn't happen either.
The only thing Intel/Samsung cares about is $ENZC doesn't break their product while using/making their own product and $ENZC's ability to pay. That's it. Intel/Samsung allowing $ENZC to order and pay for products from them is not any kind of endorsement of $ENZC's way of doing business or likelihood for success.
I'm long $ENZC, but looking to cut down on some of the delusions in these conversations.
Although the process may not be patentable, it's not like somebody can call Intel and say: Give me the toolkit and recipe that $ENZC is using, I want to make the same thing. I imagine there are NDAs and T&Cs in place to prevent this kind of thing. I would also think it'd be hard to look at what $ENZC is doing with Intel's AI tool and reverse engineer that process.
Either way. Once that first domino falls, stand back!
Absolutely. Once $ENZC proves out their AI process patent for developing cures/drugs works, it will be insane.
A.) I don't think CC has a muzzle in place. Are there things he can't divulge right now? Absolutely. Are they things that are the equivalent of the US Government pulling out a flying saucer from Area 51 and doing a tour of the country? I highly doubt it.
B.) I feel the groundhog day pattern we're seeing is a combination of regular MM activity, shorts following the FINRA schedule, and the low volume this stock exhibits. Any 3rd party loading up on the stock would've been done a long time ago (it wouldn't take 8 months to do it).
1.) I don't think toxicity has any direct impact on the stock price. Toxicity is really only a problem if it's killing people in the process of trying to cure them/address a symptom.
2.) Collaboration with Intel is nice, but is only transactional in nature ($ENZC is using Intel's AI product). The white paper helped bring awareness to what both Intel and $ENZC are doing, but isn't a high dollar buyout/partnership/investment round from Intel into $ENZC.
3.) $ENZC placed an order with Samsung Biologics, that's it. There's no buyout/investment round/investment from Samsung directly into $ENZC itself.
4.) $ENZC projected earnings are made up numbers. It's like proforma in real estate: If the market conditions are perfect and the company executes absolutely flawlessly, then maybe they can expect to hit the numbers. I actually believe $ENZC numbers are on the low side, if they're truly doing what they say they're going to do.
Also, patents are worthless until someone actually builds it. I know $ENZC is working to build out some of their patents to show they work, but until then, I think BP, and the broader market, are in a wait and see holding pattern.
I have faith $ENZC will surprise us all, and I believe the current share price is justified based on the current public information available.
IMO
GLTA
Cheers!
The spread on this thing is nuts right now.
All it's going to take to launch this thing is one legitimate product that makes it through trials and gets granted FDA approval. Just one.
Once that happens $ENZC will be viewed as legitimate (by the broader market) and and the dominoes will begin falling (very rapidly). The remaining pipelines will be a nonissue because everybody will be throwing money at them/trying to buy them out. At that point, it'll be too late.
Here's to the "too late" stage coming sooner rather than later!
Go $ENZC!
I use Schwab StreetSmart Edge (desktop) and don't see what you're describing.
So much this. People avoid short term capital gains like the plague, when it's not that big of a deal.
I wonder how many people have a spreadsheet set up to plug in current share price and see what the tax implications are if they were sold right now vs. holding?
Also, everybody keeps thinking they could've dumped their shares @ $.95/share. What was the actual volume sold at that price when it happened? I guarantee it wasn't enough for everybody on this board to dump all of their shares at that point in time if "they would've known".
Go $ENZC!
Enzolytics has an order put in with Samsung Biologics and uses Intel's AI product(s), that Intel did a whitepaper on. That's it. There are no further "deals" in place with these parties (that are publicly acknowledged).
I don't say these things because I'm down on $ENZC. I'm just a realist that tries not to read into it further than the information provides.
When you posted 8K and Samsung in the same line, I was thinking you were talking about 8k TVs.
Once this sucker takes off, we'll all have 8k TVs!
$ENZC!
My guess is Columbus Day may have something to do with it for today.
