Idk I’m just trolling. I am over weight though.
I’m a whale and I am not loading
On second thought leave it, people might actually might invest if they think this company has anything to Pokémon. I think we rename SafeVChat to Chatizard. Pikachat.
Someone please post something so my Pokémon comment gets buried. I’m embarrassed, not a good look for this board
gaps. They’re like Pokémon, gotta fill em all
*INCCredible day
I love TA in that if enough people believe retracement levels are real then they become real. Chicken or the egg.
Second day in a row with a swish at the buzzer. Definitely a veteran move with that last second uptick push. Brilliant. You gotta pay to play! This is the one!
takes off where? Perhaps to the moon?
To the moon
You eat an elephant one bite at a time $$$
At the buzzer for the 21. NOICE
I have a feeling that strategy is going to work a lot better than mine however I won’t be holding less than 6m at any given moment. Gotta get lucky and reload before breaking news. Hoping for a slow start at market open but that seems unlikely
Devils advocate here but I’ve been tumbling shares selling into the bid and buying the ask since last week. I’m not the only one I’m sure; theres a lot of good volume here. I plan on staying aggressive and active. L2 has been a dream the past few days: tight, slow, and steady. No crazy movement up or down, A LOT of leveled support (although I noticed not as much today as last week, I hope people aren’t running out of powder) and light resistance to play in to to keep a slow upward trend. I hope we get a few more days like this. HOUSE shares before pennies is the goal. Either that or it moons to a nickel and I dump lol. Otc is fun
Good week coming up
I’m in simply because the CEO wears a bow tie.
Anyone looking into these Microsoft hacks?
Disclosure: I am not a cyber security professional and everything below is an attempt at connecting a few potentially interesting dots
What caught my eye was this quote from a zdnet article, "Microsoft issued emergency, out-of-band patches to tackle the security flaws -- which can be exploited for data theft and server compromise"
Some interesting quotes from one of the Patches: CVE-2021-27065
"Mitigations The initial attack requires the ability to make an untrusted connection to Exchange server port 443. This can be protected against by restricting untrusted connections, or by setting up a VPN to separate the Exchange server from external access."
"What is the target for this attack? The initial attack in this attack chain targets an Exchange On-prem server that is able to receive untrusted connections from an external source."
So why might this be interesting/important to customers/investors?
In CTO Ram Pemmaraju's January blog on SafeVChat, he basically states that he built SafeVChat specifically to address these types of security flaws:
"Second, you need to authenticate every user. Currently, when you get a meeting link (from Zoom, Teams or any one else) and you click on it, you are taken into the meeting. At most you are challenged for a meeting password. There is no user authentication unless your company has setup Single Sign On (SSO), in which case, you will be directed to a SSO page to authenticate (typically via 2FA or AD/LDAP) prior to proceeding to the meeting page. The problem with this is that all the meeting participants should be enrolled in the same authentication system. This does not work for meetings among participants who belong to diverse organizations. The challenge is to authenticate all users, even those who are not enrolled in the authentication system."
These attacks aren't necessarily directed at Teams; however, the exchange and SSO components bring Teams into play.
MSFT solution from the Mitigations quote above is to set up a "VPN to separate the Exchange server from external access"
SFOR solution > SafeVchat?
Again, these are my "not a cyber security professional" conclusions and are obviously rooted with confirmation bias as I am an investor, but I'd imagine there's at least some merit to what I posted given Ram's description of the way SafeVChat was built.
I have more examples/ideas and will post if anyone is interested.
To anyone that frequents this board, is this guy worth my time?
I have read the filings:
There's a Summary Compensation Table
SFOR's 2019 revenue was $768,000
The CEO's 2019 salary was $153,279 (~20% of yearly revenue)
I'm ok with these numbers.
I'm also not concerned about the poor historical performance. It's certainly not a positive on the balance sheets, but there absolutely is value in the experience and wisdom gained from struggling through a competitive marketplace for years and how, for some people, repeated failure can be a powerful driver and motivator to find new ways to succeed.
This management team seems resilient, they've been open and honest about their challenges. I like their products, how they've structured the company's financial for the future, and I like the strategy going forward. I'm in.
Finally, we agree.
Yes, today there was a tweet (aka by some as fluff PR / pump) that informed potential customers, investors, and all stakeholders alike about how an existing customer (assumedly via the regular subscription model as opposed to a major event requiring an 8k as outlined by SEC and clarified by a talented and passionate investor, WBCTrader, for whom we all appreciate and adore) is benefiting from the recently released SafeVChat product.
I suppose our differences reside with the word "deal".
You read deal and thought, "transaction"
I wrote deal and meant, "an indefinite but large extent/degree" (in my own words, an "important moment")
You should read up on 8ks because they're not required for important moments.
I know you're just trolling and being a dick for the sake of being a dick, but Strikeforce WILL earn a dollar:
SafeVChat Standard/Premium costs $12.95/$15.95 month
Stop spreading FUD.
In my opinion, this is:
- a "yuge" deal from a monetary standpoint. As an investor, this tweet is the equivalent of a business framing the first dollar bill that they earn. It is absolutely something to be pumped about. The only dump happening is the words coming out of your mouth.
- a "big" customer (78% of American businesses have no employees | average American business has revenues of $1.1million. Per linkedin, this company has 50-200 employees. Per indeed, this company has revenue of 25m to 100m. I'd say this is big. You might define "big" differently and that's okay.)
- will be the first of many, many customers. I didn't insinuate, I was very direct and explicit > we will get more customers and I said this based on what has been stated in previous PR Releases:
"especially with some former Zoom and Microsoft Teams users already switching to paid SafeVchat Premium accounts already."
"we expect to capture a significant portion of the $50B video conferencing market this coming year that is predicted.”
- SFOR absolutely relies on resellers for sales and that is a really good thing.
Here's a quote from AAPL's 10-k, "The Company depends on the performance of carriers, wholesalers, retailers and other resellers."
Here's a quote from SFOR's recent def-14, "We seek to locate customers in a variety of ways. These primarily include contracts with value added resellers and distributors."
This is exciting. It's all coming together.
I don't think you understand.
Compliments are nice. It's nice to be nice. Not everything needs a form. Sometimes a pat on the back is all that's needed.
Lol you don’t need a form to acknowledge something nice that an existing customer said about you.
Stop trying to spread FUD.
SafeVChat got a compliment. It was very nice. Go read the tweet. No form is necessary. What’s wrong with you?
My post got deleted for some reason.
How much time did you spend reading what I wrote before you decided to spread fud.
Everyone has been waiting for announcements of big time customers. Well, we got a big time customer now! No one said anything about an 8k but you.
We have a great compliment from a new customer. Go read the tweet from @StrikeForceTech and what SafeVChat does for them! This is
I didn’t mean to use the word vendor in my post...I meant customer.
What do you mean deal? They’re a customer, no? AAPL didn’t file an 8k when I bought my iPhone. This is exactly the kind of customer we’ve been looking for. And we know the revenue, the safevchat pricing model is on the website. Stop being a clown, this is awesome
I’d call GameStop a startup right now. Completely different company going forward than it is today.
Dude. What happened to you? Is all this out of spite? Regret? How big are your bags? What’s your plan here? You shorting this thing? You’re miserable. What’s it gona take to get you to shut the f**k up? What would it take for you to switch sides and go long/bullish? Can you share your trade history?
I have this feeling that the second I try to day trade this stock and flip some shares there's going to be an announcement of a major buyout and the stock is going to shoot up to $10/share. I bought this morning <.17 with the intention of flipping, but I think I'm just going to hold lol.