I like this perspective, it makes sense.
It's usually a certain percentage above the current stock price. It wouldn't be in the $1+ per share range that people are throwing around at this point in time.
Of course, this is based on information that is currently publicly available. If the buyer is taken behind the curtain and is shown what we don't know yet, the price could be wildly different (either positively or negatively) .
It's possible I have PSTD from the Intel whitepaper that everybody was saying would turn into Intel investing/backing Enzolytics, of which never happened.
I totally agree that it is beneficial to both parties to advertise what is being done.
I am trying to clarify that this "partnership" doesn't mean that Samsung Biologics is investing in Enzolytics itself, except to provide a product (by Enzolyic's design) as described in the contract.
I feel people hear/see the word "partnership" and immediately think that Samsung Biologics is going to infuse huge sums of cash into Enzolytics and back them from here on out.
Yes.
Enzolytics gave Samsung Biologics a recipe for a cake and has a contract with them to bake said cake. Samsung Biologics owes Enzolytics a fully baked cake according to the recipe. Samsung has agreed to bake future cakes for Enzolytics. That's it.
There's nothing saying that Samsung Biologics will provide funding to Enzolytics to develop more cake recipes. It also doesn't say that Samsung Biologics will receive any additional funds if Enzolytics makes a profit when selling any cakes. Just like Samsung Biologics won't cover any losses if the cake tastes terrible (because of the recipe) or if Enzolytics drops the cake on the ground.
This partnership is purely transactional with an agreement to (possibly) engage in future transactions.
Exactly, just like others are assuming it's a business partnership where Samsung Biologics will commit resources and share the risks and profits on the outcomes of Enzolytic's efforts.
Don't get me wrong, I think $ENZC is a winner and the share price will increase dramatically over time. I just think people may be reading into this announcement a little too much (and the current share price reflects this).
Cheers!
Which has nothing to do with Enzolytics and will have no impact on the price of Enzolytic stock.
It's a transactional partnership and not a business partnership.
Enzolytics is paying Samsung to produce a product for them.
It is not a business partnership in the sense that they are sharing resources, risks and profits.
The work being done with Samsung is a good thing, but let's be realistic.
Like the Intel whitepaper, this is getting blown out of proportion as some form of partnership. It is not.
Samsung Biologics is just producing/executing the order/contract that Enzolytics placed with them.
If we were talking pizzas, this is what the announcements would have looked like:
Samsung Biologics: Enzolytics ordered some nice custom pizzas from us!
Enzolytics: We ordered some custom pizzas from Samsung!
Using the pizza analogy, it's easy to see that this latest development is not an OMG, unexpected plot twist event that will make the stock explode upwards.
While this is all good that Enzolytics is continuing to hit their milestones, this just doesn't indicate some unexpected partnership/money infusion to grow the business.
Using JMach's Ouija board, I project the stock will revert back to old patterns until further PRs drop and/or milestones are announced as successfully completed.
Sorry, there was nobody shouting on the board, so I figured I'd give it a try.
Wouldn't want people to go through any kind of withdrawal...
:D
$ENZC!
GREEN GREEN GREEN All this POS OTC ticker ever does is go up (3-5 times a month). :D
Go $ENZC!
My bad, thanks for the correction!
James Hicks on YouTube is doing an interview tomorrow.
It can be found HERE
Remember to Like/Subscribe/Ring the Bell to draw more attention to $ENZC.
It'd be nice if they dropped a PR afterhours on the 29th or early in trading on the 30th and maybe push this thing into a short-squeeze.
My neck hurts from the whiplash at the end there.
4.3 millions shares traded, talk about low volume.
It'd be cool if CC and friends aligned their PR drops with the short interest reporting settlement dates to create a nice short squeeze every time.
It'd probably cut down on the amount of shorting going on.
Go $ENZC!
Picked up another 100k shares at these discounted prices.
Also picked up 500k of RGBP just for the LOLz.
